Ever wondered the kind of person you’d be like if you were the leader of a 10 generation old gang? Well, you’d be something like Seishu Inui. He was the former leader of the formidable Black dragons. And during its prime age, the Black Dragons was the most feared gang of Tokyo.
Seishu Inui was the perfect face of the gang as he had authority over its members, power, and intelligence. All the qualities that a gang leader must have were present in him. This is what made him an ideal leader for such a long time.

Appearance
For a gang leader, it’s safe to say that Seishu doesn’t look the perfect fit. He indeed has all the abilities to lead a gang. However, he doesn’t have a muscular and tall physique; this made him seem like an everyday middle schooler instead of a gang leader. It goes to show how looks can be deceiving, and we should never judge a book by its cover.
As a gang leader, he did his best to act the part. To come off as a taller fellow, he’d usually wear high heels. And his best trait that makes him come off as a gang leader is the burnt scar on his left eye; the creepiness of his left eyes combined with the stoic face he keeps all the time is what gives him that “gang leader” look.

Personality
Just like any other gang in Tokyo Revengers, Seishu has an assertive and dominant personality. However, how he dominates his peers is what makes him unique. Seishu is the kind of guy who doesn’t talk a lot and usually keeps an expressionless face. Yet everyone in the gang knows what he’s truly capable of.
His calm, cold, and silent personality, behind which lies the burning desire for control, is exactly what makes him an effective leader. Moreover, he’s shown to be very loyal to the Black Dragons; always putting the group’s needs over his own gain (chapter 71).
Although it’s out of character for him to show vulnerability to his allies, he does open up every now and then on rare occasions. After all, no matter how tough, he’s only human.
Strengths and Skills
Combat
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that as a leader of the Black dragons, Seishu is a very strong person. If you wanna be the leader of a gang, the first thing you gotta do is to be superior in combat as compared to all the other members. And for the longest time, he remained the undisputed most skilled fighter of his gang.
However, after the arrival of Taiju, things changed a lot. Not only was Taiju able to go head to head with Seishu, but he was also able to defeat him. It’s one of the reasons why Seishu had to forfeit his position as the leader of the gang (chapter 79).

Ø He was born on 18th October 1989, making his zodiac sign Libra.
Ø His age in the past was 16, whereas in the present it’s 28.
Ø His blood group is B positive.

Ø His height is 177cm
Past/History
Seishu was the second-born sibling in the Inui family. And he happened to share a lot of physical resemblance with his firstborn sister. In fact, his resemblance with his sister was so uncanny and precise that his childhood friend ended up saving Seishu instead of his sister from a burning house; even though he went in to save his sister (chapter 158)
His sister survived the burning home. However, she died shortly afterward because of injuries she sustained after being rescued. Eventually, Sheishu came across as the leader and founder of the Black Dragons, Shinichiro. He became fascinated and obsessed with his personality. Not long after meeting him, he decided to become a part of the gang one day.
However, Seishu managed to become a member of the gang. By the time he does, Shinichiro was no longer the leader, and the gang had lost all its reputation and strength. As someone who was deeply touched by the way Shinichiro led his life, Seishu made it his life goal to restore the gang to its former glory. After becoming its leader, he successfully makes the gang the strongest gang in Tokyo.

Akane Inui
In his childhood, Seishu had two people he was deeply connected with. One was his sister, Akane Inui and the other was his best friend Hajime Kokonoi. It should come off as no surprise that he was really close to his sister, and they spent a lot of time together. Unfortunately, fate was cruel, and she died a very early death (chapter 158).
Hajime Kokonoi
The other person he had a deep connection with was his best friend Kokonoi. Kokonoi loved Seishu’s sister deeply. In fact, he was in an even worse state after the death of his sister than Seishu himself. They both remained friends even after the death of Akane. Eventually, they parted ways. However, they never stopped caring for each other
Izana Kurokawa
Another person he met when Seishu was a kid was the person Izana Kurokawa (chapter 129). Even though they started off as good friends, they eventually became enemies. Seishu didn’t like the way Kurokawa influenced the gang, and they ended up not seeing eye to eye.
Plot
Seishu is one of the people who saw great potential in Takemichi. Just like Mikey, Seishui also thought that Takemichi shared some common traits with the founder of the Black Dragons. One of those traits was that Takemichi would take on bigger opponents than him without any fear or hesitation.
Since Takemcihi’s personality resembled the founder’s personality so much, Seishui had him become the leader of the Black dragons considering him a valuable asset in restoring the glory days of the gang(chapter 111)
Voice actors
At the time of writing this, there has been no voice actor that has been chosen to take on the role of Seishu Inui. His first appearance in the manga is In (chapter 71). The anime hasn’t gotten anywhere near that point yet, so it’s no surprise that a voice actor hasn’t been chosen yet. As fans, we have every right to speculate.
