Konnichiwa Minna San’! Here I am again, with yet another interesting and power-packed topic. Whenever we talk about action anime and power, a few names come to mind. These anime have been on top since day one. Today, I am bringing you one of the best action anime of this generation.

Oh yeah, Bleach it is! Bleach has been breaking stereotypes from the beginning. Giving us power goals, an entirely new way to consider swords, and the best part is the villains. Villains are more handsome, stronger, and admirable than heroes!
Bleach is a rare anime in which every character has its presence. Be it small or on a large scale; but, all characters have been given detailed build-ups. And today, we will be looking at the 110+ strongest characters of Bleach.
Then again, Bleach is unique because power is not shown only as raw strength or sword skills. Nevertheless, the creators have made sure to make it precise. Each character has one or two elements that one would consider when thinking of power. And I am going to rank them as per those elements.
So without further delay, let’s start our Holy work. (;D)

Like how we tell kids that a monster will eat them if they don’t listen to their parents. Menos Grande are technically the same. They are used to instil fear among beginner Shinigami.
As described by Rukia (Bleach Manga Chapter: 46)
“Menos Grande are deadly high class hollows born after eating 100s of lowly hollows. A lone Shinigami of low rank can never defeat it.”
True, it is because Menos are huge in size, they are scary, and the only thing they use is a Cero. Given their size, it becomes difficult to cut them. Only those with high spiritual pressure can face them and not die.

One thing about Bleach that everyone loves is that even the minor characters attract much attention. Noba is one such character. It might sound funny, but he looks like a goody bag with an oversized zipper.
That describes his personality as an introvert and a quiet person. He is strong enough to open the portal and link dimensions. Plus, Noba can even teleport his opponents into these dimensions. But since he is a minor character, you don’t expect him to have high spiritual pressure…sad but true!
The plus point of Noba is that he is a modified soul. No matter what happens, these mod souls don’t die. He also claims that they have durability much stronger than any other. (Bleach Anime Episode: 86)
“Mod Souls don’t die as long as their pills aren’t destroyed.”
109. Kurodo

He is another one of the mod souls. If we exclude hand-to-hand combat and sword skills, his abilities are scary. Kurodo’s powers include; shapeshifting, mimicry, Bount Detection, and high Reishi Detection.
Imagine Orihime’s dead brother appearing in front of her saying: “For you to dream about me must be troubling.”
Man, I would freak out if I were Orihime, but she was like, okay, welcome back, dead bro…LOL. You can see Kurodo displaying his abilities at his best (Bleach Anime Episode: 65). Especially when he overpowers Sado, though for a moment, but he does!
108. Nanao Ise

A young lady with a stern appearance, but yes, she is a beauty. Nanao appeared as a lieutenant with only one job, to make her Captain shine brighter. In short, creating an atmosphere even when her Captain is fighting; by spraying rose petals (Bleach Manga Chapter: 106). Tough job, LOL!
Ise may seem severe and harmless, but she is one of the few lieutenants with the strong Kido. She uses spells with extreme precision and accuracy, thus deemed dangerous and famous at the same time.
Nanao is portrayed as a fragile young girl in the beginning. However, by the end of Bleach, she was being developed into a real strong fighter (Bleach Manga Chapter: 653).

To best describe him, I would say a doppelganger! He is a mod soul but one of a kind. He introduces himself as Ichigo, freaking the hell out of him (Bleach Manga Chapter: 13).
“Hi, I am Kurosaki Ichigo, my motto in life is early to bed early to rise.”
Imagine if Ichigo had such a motto, Bleach would be only a running bloodstream with no purifier, LOL! Kon possesses the most spiritual pressure and a will stronger than others among the mod souls.
In the beginning, he was strong enough to outrun Ichigo and Rukia. He is good at hand-to-hand combat and had some tough guys at his mercy. The best thing about him is that he is a two-way communicator.
Man, I would love to have such a stuffed lion, but I guess I have to move to Karakura town for that!

Among the Sternritters, she was designated, “Q, the Question.” Her ability was never described in the manga. She did have the basic abilities of all Sternritters, but nothing specific about her power is known. The only known thing is that her ability makes others question themselves!
Kenpachi threw her torn body while saying she was talking, but it wasn’t worth listening to! (Bleach Manga Chapter: 503)
“She went on about explaining something to me, I couldn’t even hear her because of the other guy’s roar…she was annoying so I just tore off her throat”.
Man, they got to be careful of Kenpachi. So, in other words, Gabrielli might have been strong, but her luck ran out, and she met the devil himself.

In every anime, characters who don’t speak much are cool and firm. This is the primary criteria, actually. Bleach is no different in this regard except that it has characters that don’t speak at all. So, their level of strength hits different.
Ayon is one such monster described as a Chimera. For those of you who don’t know a chimera, it is like making a hybrid by adding different parts of different animals! They happen to be strong.
There is a warning about him that is 110% true (Bleach Manga Chapter: 335).
“I forgot to mention Ayon is deadly strong, so I’d watch out if I were you.”
Yeah, judging by his appearance, Dude! I would definitely keep my distance!
So being a chimera, he is strong, giving him enhanced strength, speed, endurance, powerful Cero, and flexibility. He had spiritual pressure strong enough for a chimera to defeat 4 lieutenants in less than 2 minutes (Bleach Manga Chapter: 336).
104. Shaz Domino

Shaz is one of the low rankers among the Sternritters. With the appearance of an old muscular man, he wears glasses. In the beginning, he appears while killing many of the SRDI’s members. He was showing off to Akon, one of the members of SRDI.
In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 512), he was explaining to Akon about his powers proudly,
“I am the Sternritter Shaz Domino, the power I was blessed with is….”
And slash!!! He is terminated while leaving us all in suspense of his powers. Buddy, come on, you at least have to tell us what you got. But that is the end of his story!
Nothing else was mentioned about his powers except for the Reishi Knives that he uses to kill his opponents.

Stubbornness…Grand Fisher is a hollow known to be stubborn throughout the series. He has made multiple appearances in manga and anime (Bleach Manga Chapter: 18). With his ability to lure, he transforms into the dear ones of its prey and goes for the kill.
He is one of the few known hollows that transformed into an Arrancar. Pride and revenge are the main aspects of his personality. He declares himself as the strongest! (Bleach Anime Episode: 111)
“I am going to turn your bones to dust while you are still human.”
The list of his abilities is quite long, and all of them are deadly. Lure, high-speed regeneration, tentacles, transformation, and a Zanpakuto; in short, mate! You are dead if you are not strong enough against him!

They say: “If you live long enough, you become wise”. To be honest, Shawlong was wise but also prideful and loyal. Since he belongs to Grimmjow’s Fraccion, pride is one thing that drives them. He is known to be the oldest living Arrancar in Aizen’s army. Being the head of Grimmjow’s five Fraccion, he is strong enough to voice his opinion.
In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 285), he swore loyalty to Grimmjow!
“Let us go together, Grimmjow. You shall become our King.”
I always believe that strength is not always physical, and your mind is the most potent weapon you have. Shawlong had the same thoughts as me…man, I am proud of myself, HAHA! Jokes apart, among the best technicians, his name is also included at the end…still it’s there, you know!

