Yasuhiro Muto has 3 different appearances in the entirety of the series. Two can be found in the Tokyo Revengers Manga while the other one is on the 18th Volume cover page.
Yasuhiro Muto or Mucho first appeared during the final encounter of Moebius and the Tokyo Manji Gang. Mucho wore the Toman’s uniform that featured a black jacket and pants that had gold engravings. The uniform also included a white belt and boots.
Mucho next appeared wearing the Tenjiku executive uniform. The uniform was a red jacket with a mock neck collar. The jacket had black outlines as well as the Tenjiku symbol on the back (Chapter 153).
Lastly, Mucho wore a matching three-piece suit and a fur trench coat. The outfit had floral patterns and gold stripes mainly on the suit. The coat also had a unique feature where there was a belt-like tightener on the wrist. Mucho paired this with gold chains (Manga Cover Vol. 18)
In all of his appearances, Mucho had blonde hair that was in a short pompadour hairstyle. He had a big and muscular body structure as well as sharp turquoise eyes.
Personality
Mucho had a very stern and cold personality where he rarely showed any emotions when he spoke. Although he was a traitor, he had extreme feelings when it came to loyalty. Before he betrayed Toman, he was ruthless when it came to exposing moles in the gang. This heavy sense of loyalty was also the reason he joined Tenjiku.
When fighting, Mucho becomes very violent and is willing to go as far as severely injuring individuals just to achieve his goal. If being forceful didn’t work, he was not afraid to use torture. This was proven when he captured Kokonoi, Inupi, and Takemichi before he set off to Tenjiku (Chapter 139- Chapter 141).

Influence
While Mucho was in the Tokyo Manji Gang, Mikey gave him special authority. The 5th Division, led by him, was to punish suspected traitors within Toman and they could do it without needing Mikey’s permission. This gave Mucho a huge amount of influence where even Chifuyu thought he was bad news (Chapter 138).
Mucho also became a Tenjiku Executive as well as a member of the S62 Generation. When Izana took control of most of the big gangs in Tokyo, this gave Mucho a respective grasp of authority when considering his position.
Martial Arts
Mucho was well trained in Judo and had impressive fighting abilities. When it came to the Division Captains of Toman, Mucho was considered the strongest when it came to brute strength. During Tenjiku and Toman’s fight, Mucho easily overpowered Inupi (Chapter 160).

Past/History
Mucho met the rest of the S62 Generation during his time in the Juvenile Detention Center. Mucho was charged with assault after he broke the spinal cord of his opponent when he threw him on concrete (Chapter 160). He swore loyalty to Izana along with the rest of the S62 Generation and proclaimed that they will follow him when he calls for them (Chapter 156).

Manjiro Sano or Mikey was the leader and president of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He was given the nickname “The Invincible Mikey”.
Ryuguji Ken - "Draken"
Ryuguji Ken or Draken was the right-hand man of Mikey and Toman’s vice-president.
Takemichi Hanagaki
Takemichi Hanagaki became the 11th Generation Leader of the Black Dragons as well as Toman’s 1st Division Captain.
Takashi Mitsuya
Takashi Mitsuya was the 2nd Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang and became a fashion designer later on.
Haruki Hayashida
Haruki Hayashida or Pah-Chin was the former 3rd Division Captain of Toman and later on started a real estate company with Pehyan.

Nahoya Kawata or Smiley was the 4th Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang and the former leader of the Twin Devil Gang.

Harushiyo Sanzu was Mucho’s right-hand man and the Vice-Captain of the 5th Division of Toman.

Izana Kurokawa was the leader of Tenjiku and the S62 Generation. He had full control of the two groups and was feared and respected.
Hitto Kakucho
Kakucho Hitto is Takemichi’s childhood friend, Izana’s right-hand man, and one of the Four Heavenly Kings.
The Haitani Brothers
The Haitani brothers include Ran and Rindo Haitani who ruled Roppongi. Ran Haitani was one of the Four Heavenly Kings and Rindo was a Tenjiku Executive. Both were part of the S62 Generation.
Kanji Mochizuki
Kanji Mochizuki was a member of the S62 Generation and one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku.
Shion Madarame
Shion Madarame was the former 9th Generation Leader of the Black Dragons and one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku as well as a member of the S62 Generation.
Plot
In his time as the 5th Division Captain of Toman, Mucho appeared in several important fights. These included the battles against Moebius and Valhalla.
Before he joined Tenjiku, he tortured Takemichi and Inupi and convinced Kokonoi to join him (Chapter 141). When Toman and Tenjiku fought, he was up against Inupi and easily beat him (Chapter 160). However, when Angry turned into the Crying Blue Ogre, Mucho was knocked out same as the Haitani Brothers and Mocchi (Chapter 163). As the battle ended, Mucho, along with the other members of the S62 Generation stayed with Izana and Kakucho’s bodies where they would get arrested (Chapter 185).
As Mucho got out of the Juvenile Detention Center for the second time, he was welcomed by his old right-hand man, Harushiyo. Harushiyo took him to the wharf where the battle of Tenjiku and Toman happened. Suddenly, Harushiyo pulls out a sword and hacks Mucho. He then tells Mucho that he fooled him all this time before he dealt the killing blow, ending Mucho’s life (Chapter 206).

Final Verdict
Scorching irony always sticks to both the mind and heart. After his betrayal, he was killed by his Vice-Captain because he turned his back on Mikey. The traitor dies at the hands of one of his most trusted allies. Mucho was always walking a tight rope, and he finally fell.
