Pehyan is an ill-tempered person whose aggression helps him fight with much intensity! We have seen him cursing Takemichi in Chapter 14 of Tokyo Revengers. As time goes by, we get to see his warm side too. He doesn’t only care about Toman Gang but for its members too! He has a special bonding or liking to Pahchin. Therefore, when Pahchin was beaten to a pulp by Nobutaka Osanai (Chapter 15), he was worried sick about him and wanted to save him from the violence of Osanai.
He also has a good sense of humor, and always uses his humor at remarkable times. Pehyan might not be the most intelligent but arguably he has an intimidating aura that has been proved useful in many situations!

Past/History

Pahchin and Pehyan being good fellows are mostly seen together. They’re both at the Mushashi Shrine for Toman’s meeting. As soon as Takemichi arrives on the scene, they get angry at him because of what happened with Masataka Kiyomizu.
Before fighting with the Moebius Gang, there was a meeting between Manjiro, Draken, Pahchin, and Pehyan Takmichi asks them to call off the fight with Moebius. As Takemichi knew that the consequences were going to be fatal, therefore he tells them to call off the fight. (Chapter 14). Pehyan and Pahchin get mad at him for such a hilarious idea. Pahchin had to take revenge! Nobutaka Osanai did him very bad which pissed him off as it is, so Toman decides to take revenge!
During the fight with the Moebius Gang, Pahchin was seen in action with his full potential! In fact, he was beaten to a pulp! But he still did not give up! Pehyan and Pahchin are literally like brothers. The bond between the two of them is very strong and unbreakable. As the police sirens are heard, everybody leaves but Pahchin stabs Nobutaka Osanai and stays with him. In conclusion, he was caught by the police and eventually went to jail.
Manjiro and Ken Ryuguji kept fighting to save Pahchin or not, but in the end, it was decided by the mature Ken that he should be accountable for his actions.
Pehyan thought that everyone is abandoning Pahchin and soon Toman will become a part of the Moebius Gang. On 3rd August, he finds out that a huge fight between the Moebius Gang and Toman Gang occurs. During the fight, Manjiro approaches Pehyan and asks him why did he attack Ken.
Basically, Pehyan was pissed about everyone moving forward in life while leaving Pahchin behind. Pahchin was everything for Pehyan. Therefore, he starts hitting Mikey too! Mikey asked for more and more hits until he felt satisfied and told that he would never want to break the Toman Gang just because of a mere fight. Just like a true leader, Manjiro said that he would never want to fight his family and asks him to return to the Tokyo Manji Gang. (Chapter 23)