He is strong enough to take out a hollow and face an Arrancar as a kid. One thing you have to remember is that Jinta is a human with strong spiritual pressure. He is headstrong and likes to show off his power, no matter the case!
In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 13), he claims to his friend that:
“I am not scared. You are as annoying as ever and below me.”
His abilities include endurance, enhanced strength, high spiritual pressure, and talent to wield a Kanabo. Just so you know, this kid got his way with weapons. Man! When I was his age, I hardly knew if a weapon like Kanabo existed…kids in Japan are definitely something, though!
He has the potential to become strong with time. And he does, actually!

Driscoll is the Sternritter designated, “O- The Overkill.” His designation states his abilities to some extent. In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 503), he shows off his abilities while facing his opponent.
“His majesty gave me the letter O…Overkill. The more I kill, the stronger I get.”
But like I said, sometimes luck isn’t on your side. Driscoll might have been strong, but since he came up against the Captain-Commander, he was burned to ashes in a few minutes. Hence, none of his other abilities are mentioned!
In theory, he is strong because he could use Destructive Arrows. These arrows are made of Reishi absorbed from the environment. Their sole purpose is to destroy what they touch!

She is a girl who turns into a killing machine whenever she senses a deadly spiritual pressure. Like in (Bleach Manga Chapter: 207); during the face off against Granz, Renji was having a hard time, and Ururu pops up from behind Granz and says:
“Danger, to us you are a danger. Dangerous are enemies…must be executed”.
Just so you know, during her slaughter mode, she is deadly; even Granz was about to choke to death. Huff! Kids these days are something!
Compared to Jinta, she is more robust. She is an expert in hand-to-hand combat, fast, has superhuman strength, and suspension in the air. Yeah, I get that; even though she isn’t a Shinigami, she can walk in the air…Ah! I feel so betrayed for being a human now!

If we talk about appearances, then a half bald, old, huge, and fat guy won’t ever strike someone to be strong. But then again dude, it’s Bleach! Even if you are huge and bald, you can be strong. Omaeda is an example of such characters.
I personally like it when he says, (Bleach Manga Chapter: 331)
“You shouldn’t judge others by their appearances.”
It is true, actually! Even with his dumb personality, Marechiyo is a lieutenant with high endurance. He is an expert swordsman, not to mention that all lieutenant-level Shinigami are experts. Plus, he completely denies the saying that fatty people are not fast!
Well, meet him; he is a Shunpo expert (flash steps). One who outrunned a high-level Quincy that many others couldn’t do. That is remarkable, you know!
97. Hiyori Sarugaki

If anyone were to look at her, they would say she is a human! But to tell you a secret, she only looks like a fragile tiny human. Hiyori is a Shinigami and a Visored/ Vizard. Even though she is a Shinigami, she exclaims that she really hates them with a pitiful heart (Bleach Manga Chapter: 190)
“I really hate Humans…and I hate Shinigamis much more”.
Dude, that’s sad! I feel sad vibes here! Moving on to the abilities, she wasn’t as strong as a Shinigami. However, after becoming a Vizard, her speed and strength increased in humongous ways. She became an expert at using a Cero.
Not to mention, she has a cranky personality, and Hiyori shows her anger through her fists and kicks. Dang, they hurt a lot; for reference, you can ask Ichigo. He went through hell while training with her. Sarugaki uses the Flying Slipper Technique to teach everyone, LOL! She sounds like an angry mum!

He is one of the few characters in Bleach that were deemed brave and robust because of their belief. Ganju is no Shinigami, but just a soul of Soul Society. Yet, he is worth mentioning as he helped Ichigo when he first went to soul society.
Ganju was brave enough to challenge Kuchiki Byakuya. In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 116) he openly exclaims that he won’t run away no matter how weak he is!
“I don’t know how it is with you nobles…but a coward that would be scared by something so trivial does not exist in the Shiba family.”
Ganju does not have a Zanpakuto or any extraordinary power as an ordinary soul. But he is an expert in hand-to-hand combat. His abilities include endurance, high spiritual pressure, swordsmanship, and, yes, earth magic!
95. Ashido Kano

If I were to describe him, I would say Sober and Handsome. But I know we are talking about strength here. So, Ashida is a Shinigami worth mentioning because he is the only known Shinigami to have survived in Hueco Mundo. He survived among hollows, gillians, and Arrancar for centuries.
During his stay there, he lost all his comrades. In (Bleach Anime Episode: 148), when he encounters Rukia, he tells her the reason for his stay in Hueco Mundo!
“Everyone chooses their own paths.”
He was a not-so-great Shinigami when he was in Soul Society. However, after spending a long time in the world of hollows, his powers increased. Kano’s stamina, endurance, speed, strength were all remarkable!
94. Ruri’iro Kujaku

There are many characters in Bleach that have the potential to grow, however they were kept at their minimum. Kujaku is one such character, basically a Zanpakuto. He always complained that his owner never allowed him to use his true potential.
During the Zanpakuto arc, he got a chance to show off his abilities! (Bleach Anime Episode: 243)
“You always try to hide my true nature. While I am proud to use my power anywhere.”
Being a Zanpakuto, his abilities are not limited to one or two. He gave a pretty tough time to Yumichika during their fight. If not for Yumichika’s talent with Kido, he would have definitely lost his life to Kujaku.
93. Nanana Najahkoop

Nanana is a Sternritter designated “U, The underbelly.” Like all other Sternritters, he is proud. So much that in (Bleach Manga Chapter: 495), he declares he will kill his opponents in less than 5 minutes.
“You guys won’t even find time to cry’ cause in five minutes’ time, you are gonna be dead.”
Not all of his abilities are portrayed perfectly in the manga. However, one of his abilities did capture everyone’s eyes. He can determine every ones’ Reiatsu, no matter what level! Once he does that, he can find holes in their flow!
That is basically the weakness of his opponents. Once he locates it, he can attack them. Nanana even used his trick on Aizen (Bleach Manga Chapter: 623). Not that it worked, LOL!
He tried to show off two times; once, he was burned down by the Captain Commander, and the second time, he was shot through the chest by his former subordinate, Bazz B.
92. Suzumebachi

“Never underestimate a girl and her fashion sense.” Suzumebachi is a Zanpakuto spirit that proves this one statement in all ways. In (Bleach Anime Episode: 243), she even tells Sui Fon that she is not satisfied with her fashion sense. LOL, she is brave!
“I have always told myself that if I ever get free, I would create my own fashion statement to look awesomely sharp.”
She is one of the few Zanpakutos known for size variability. One other reason which makes her famous is her killing style. In Shikai, it’s a two-strike kill, and in Bankai, it is reduced to one. Well, for me I prefer Shikai.
Suzumebachi is small, fast, unpredictable, and deadly. What is unique is that even as a Zanpakuto, she never uses a sword. Cool, right?
91. Mashiro Kuna

When we say that some people are born lucky, Mashiro is born twice as much. Where it took a hell of training for Ichigo to master his inner Hollow, Mashiro was lucky enough to maintain that inner hollow for 15 hours straight without an effort!
In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 376), she proudly states this fact:
“How long do you think I can Hollowfy…15 hours 15, I could go on like this until the middle of the night.”
Kuna is the only Vizard with this much durability. Her abilities include the use of Zanpakuto, being a Hakuda expert and a Cero user. Being a Vizard, enhanced speed and strength are given!
90. Aikawa Love

From his appearance, he may look funky and a non-serious person. But among Vizard’s lot, he is actually the philosopher. He likes to tell people about the harsh realities that he thinks only he can see. In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 372), he explains to his comrade:
“After a person loses their comrades, it becomes a battle of revenge.”
Love is a perceptive one. His abilities include detection, Shunpo expertise, and hand-to-hand combat. Aikawa’s Zanpakuto is among the few known Fire types at present. Controlling his inner hollow and the use of Cero made his abilities striking and deadly.

