Personality

Hinata has shown to be very cheerful, kind and positive. She’s able to lift up everyone’s mood around her because of her bubbly nature. She cares deeply about Takemichi and goes to great lengths to protect him.
Hina went as far as to slap Mikey when she thought that Mikey and Draken were bullying Takemichi (Chapter 4).
Hinata is very understanding of others and does not back down if anyone requires her help. She acts as a force that pushes people forward instead of keeping them dormant. Despite her age, Hinata is shown to be a very mature, strong-willed and unwavering teenager.
She is the reason why Takemichi did everything in his power to destroy the future where Toman was corrupted and Hina was dead. Even when she was in her last breath, she prioritized Takemichi first before herself (Chapter 33).
Strengths and Skills

Unwavering Determination
Much like Takemichi, Hina doesn’t have any special abilities especially in fighting, but when push comes to shove, both make it up for their unyielding determination. Due to her strong will, Hina stands up at anyone who dares hurt her friends and Takemichi.
She was the most important piece in the battle against Tenjiku, where she convinced Mikey and Draken to help Takemichi (Chapter 169). Hinata might not have engaged in fights, but she was the person that gave the biggest push in defeating Kisaki once and for all.

During Takemichi’s last time leap where he decided to save Mikey and possibly destroy the best outcome he worked so hard to get, Hina continued to support him even if he chose the wrong decision this time around (Chapter 208). Both Hina and Takemichi will never choose to give up even when everything is against them.

We’ve seen her getting jealous because she misunderstood Takemichi and Emma’s relationship. Later, she became good friends with Emma when she got to know about her feelings for Draken and was cheering for her when all of them went to the festival.
Hinata acts as a motivation for Takemichi and also, his sole determination. She’s also extremely loyal to him as it is shown that after their breakup, she never got into any other relationship. She kept the four-leaf clover Takemichi got her all those years after their breakup.
Family

Naoto Tachibana
Naoto Tachibana is the younger brother of Hinata Tachibana. It is shown that both the siblings have a very loving relationship and both care deeply for each other. Hinata is the only reason why Naoto asks for his help changing the future.
Naoto is also the trigger for Takemichi’s time-leaping abilities. He became a police officer in the future after Takemichi told him about Hinata’s impending death.

Masato Tachibana
Masato Tachiba is Naoto and Hinata’s father. He works as a police officer. Masato persuaded Takemichi to break up with Hina so that she won’t get involved in danger (Chapter 90).
Although he was successful at first, he later admitted defeat when Hina told him that he didn’t marry Hina’s mother because of how society saw him (Chapter 108).
Past/History

Before Hina met Takemichi, she and Kisaki went to the same elementary school. Kisaki and Hina used to walk together, with Hina being Kisaki’s only friend. While the two were walking on their way home, they saw a group of middle school students hurting a cat for no reason. Without a second thought, Hinata walks up to the group and talks to them. This gave the cat time to run away. The kids then turned their anger towards Hina until Takemichi arrived (Chapter 89).
Just like your typical Takemichi, he confronts the bullies while being afraid at the same time. He takes them on in a fight but fails miserably. The group of bullies leaves and Hina’s tears start pouring out. Takemichi comforts Hina until she stopped crying. This was the time Hina fell for him (Chapter 89).
Plot

Toman Arc
Hinata first makes her appearance when she finds injured Takemichi at her door. Takemichi, upon seeing Hinata, starts crying and is about to leave when Hinata stops him. She wants him to share what has happened to him since she’s the closest to him. After they’re done talking, Takemichi takes his leave
The next day, Takemichi is found again beaten up. Hinata shows her concern and says she would have been able to protect him if he were a guy. She hates how boys fight all the time. After their conversation, Takemichi leaves.
Hinata misunderstands the relationship between Takemichi and Emma when she finds Emma crying with her head in Takemichi’s lap and gets furious over it. Her jealousy soon goes away when she finds out about Emma’s love for Draken. She tells Takemich at the festival that she still hasn’t forgiven him about what happened between him and Emma at the Karaoke. She soon tells Takemichi that she forgives him when he’s about to kiss her under the tree when it is raining
After their kiss was disturbed, Hinata with Emma went on to help Takemichi in saving Draken (Chapter 25).

Takemichi does so, but they later get back together after Toman won against the Black Dragons (Chapter 91, Chapter 108).

Tenjiku Arc
Draken and Mikey had their spirits broken after Emma died and Hina decided to give them a push. Hina revealed to both of them that Takemichi is from the future. She told them that Takemichi has been fighting alone to save everyone all this time. This lit up the fire inside the duo and they helped in defeating Tenjiku (Chapter 169).

Final Arc
At Pah-Chin’s wedding, Takemichi and Hina reunite 12 years in the future. Everyone from Toman looks happy and they lived their lives to the fullest. Takemichi’s mission was a success and Hina was saved (Chapter 192). However, everything changed when Takemichi decided to go back to the past to save Mikey.
