When Moebius was defeated by Toman, Shuji Hanma told Mikey that he is going to create a gang by the name of Valhalla that is going to be the strongest biker gang out there. He’ll soon get revenge from Mikey and his gang (7). 

When Mikey decides to make Tetta Kisaki the Captain of the Third Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Keisuki Baji leaves to join the Valhalla Gang, declaring war on Mikey. Though Keisuke Baji never intended to harm Mikey, he only wanted to expose Kisaki’s wrongdoings and wrongful manipulations. 

On the day of the battle, many famous delinquents from some of the top Gangs are there to witness the battle between Valhalla and Tokyo Manji Gang. Kazutora and Draken step forward to decide how they are going to fight. Draken wanted to put forward the condition that Tokyo Manji Gang will get Baji back if they win. Kazutora flares up after hearing this and tells him that Valhalla only wanted to crush Tokyo Manji Gang to shreds and there is no going back for Baji as he joined Valhalla on his own. 

The brawl between Valhalla and Tokyo Manji Gang begins (8). Kazutora has his eyes fixed on Mikey and he’s oozing murderous intent. Kazutora and Hanma try to corner Mikey but Draken is there to help him. As Takemichi is looking for Baji, he gets involved in a bigger mess, the Valhalla Gang members who are all ready to kill him (9). 

Mikey is ambushed by Chonbo, Chome and Kazutora and they all end up in a place with a bunch of cars. Kazutora is able to hit Mikey’s head with a metal pipe and beats him unconscious, declaring victory, However, Mikey wakes up and questions if Kazutora considers him an enemy (10). Kazutora tells him that Mikey is the reason why he ended up in Juvenile. He wants to kill Mikey but just then Rindo Hitani declares that Mikey has lost. But Kazutora does not stop. Hanma comments that Kazutora has finally lost it. When Kazutora is hitting Mikey with a pipe, he breaks free from Chonbo and Chombo who were holding him down and kicks Kazutora unconscious (11). 

Mikey is able to knock out Kazutora, Chonbo and Chome. As a reaction, the whole Valhalla gang starts approaching Mikey to kill him. The Toman Gang boys try to help Mikey but they’re outnumbered by the Valhalla Gang. Just when Chouji is about to strike Mikey, Kisaki blocks him, feigning his loyalty towards Mikey (12). 

Baji appears out of nowhere and hits Kisaki, wanting him dead. Chifuyu tries to stop him but he is unstoppable in his current state. Takemichi is worried as he knows how Baji is going to die. He starts looking for Kazutora who is going to Kill Baji. He suddenly appears behind Baji and stabs him (13). 

Takemichi  pushes Kazutora away and saves him. Baji remains stable and says he’s still going to kill Kisaki. Takemichi is extremely confused with whatever is happening around him and wonders if there’s still some threat to Baji’s life. 

Baji eliminates a bunch of delinquents to reach Kisaki. When he finally reaches Kisaki, he suddenly falls on his knees and coughs up blood (14). Everybody is shocked as they thought the wound from Kazutora’s stab was not that deep. Kisaki lies about Kazutora luring Baji into Valhalla to kill him just to provoke Mikey. Takemichi realizes that he’s lying. 

Mikey gets up and tells everyone that the fight is over, to which Hanma protests but is soon kicked unconscious by Mikey. All the delinquents from the Valhalla gang run away when they see Hanma unconscious (15). Mikey starts punching Kazutora out of anger and disappointment. Kazutora realizes his grim mistakes and wants Mikey to kill him.

Baji is seen screaming at Mikey and thanking him for getting mad on his behalf. He then proceeds to stab himself (16). Chifuyu and Takemichi run towards him. Baji tells Takemichi that Kiskai is the enemy. He also tells Takemichi that he reminds him of Shinichiro, Mikey’s older dead brother. He feels that Mikey does not have any reason to kill Kazutora now, as Baji ended his life with his own hands. Baji dies after telling Chifuyu that he would like to eat some Peyong Yakisoma, leaving everyone in tears (17). 

Mikey continues punching Kazutora to the point of making him unconscious. Takemichi tries to stop Mikey but he threatens Takemichi to kill him if he tries to stop him. Takemichi tries to explain how Baji killed himself just because he wanted Mikey to forgive him. It is revealed that Baji held onto the charm ever since the day of Toman’s founding. That made Mikey come back to his senses and he stopped punching Kazutora (18). 

Police mobiles start approaching them and the crowd is dispersed. Kazutora tells everyone that he’s going to stay with Baji as he wants to take responsibility for Baji’s death. He apologizes to Mikey and takes full responsibility for Shinichiro’s and Baji’s deaths, telling him that he will carry the weight of their death until he dies. 

The Toman vs Valhalla battle resulted in Toman winning. There was one casualty and one arrest. The day of their fight was named “Bloody Halloween” (19)