At first glance, he seems like a typical uncle. Wait, when I say uncle, I mean a physically fit, muscular, and non-talkative, buddy. He doesn’t talk much, but it’s about rules and regulations whenever he does!
Tsukabishi is a walking law book. Even in (Bleach Anime Episode: 212), you could say he knows he is doing is wrong but tells Urahara to close his eyes, so he doesn’t become a witness!
“I am going to use Time stop and teleport. Both are forbidden techniques so you should close your eyes and ears for a moment.”
HAHA! Only this made Urahara’s eyes pop out of shock. Looking at his physique, anyone can guess he is good at hand-to-hand combat. However, only a few know that he is a Grandmaster of Kido. When he was in the soul society, he was fearsome!
Because he doesn’t use his power that much, it is one of the few reasons he isn’t considered strong!
88. Senbonzakura

During the Zanpakuto arc, Senbonzakura was considered deadly strong and a rebel. But only a few know that he came out as the most loyal one. In (Bleach Anime Episode: 263), he commented:
“Do you think I would follow anyone other than my master?”
Dang!…that lucky Kuchiki Byakuya. Senbonzakura is fast, so fast that even at average speed, a high-ranking Shinigami requires much effort to follow him!
His speed is one of the things he is famous for. Senbonzakura’s other abilities include durability, deadly strikes, and control over a thousand swords at once.
87. Ggio Vega

Vega is one of the retainers of Barragan. He may look like a weak kid with no muscles but Vega is deadly strong. This is one of the reasons he is one of Barragan’s retainers. It is sporadic for a Shinigami and an Arrancar to have the same kind of weapons.
Especially after their sword release, Vega’s sword release was similar to Soi Fon. In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 332), he exclaimed,
“It is nice that our weapons are similar. That way we can fight the way we are accustomed to.”
With a deadly Cero, an expert at Sunedo, proficient in hand to hand combat, stamina, and an expert swordsman; these are the few abilities that can be named of him!
86. Yumichika Ayasegawa

Yumichika is one of his kind, and he is a sucker for beauty. Ayasegawa is a beauty addict. He only likes beautiful things. Even though he is strong and can take out his opponents if he focuses a bit more, Yumichika chose not to. Reason…Because he might not look beautiful!
In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 319), he openly says to his opponents that he won’t fight him because he can’t even look at ugly things.
“I don’t look at ugly things on principle.”
ROFL, he is something! Yumichika is strong enough to drain opponents of their Reiatsu with his Zanpakuto. Yet he chooses to keep the fight clean and avoid it as much as he can. He is a lieutenant, so his abilities are pretty good!
85. Rangiku Matsumoto

Rangiku is the lieutenant of the 10th division. She is headstrong, a bit cranky, lazy, and, yes, moody. No matter what kind of opponents she is dealing with, she keeps her calm. Plus, if the other party happens to be a woman, precisely a rude woman, she becomes a cat who teases them real bad.
Even when fighting against 3 Fraccion in (Bleach Manga Chapter: 330), she teased them as if they were impolite.
“So your ears actually are better than I thought. I was thinking to myself that her ear, her face and her style, why are all so awful?”
It was actually a catfight, HAHA. Girls will be girls no matter the circumstances!
Rangiku is among the best Kido user lieutenants. Her other abilities include swordsmanship, being an expert tactician, durability, and speed.
84. Llyod Brothers

A Sternritter designated “Y, The yourself”; these twin brothers are strange and powerful in a unique way. Llyod’s ability is transforming/ replicating another person physically and personality-wise. In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 508), while fighting off the Captain Commander as Yhwach, he claims that there is much more to a Quincy than a cross and arrow.
“Don’t think that a Quincy is only able to rely on Quincy Cross and Quincy Pfeil.”
He was born with the ability, Yourself. Llyod has a twin brother; they are so alike that even they can’t differentiate them from each other. There is only one reason, because they replicate each other. One dies at the hands of the Captain Commander as Yhwach.
While the other one lost his life at the hands of Kenpachi. The Llyod brothers’ only weakness was that their transformation was never perfect. Since each brother had one aspect that the other couldn’t fulfill.

I am not well versed in Spanish, so if you ask me, I would say Tres Bestias means 3 best friends!!! LOL, I didn’t even know if that was Spanish or Italian. Anyhow, for your ease, I’ll tell you the Tres Bestias means three beasts (I searched it beforehand).
Among the Fraccion of Espada, this term is given to the three women who serve Harribel. They are given this term because they never fight alone. You will always see them together, and that makes them lethal. As in (Bleach Manga Chapter: 488), they are defined as,
“They are super strong and super scary. If they are here then the enemy army probably will be wiped out in a matter of seconds.”
They were strong enough to create a Chimera by sacrificing their left arms. They gave a hard time to 4 lieutenants and a Captain altogether.

Remember when I said that those who don’t speak much are really strong. Well, here we are again with Wonderweiss. He is a modified Arrancar. After losing all his abilities, he gained one. Mergela’s sole reason for existence is to seal off the Captain Commander’s Zanpakuto.
Aizen comments on his strength (Bleach Manga Chapter: 393)
“He was created for the sole purpose of sealing your Ryuujin Jakka Captain Commander…Farewell”
He has a lot of abilities, including Cero, controlling a pet that can vomit gillians, and a solid cry loud enough to break a Captain’s technique. Among his other abilities, he also has a strong Hierro. It means his outer shell is strong enough to withstand multiple attacks and kicks and come back unharmed.

Ryuken Ishida is a doctor if we talk about the human world. However, at the same time, he is a pure Quincy. Ishida is strong enough to take down an army of hollows alone, yet he chooses to keep calm. Man, he is classy, I tell you!
He is more of a philosopher and guide than a fighter. Ryuken knows the difference between a human, a Shinigami, and a Quincy. Ishida explains in (Bleach Manga Chapter: 124) to his son as well.
“How many times should I tell you, there is no point in saving the dead! That’s a Shinigami’s job. You should learn to save the ones who are alive.”
A few of his abilities can be seen throughout the series: a keen intellect, Reishi manipulation, high spiritual pressure, and a level-headed tactician. He is one of the few remaining pure Quincy in the human world. He is a carrier of the original powers of the Quincy. However, he has chosen to live as a human.

Buddy, he has got a name for his whole family. That aside, Dordoni is a former Espada. He was strong enough to force Ichigo to use his Bankai with his hollow mask. Dordoni has an iron will to fight till his last breath.
In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 254), he was injured badly, and yet he expresses that,
“Injuries are all in the mind, Nino. If the will to fight is healed the injuries to the body are of no consequence.”
His abilities include enhanced speed, strength, stamina, Resurreccion, and a Hierro. Socaccio’s Hierro was quite impressive. Dordoni could block Ichigo’s Getsuga with his legs. Even after being injured, he could block Ichigo’s Getsuga with his bare hands.

She may look bizarre and tiny but don’t mistake her as weak. She gave Ishida a hard time, especially when he learned to use his powers anew. She has only one motto, “to kill the enemy.” In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 258), she clarifies to Ishida that she is fighting with the intent to kill.
“Arrancar are soldiers. Espada are the leaders. We were born for the sole purpose of killing the enemy.”
Cirucci is one of the few known brilliant characters in Bleach that shocked Ishida during fights. Her style of strategizing the use of her powers is remarkable. She changes her way of fighting according to her opponents.
Resurreccion, enhanced strength, an adept strategist, and being an expert swordsman are a few abilities that can be listed. Also, Cirucci is among the few Arrancar that made an appearance in the 1000 Year Blood War.

Like seriously, dude? He died once; he obviously knows more about life than an average human, duh! Findorr is one of the retainers of Barragan and thus holds much power. He has a unique and eye-catching power.
Generally, if an Arrancar’s mask is broken, they lose strength. However, here, it works in reverse. The more Findorr breaks his mask, the stronger he gets. He gave Hisagi a real tough time. To be honest, Hisagi was holding back, but that is another thing.
Like all Arrancar, Findorr also has Hierro, Cero, Bala, and a unique technique, Silbido. He can summon hollows through a whistle. And make them destroy things on command.

Choe is among the few characters in bleach that are huge physically. He becomes gigantic when he does a sword release. Choe is among the most loyal and firm believers of Barragan. He considers Barragan as a god. In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 319), he asks Ikkaku if there is one for Shinigami.
“Praying to what? Do you Shinigami actually have a god?”
He was strong enough to take out Ikkaku. Choe was able to destroy one of the four pillars keeping the real Karakura town safe. It is safe to assume that Choe is the strongest among Barragan’s fraccion.
His power can be determined by the fact that it took a Captain-level Bankai to defeat him. His Resurreccion enhances his original abilities. Thus the original high-level strength and other abilities reach extreme levels.

Number 7 is considered lucky. This is precisely what Zommari believes. He is the 7th Espada in Aizen’s army. He takes pride in being the one who takes control of his opponents. Turning them into his puppets is one of his abilities.
In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 299), during his fight against Kuchiki Byakuya, he claims that he will defeat him. The reason being Byakuya’s pride;
“The cause of your defeat is the arrogance that keeps you from reciting even your name.”
In simpler words, Zommari was pissed that Byakuya didn’t even tell him his name, LOL! Moving on, Zommari’s Resurreccion is one of the strangest among all Espada. Zommari twists his head until perpendicular and offers a prayer sign.
Man, it is creepy. Zommari’s abilities include Sound Twins. It means he is fast enough to confuse his opponents into thinking he has a twin. His Resurreccion allows him to control his opponent’s body parts. Depending on his mood, he decides to torture them or finish them off in one hit by controlling their minds.

Espada number 9 Aaroniero has the funniest appearance. He is actually two talking brains in a test tube replacing the head in a human body. Eww, that sounds bizarre! All Espada have a thing called pride.
Aaroniero takes pride in him because he thinks he has limitless potential for evolution. In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 267), he declares it so as well.
“Out of every single Arrancar in existence, I am the only one with the limitless potential for Evolution.”
The reason behind his pride and his evolution is only one. He has the ability to mimic and copy all his opponents that he kills and eats, especially Shinigami. Yuck! That is dirty. So, one thing is for sure; his abilities are a sum of the opponents he has killed.
Not only that, but he also has the ability to attach himself to his opponent’s body and suck the information out of them. Yeah, you got that right; he is a leech! Aaroniero’s other abilities include information handling and speed.

The reason behind it is Kenpachi. He killed Jerome in one strike.Kenpachi shocks the Sternritters when he brings a pile of corpses on his shoulder (Bleach Manga Chapter: 503). And roughly tells them about each one.
“He was nothing but a giant ape with a roar strong enough to destroy his enemies so I cut him in half…that’s all.”
Jerome had terrible luck because he ran into Kenpachi that day.

Hachigen is huge with strangely pink hair and a mustache. He is definitely the uncle type in Bleach. Hachi is the wisest and calmest character you will see in the series. He simply states a reality that most of us ignore. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 228)

Looking at his huge, bulky yet cute personality, many think he is not strong enough. Nevertheless, in reality, he is a Lieutenant level Vizard. Hachi is an expert in Kido, and his abilities increased after his hollowfication.
Hachi’s abilities include keen intellect, calm analysis, Kido master, time-space barriers, and expert swordsmanship. He was sharp enough to notice the loophole in Barragan’s power and defeat him. It is a feat that no one has accomplished till now.

He is firm in both defence and offense. One of his arms takes the form of the Devil’s hands, and the other takes the form of the Devil’s shield. Throughout the series, Sado defeated many strong opponents and fought side by side with Ichigo.
Sado does not have impressive speed and is limited to only human speed. Nevertheless, his strength is on another level. He has a keen intellect and can take down strong hollows with just one punch.

Izuru is not such an extraordinary fighter. But he does have some qualities. Kira is a Kido expert. Typically, Kido users take a lot of time for spells; however, Kira is quite efficient in this regard. He is also known as the healer among his fellow Shinigamis.
Kira is calm and level-headed. He judges his opponents before striking them. Once he has made a judgment, he will not hesitate to slice his opponent’s throat. His abilities include swordsmanship and being an expert tactician.

Pepe is the Sternritter designated “L- The Love.” He is one of the few characters in Bleach that use the very tricky and sadistic abilities. Pepe’s sadistic nature nurtures his powers. He claims that he hates conflicts because they begin with love. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 595)
“By its very nature, conflict is always a sorrowful thing. And that’s because it has ‘love’ at its heart.”
By standards, Pepe has a weak ability to send flying kisses to his targets. These heart-shaped kisses make his targets fight his enemies out of love for him. However, in reality, it is basically controlling someone strong to fight for him.
He can control multiple people at a time. The worst part about him is that he uses this ability on his fellow Sternritters. Other abilities include flight and love arrows that serve the same purpose.

Nimaiya is one of the members of the Zero division. Although they are considered the strongest among Shinigamis, in reality, they are not the best fighters. Nimaiya has a funky personality. He tells everyone that he is straight (Bleach Manga Chapter: 601). HAHA, he is such a mood!

In terms of power, he is the best swordsmith in Bleach. No one can forge a Zanpakuto like him. He knows anything and everything about Zanpakuto. It’s possible evolutions, weaknesses, and possible versions; he knows it all.
Spoilers for fans; Nimaiya is the one who forges a new Zanpakuto for Ichigo for his final battle. In terms of speed and strength, he is not up to the reputation of Zero Squad, but then again, Zero Squad was never only about wholesome powers.

Ginjo Kugo can be considered as a failed version of a Substitute Shinigami. He was basically a Substitute Shinigami who lost his powers because he wasn’t a good guy. Kugo manipulated Fullbring users to steal Ichigo’s Shinigami powers.
He explains that he is a fighter, and if he has a sword, it means it is to kill. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 450)
“Why do you think swords have handles put on them? It’s to get rid of the handicap of reach.”
The creator made sure to tell us that Tensa Zangetsu and Getsuga Tenshou only look good on Ichigo. His haters topped the chart when Ginjo stole Ichigo’s powers and used them against him (Bleach Manga Chapter: 459).
His power includes sharp reflexes, energy blade, fullbring absorption, and ability replication. It means he can replicate his opponent’s abilities after stealing them. Enhanced speed, strength and durability are basics.

Nozarashi aka Yachiru is a Zanpakuto spirit. No one knows how she originally looks, but the creators confirmed that Nozarashi manifested herself as a Shinigami, Yachiru. She stayed with Kenpachi from the very beginning.
There is only one reason why Nozarashi made a late appearance as Kenpachi’s Bankai. From the very beginning, Kenpachi was unable to communicate with his Zanpakuto. That made Nozarashi unable to use its full potential.
After releasing her powers for the first time, she tells Kenpachi to not worry. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 668)
“If you use me properly; then there is nobody you can’t cut.”
Not all of her abilities have been shown in the manga. However, it has been made clear that she was so strong that even Kenpachi had a hard time taking in her powers. Enhanced strength that would cut any being in front of her; deadly for sure!

His abilities are both offensive and defensive at the same time. This is one rare thing when we talk about powers. He uses a strange gun in his right hand and shoots to kill. That makes him an expert marksman.
BG9 has several tendrils that he uses to pierce his enemies. These same tendrils are used for Data extraction from the target. This gives him an upper hand in the battle. However, he is not as smart as he considers himself.

A king has to be the strongest. Hyorinmaru proves this statement true. He is the King of Ice-type Zanpakutos and thus the strongest Ice-type ever. Like how it is difficult for a King to bow his head to another, Hyorinmaru had a hard time accepting his master.
However, once he did, his strength doubled. Under the influence of Muramasa, Hyorinmaru faces off Hitsugaya. He tells Hitsugaya about his desires. (Bleach Anime: Episode 239)
“My desire: that would be …a place to call my own; my home. I might be searching for a home.”
Among all Zanpakutos, Hyorinmaru’s existence is notable. The reason is that he is continuously evolving. There is no limit to its powers and what it can provide to its master. defence is one of the best abilities Hyorinmaru has.

All the Bleach fans agree upon one thing. The Sternritter, Wandenreich’s army, is the strongest of all characters throughout the series. Lille Barro is one of those Sternritters designated “X; The X-Axis.”
His powers are unique and otherworldly. He believes that the losing side is always slow. He comments on the fundamental fact, (Bleach Manga Chapter: 635)
“It is the way of the world that those creatures which break away from the group are the first to die.”
Lille is strong enough to force Shunsui to use his Bankai, one that has never been seen before. Barro’s powers include teleportation, spatial piercing, spatial phasing, flight, regeneration, and a lot more. In short, he is a deadly enemy that is impossible to beat.
The only weakness that makes him weaker than others is his lack of confidence. He becomes confused quickly when he doesn’t understand anything. Plus, he begins to lose his rationality. This is the biggest reason he lost his life to Nanao and Shunsui.

Hisagi is a personal favourite, fellas! The way he respects his role model without knowing anything, his Captain who betrayed him, and his Zanpakuto that never listens to him is truly remarkable. He is calm and never loses his temper.
During his fight against an Arrancar, he tells him that he does not use the full potential of his blade because he fears it. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 325)
“He who fears not the blade he wields has no right to wield that blade.”
During the series, Hisagi did not achieve Bankai, but by the end of Bleach, it was shown that he did achieve it. However, his Bankai is not shown in Bleach.
His powers include expert analysis, being a tactician, Kido expert, Shunpo expert, and Hakuda expert. Hisagi does not rely much on his Zanpakuto. This is one of the reasons he is an ace in all other areas.

The one primary purpose that all Espada serve is to kill their enemy. While here we have Nel, former Espada 3, she would only fight if there is a valid reason. Nel repeatedly teaches Nnoitra this one thing. She clearly states so that he can understand what she means. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 294)
“Those who possess rational thoughts need a reason to fight.”
Because of a tragedy, she loses her powers and becomes a child (the cutest one ever). Everyone thinks she is a human, but that is not the case. However, even after regaining her powers, she chooses to stay like a kid as it is comfortable for her.
In Bleach, she wasn’t portrayed at her full strength. Nevertheless, she was strong enough to cut Nnoitra’s Hierro. Her abilities include Cero double, an ability to absorb her opponent’s Cero and then fire a Cero that is double the strength.
Nel’s Resurreccion turns her into a horse that claims that she is the fastest among all previous Espada.

Lisa made her first appearance as a former Shinigami and currently a Vizard. Even being a Shinigami, she was deemed efficient, tactful, and a keen observer. After becoming a Vizard, her abilities were amplified.
She is on the chill side. When she teams up with Hiyori and Hitsugaya, she quotes a famous line and jumps into the fight. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 367)
“The enemy of my enemy is my friend! That’s all the reason we need to work together.”
Lisa is an expert swordsman. Her speed in slashing her enemy can hardly be matched. It can be considered that this speed is the actual ability of her sword. Plus, she can fight with and without a sword with a freestyle.
By the end of Bleach, Yadomaru was promoted to a Captain rank. Hinting that now she is capable of using a Bankai, but there is no proof because it was never shown in the manga.

Jin Kaiya is a Bount. He makes his appearance in the Bount arc as their leader. Jin’s persona left a significant mark on Ichigo’s personality development. And he is one of the few opponents that Ichigo felt terrible about fighting.
The reason is that Jin was partially right in his standings; he states,
“For Bount, Time stopped from the beginning. We can fix the gears, but the hands of time will never move for us.” (Bleach Anime Episode: 79)
That is true, but dude, you have to accept what it is to move ahead. Anyhow, he is plenty strong. Starting from keen intellect, expert swordsmanship, high endurance, enhanced speed, an expert in hand-to-hand combat, and his Doll are the few abilities worth mentioning.
His Doll can manipulate wind at its strongest, adding lightning to it. So, you can pretty much guess that Ichigo had a real hard time fighting him.

Tosen’s abilities include a Cero in his Resurreccion form, deadly sound waves, and high-speed regeneration. Since he was more of an experiment, he died due to that experiment. He could easily take down at least one Sternritter with his new powers if he were alive.

His power that was revealed later is named “Mimihagi.” In simple words, you could say that it was the right hand of the Soul King. And Ukitake had the power to replace the Soul King in certain circumstances.
Just like the Soul King, Ukitake’s Mimihagi had the power to see the future and immunity to god-level techniques. This explains why Ukitake had a dormant aura. If given a chance, Ukitake could have become the Soul King. But in “Echoing Jaws of Hell arc,” Ukitake takes another permanent and deadly form.

Bazzard Black is the sternritter designated “H-The Heat.” He is the only known sternritter who can use one of the four classical elements. He is hot-tempered, and his designation amplifies that trait of his.
He tells Hitsugaya that it will take only one of his fingers to melt his ice.
“How many times do I have to tell you, I can crush your ice with one finger?!” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 551)
Having an elemental power, he is pretty strong on his grounds. He could manipulate not with pure strength but with extreme speed and high precision. He is the only Sternritter who gets to face off with more than five Shinigamis and still stands atop.
His primary abilities include full heat (burner finger 1, burner finger 2, etc.). Bazz B is an expert marksman and has immense stamina to use the fire on a grand scale.

Just before the Quincy invasion, Byakuya was among the best and the strongest characters in Bleach. However, things changed after their invasion. Byakuya did manage to take care of one or two Sternritters. But this happened only after his upgrade from the Soul King’s Palace.
The one reason he lost the first time was his fear. This one thing he accepted as well.
“Fear is never born from nothing. It is born from the tiny insecurities that linger within our hearts.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 569)
Throughout the series, he was deemed vital. He is a bit overrated. That is a personal opinion, but I like him better than many others. Byakuya is a Kido expert, a master swordsman capable of commanding 1000 swords at once.
The speed of his Zanpakuto is on par with Ichigo. He is a master tactician and one of the few Shinigami’s who fought with more than one Sternritters and survived.

Grimmjow is one of the characters famous even among those who don’t watch Bleach. Because of his aura and Kingly demeanour, his presence is known widely. He is violent and shows blood lust during battles.
He enjoys his fight and angrily says,
“I’ll smash every one of ’em into oblivion.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 284)
Among the Espada, his power is on par with Nnoitra and Yammi. He evolved from a Kingly beast and has a highly perceptive combat style. Grimmjow’s speed is noteworthy. Grimmjow is super fast, strong, can use 2 types of Ceros, and uses deadly techniques to slice his opponents.
He is one of the few Espada that later appear in the final arc, against Sternritters (Bleach Manga Chapter: 624). He sliced Opie in one swing. When Opie was in his Vollstandig (Sort of Quincy released form), not to mention. Later, he also assisted in defeating Askin, another high-level Sternritter.
Man, this guy is something!

As is one of the few confusing characters in Bleach. Like, come on, buddy, I totally took him for a lady, and he turns out to be a man LOL, must be something wrong with my eyes.
Anyways, jokes apart, As is one of the strongest Sternritters designated, “F- The Fear.” His power is his opponent’s fears. He states an obvious fact.
“We cannot escape from our instincts.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 501)
Imagine Byakuya shivering in fear; such is the might of As Nodt’s power. He defeated Byakuya in one go. But in the second round, he was frozen to death; read the chapters to see what happened to him.
His abilities include inhuman defence and offence, his power “Fear of God.” And lastly, his ugly and scary transformations help instil fear.

Komamura is one of the underrated characters in Bleach. Throughout various arcs, Komamura showed exceptional fighting skills and resistance. In almost every battle, he became victorious.
The only drawback in his personality portrayed was his Wolf-like appearance. He valued honesty so much that he hated himself for striking his friend, even when his friend was in the wrong. He tells Tousen,
“I never thought the day would come when I would be forced to protect someone from your blade.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 367)
He is one of the few Captains who transformed beyond their Bankai. Komamura took out one of the Sternritters using his new power. His abilities include animal communication, swift reflexes, sharp senses, being a keen observer, endurance, speed, and monstrous strength.
Not only that, but his human transformation after his Bankai is worth the praise.

In terms of power, Giselle is among the strongest Sternritters. Like I said before, the nature of the power actually matters. Her designation is “Z-The Zombie.” She can turn any of her targets into a zombie. Giselle passes a comment on her power,
“If you looked at my power you would know. I have been making a lot of zombies since I came here.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 590)
Giselle created an army of her own zombies. Not just your regular zombies, but she made all the Shinigami into her soldiers, including Captains and her comrades. This is one hellish ability; that one Giselle controls.
On top of creating zombies and using their techniques against their fellows, she has an admirable healing ability. She heals faster even with a grave injury. She was able to turn Hitsugaya and Bambietta into Zombies, but another mad genius took care of it.
Giselle has an enormous amount of Reishi. That is the reason she can easily make strong zombies.

Hitsugaya is the youngest Shinigami Captain. In terms of power, he has a mountain load of power that is yet to be used. He is a fighter to the core and tries to end a battle before his Bankai reaches its last stage.
He was eager to kill Aizen and was ready to go to any lengths.
“As long as I can strike you down, I would gladly abandon my status as Captain right here right now.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 390)
Throughout the series, Hitsugaya engages in many battles and wins almost all of them. It is revealed that Hitsugaya never used his Bankai in full maturity. But in the last arc, he does that (Bleach Manga Chapter: 670). His abilities include Ice clone, excessive speed, high-class defence, Kido expert, and Bankai regeneration.
Aside from these set abilities, his Bankai displays several skills that can freeze the hell out of you.

Yoruichi is a fine lady with a specific set of skills and knowledge. She first appears as a talking cat. It is one of her abilities to shapeshift. She is a fighter and a former leader of the Stealth Force. She comments that girls nowadays are not fighters.
“Girls these days are all talk and no muscles.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 246)
Yoruichi is one of the strongest female fighters; she is only second to Unohana. The reason is her intriguing and deadly abilities. Shihouin is a Kido expert, Shunpo master, and a Shunko user (Lightning flash cry).
Not only that, but she is also an expert assassin, master strategist, and a highly perceptive combatant. She was able to overpower Askin, one of the strongest and deadly Sternritters, with her final form.

She is the most robust female character in Bleach. Unohana played her part as a medic until the 1000 year Blood war arc.
She politely returns a thankyou by saying,

She is an angel…until I knew that she was the first Kenpachi…boom! You got shocked, right! LOL! not only that, but she was the worst criminal (Bleach Manga Chapter: 520). If only she had decided not to die at Kenpachi’s hands, she would have taken down Sternritters in a worse way.
She is a master healer and expert swordsman with monstrous strength. Plus, Retsu has a keen intellect and immense spiritual power.

So firstly, let me help you clear out the misunderstanding between Hollow Ichigo and Old man Zangetsu. Hollow Ichigo is technically the original Zangetsu (manifestation of the Zanpakuto). But since Ichigo never acknowledged him, he simply stayed as Hollow Ichigo.
The Old man Zangetsu is not Ichigo’s Shinigami power. He is the chunk of Ichigo’s Quincy power. I hope this clears the confusion. Now, let’s move on to our Hollow friend named Zangetsu.
He is half of the true power of Ichigo. If left unchecked, he can become what many fear; “Vasto Lorde.” He warns Ichigo.
“I refuse to carry a king who is weaker than me. If you are weaker than me then I will destroy you and take your crown for myself.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 220)
His powers include Original Cero, high-speed regeneration, advanced growth rate, impressive speed, and perceptive combatant. Later in the manga, Ichigo accepts his Hollow side, and only then his original Zanpakuto is born.

Not many consider him a strong character because he does not exist in the real world. Tensa Zangetsu is half the manifestation of Ichigo’s Bankai and half of his Quincy power. He is the main reason Ichigo was able to win against Aizen with the Final Getsuga Tenshou.
When Tensa Zangetsu meets Ichigo for the first time, he clarifies it to Ichigo.
“Make no mistakes Ichigo. The things you want to protect are not the things I want to protect.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 409)
Ah, man! He is such a precious soul. Tensa pulled out the Vasto Lorde manifestation of Hollow Ichigo and later combined with it to stop Ichigo.
His powers include high speed, immeasurable reiatsu, and extreme muscular strength. Please do not forget the Final Getsuga Tenshou that left Aizen in chaos. Yes, so in short, Hollow Ichigo, aka Zangetsu, and Tensa Zangetsu are the reasons for all the action in Bleach

He is the most imaginative of all the Sternritters. His designation, “V- The Visionary,” allows him to turn his imagination into reality. No matter how impossible and deadly it is, Gremmy can turn it into reality.
He hints at his power as well,

In other words, you can’t defeat this guy unless you are something beyond his imagination. His powers include creation, destruction, and anything he imagines. He has an innumerable reiatsu and extraordinary speed at his imagination.

Personally speaking, Yamamoto is one of the overrated characters in Bleach. He is the Captain Commander of the Gotei 13. Yamamoto is known as the oldest living Shinigami. His Zanpakuto is the most vital Fire-type ever in history.
He is strict and just. He sternly says,
“There is no mercy for those who obstruct justice.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 155)
If we talk about powers and abilities, this guy had a tremendous amount of reiatsu. His Bankai is on another level. When activated, it evaporates water from within you. Deadly but cool! His other abilities include Kido Mastery, Hakuda Mastery, and immense speed.
He does not live up to his reputation as the Captain Commander because Yhwach turns him into nothing in less than 3 minutes (Bleach Manga Chapter: 511). Even against Aizen, he didn’t achieve much.

Do you remember when I mentioned the mad genius? I used common words so let me rephrase that while introducing Mayuri to you. He is a science fanatic, crazy scientist, and inventor. Plus, the brain behind the evolution of soul society.
Mayuri is an underrated character; however, if it wasn’t for his experiments and knowledge, many of the extraordinary Shinigamis would be dead in the final arc. Mayuri is jazzy when it comes to style with confidence. He taunts the sternritter,
“No need to feel insulted, my dear. Compared to myself, all others are ‘common folk’.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 590)
I second that!
Mayuri has indescribable perfect theories that can wreak havoc if implemented in terms of power. Throughout the series, he has never lost a battle. Whenever he lost, he purposely gathered more data and evolved to the next level.
Along with Nemu, he defeated Pernida (The left hand of the Soul King). Mayuri is a genius in terms of intellect with the following abilities; Body modification, Zanpakuto modification, organ replacement, healing, Arrancar resurrection, and many more.

Askin is the sternritter designated, “D- The Deathdealing.” This man literally does not die. He flaunts the reason for being a sternritter,
“The reason His Majesty took me in was quite simple. It’s because I just wouldn’t die.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 601)
He was capable of defeating Yoruichi in her ultimate form. He almost sent Grimmjow to death’s door. And lastly, he made Urahara sacrifice himself along with his Bankai. Buddy, this guy is trouble, I tell you.
Talking about his abilities, he has a super healing mode, immunity, and Gift ball (more like a death bath thrown at his opponents to kill them). Askin is a pharmacology expert (he can determine the lethal death dose by calculating someone’s blood level).
His ability is continuous since he can determine the impact of the incoming attack and adjust his body according to it. Even when Grimmjow took his heart out (Bleach Manga Chapter: 665), his ability was still working. Yuck!!! He is creepy but deadly.
12. Shunsui Kyoraku

Shunsui is one of the few oldest Shinigamis. He is also the first one to ever wield a dual Zanpakuto. Shunsui is headstrong and a calm analyst. He is logical in his standings. As in (Bleach Manga Chapter: 622), he says,
“I don’t believe that using evil to defeat evil is itself an evil act.”
In other words, get the job done even if you have to become the devil himself. For the first time ever, he used his Bankai against Lille. With a bit of assistance from Nanao, he could defeat/kill Lille. He only appeared in 3 major battles throughout the series, and he won almost all of them.
Later, he became the Captain Commander of the Gotei 13. It means he is on a level where he can be placed at that rank. He is a master swordsman capable of handling two swords swiftly (Bleach Manga Chapter: 335). His other abilities include Kido expertise, Haukda expertise, immense spiritual pressure, and being a master strategist.
11. Ishida Uryuu

Ishida Uryuu is one of the main protagonists. He is also one of Ichigo’s best friends. His loyalty to Ichigo is something to note for. This is the only reason he worked hard to stand next to him while fighting.
He remembers his words to his grandfather.
“I’ll become a very strong Quincy and then protect everyone from Hollows.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 124)
Little did he know that, soon, he would have to protect everyone from Quincy. He is a master archer, expert swordsman and has a keen intellect. Other of his abilities include path control and the Antithesis.
He received this ability from Yhwach, but on top of that, he is the only known Quincy who can survive Yhwach’s Auswahlen. His ability, Antithesis, allows him to reverse anything between himself and his target. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 679)
For example, if he has a lot of injuries and is nearly dying, he can transfer it to his selected target. Quite a handy ability, I must say.
I’ll explain “Auswahlen” later when I deal with Yhwach. Don’t panic, fellas.

This freaking hand-shaped Sternritter is known as the Left hand of the Soul King. Literally, guys, he is a giant left hand with eyes on its palm. Eww, I don’t know what you call it, but for me, it’s yuck!
This left hand speaks and claims that he is a Quincy (at this point, I would believe he is anything but a gigantic left hand).
“Shameless? How is claiming to be a Quincy shameless? I…have always been a Quincy.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 640)
Yes, yes, you traitor, we got your point.
Such a hand-like creature is one of the strongest Sternritters. Plus, Pernida is only loyal to Yhwach. His abilities are deadly, strange, and well, incomprehensible. He gave Mayuri a tough time. Pernida also harmed Kenpachi at his finest.
But eventually, he was half dead because of Nemu and Mayuri. Although he dies only after Yhwach’s Auswahlen, his left hand can clone himself. That is one of the reasons he is hard to kill. His ability is evolution governance.
It means he can direct when he needs to evolve and to what extent he needs that evolution. Along with some other sneaky abilities like target cloning, he is at the top of deadly Sternritters.
9. Jugram Haschwalth

Haschwalth is the right-hand man and the Commander of the Sternritters army. In terms of his ability, he is the second strongest sternritter. Hence, he likes to keep the balance; his designation, “B- The Balance.”
He stoically exclaims,
“Lives that were saved by good fortune must be swept aside by equal ill fortune.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 559)
He can swap all the bad luck he has with the good luck of his target. This includes all the good things, health, power, etc. Anything that would keep the balance, he can swap it.
This is something you call lousy luck because no matter how much good luck you have, he will take it. Sad but true!
Even without this ability, this guy is plenty strong. He was able to pin down Ishida. Hashwalt shares the same ability as Yhwach. He can impart his power to other Quincy. Aside from this, he is an expert archer, keen observer, and highly advanced combatant.

Urahara is a laid-back old candy store owner. As in (Bleach Manga Chapter: 405), he says,
“You give me too much credit. These days, I’m just a plain old candy-store owner.”
Fun fact; you will find gigai, an underground hidden dimension, weapons, medicines, and everything else except candy in his store. He is the mastermind and a tad bit lesser scientist than Mayuri. Basically, he is sane!
He never showed his full potential. But his remarkable feats tell a different story. He sealed Aizen with his Kido and used his Bankai to kill Askin (Bleach Manga Chapter: 664). He is the 3rd known person to have killed a Sternritter in a battle.
His powers and abilities are listless, including Kido expertise, top inventor, master tactician, keen intellect, enhanced agility, and a master assassin. In other words, you won’t find another powerful candy store owner like him ever.

Espada # 4 is a fan-favourite character in Bleach. Ulquiorra is curious by nature. He wanted to understand the human heart. In (Bleach Manga Chapter: 317), he asks,
“What is this “Heart”? If I tear open that chest of yours, will I see it there? If I smash open that skull of yours, will I see it there?”
Damn, he is such an innocent soul, except that he is the only Espada who achieved the 2nd level of Resurreccion. He almost killed Ichigo twice. His powers forced the Hollow Ichigo/ Zangetsu to take over Ichigo in the ultimate form.
Ulquiorra is a master strategist and tactician. His Hierro is considered as 3rd strongest. He was so fast that in Bankai state, Ichigo had to make an effort to escape from him. High-speed regeneration, enhanced Cero, and overwhelming reiatsu, along with another handful of abilities, are noteworthy.
If he hadn’t died because of Hollow Ichigo/Zangetsu, he would have quickly taken out high-level Sternritters. But our bad luck!

Espada #2 Baraggan is underrated in the anime. If we talk about his powers, then among all Espada, he has the strongest and deadliest of powers. This is why he was the King of Hueco Mundo before Aizen invaded it.
He states his power as absolute.
“There is but one absolute in this world, and that is my power.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 370)
He can age and deteriorate anything he or his axe touches with his abilities. No matter the attack, he can always turn it into nothing. This is the ability of a true King. Nothing comes near him, or in reality, he never allows anything to approach him.
His other abilities are speed, agility, immense reiatsu, and skillful axemanship. If he hadn’t died at the hands of Hachi…the story would be pretty different.

Monster is the word that suits Zaraki’s personality. He is the ultimate insane person you will ever see when fighting. He professes that he isn’t sane.
“Sanity? Worthless things like that, I never had them for as long as I can remember.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 139)
His power is on another level. Every time he is close to death, he wakes up stronger. When Quincy invaded Soul Society, everyone was struggling to survive. While here, Zaraki was the only one who killed 3 Sternritters in one go.
Damn! I think calling him a monster is underrated. Throughout the series, he only used his pure reiatsu with Zanpakuto’s basic form. He only used his Bankai in the last arc (Bleach Manga Chapter: 668). Zaraki defeated one of the strongest Sternritters, Gremmy and effortlessly overpowered Gerard.
His abilities include immeasurable reiatsu, monstrous strength, and supernatural stamina. On top of that, he has supernatural endurance. He is an extraordinary combatant with very high perceptive skills.

Well, Gerard is undoubtedly the strongest of all Sternritters. You ask why? Simple, his innate ability is 100 times stronger than Yhwach’s bestowed upon others. Gerard is highly devoted to Yhwach. This devotion is the fuel to his ability, “The Miracle.”
He proudly declares,
“I am ‘Aschetonig’. Noble warrior of God! Even in death, I wield this blade for my divine master.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 670)
I will explain why he is the strongest. He pushed Rukia, Renji & Byakuya to their limits. Five Vizards attacked him, and he repelled them. Hitsugaya freezes him with his Bankai, and he overpowers him (Bleach Manga Chapter: 659).
Zaraki slices him into two with a neat slash, and he recovers (Bleach Manga Chapter: 669). Man, and here I was calling Zaraki a monster. I guess Gerad is just the Monster King, then. It took almost half of all the good guys to defeat him, but none succeeded.
His powers include the Miracle, probability manipulation, wings, immeasurable, and Reishi manipulation. This guy also got a second upgrade; just saying all Sternritters only had one.

Aizen is one of the best, smartest and coolest antagonists you will ever encounter. No one can ever match his level of thinking.
He comments,
“Admiration is the emotion furthest from understanding.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 170)
This guy is a whole mood. He made all the Vizards and Shinigami fight and slash each other while standing aside and stroking his hair in style. No one was able to defeat him. Even for Ichigo, it took his all to bring Aizen to the ground.
Even then, guys! Aizen was never defeated but sealed! Without his aid, Ichigo would never be able to defeat Yhwach. If we talk about powers and abilities, Aizen is second only to Yhwach (Bleach Manga Chapter: 622) and on par with Ichigo.
He is a genius intellect with immortality. High-speed self-healing, unmatchable speed, and strength are a few of his other abilities. Well, this guy has an aura. Imagine Yhwach coming to him and asking him to become his partner…man they are something else.
2. Kurosaki Ichigo

What do I still have to say about him? Ichigo is the protagonist with a positive character and attitude. After knowing about his powers, he headed for victory forever.
He says, “It is meaningless to just live, it is meaningless to just fight. I want to win!” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 110)
The phrase “all in one” or “complete package” suits him better. Ichigo is a born Shinigami and Quincy with Hollow powers. Yes, he is a natural product of all the powers in his world. As a human, he is fast, perceptive, and strong.
His other abilities include high-speed regeneration, master swordsmanship, unrivalled speed, and limitless spiritual pressure. Hold on, the list is still ongoing! He can also fire Getsuga Tenshou merged with Gran Ray Cero. (Bleach Manga Chapter: 676)
Ichigo has activated Blut Vene, one of the defensive abilities of a pure Quincy. Even Yhwach wasn’t able to cut through it. And then he has all the abilities that a top Shinigami with a dual Zanpakuto has, Vasto Lorde, and kind of Pure Quincy has. That will sum it up, I guess!

Yhwach means the Emperor. He is the son of the Soul King and a Quincy to his core. He wants to destroy the world. A typical agenda of every antagonist! He specifies his reason for his agenda,
“Conflict is always such a bitter affair.” (Bleach Manga Chapter: 493)
So, this man here, killed Yamamoto, captain of the Gotei 13, without flinching. He killed and absorbed the Soul King (Bleach Manga Chapter: 611) (apparently the most vital entity in the world…Duh!). Yhwach is the one who bestowed powers to all Sternritters. Remember when I said I will explain Auswahlen; now is the time.
This ability allows Yhwach to extract or suck all the power of the Sternritters at will. Just to mention, there were hardly a few Sternritters that died at the hands of the good guys. Maximum of all Sternritters became ash when Yhwach used Auswahlen and sucked their power to restore his.
His other abilities include future accessibility, authority, power to change the future, shadow (he can create portals to transfer… quite a handy one), instant healing, and soul distribution.
It took Ichigo, Aizen, and some assistance from Ishida to defeat Yhwach (Bleach Manga Chapter: 683). But it is only natural for him to exist, whether dead or alive. A part of him existed in Ichigo from the beginning. Several years later, Yhwach remnants still exist.
Later on, they vanish from the Soul Society… but in reality, his remains are sucked in by Ichigo’s son. So yeah, the cycle just started again.(Bleach Manga Chapter: 686)
