9. Moebius

Moebius is one of the oldest Biker gangs. The gang is older than the Tokyo Manji Gang. It has been legendary for years and Nobutaka Osanai is the former 8th leader of Moebius.

Because of Nobutaka harassing one of the close fellows of Pah Chin, the conflict between the Moebius and Toman started! The fight was pretty intense between them. There was a possibility of Draken getting stabbed by Osanai but thanks to Takemichi, he was saved (Chapter 28).

Overall, the skills of the Moebius gang were second to none! The fight was pretty intense but Toman ended up defeating Moebius!

8. Valhalla

Valhalla is also known as “The Headless Angle”. It is affiliated with the Tokyo Manji Gang. The true leader of this gang is Tetta Kisaki. This gang consists of former members of Moebius that are under Hanma and anti-Toman forces under Kazutora.

If you’re a manga reader then you must remember how painful the story of Kazutora and Keisuke Baji was. It was during this conflict between Valhalla and Toman when Baji-kun died which broke the hearts of many people (Chapter 61).

Hanma is the acting leader of Valhalla, who tried his best to defeat Manjiro Sano but we all know how strong Manjiro is! So, he failed, and resultantly, Valhalla was defeated (Chapter 64).

7. Rokuhara Tandai

Rokuhara Tandai is one of the gangs that emerged after Tokyo’s Sengoku Period. It’s ruled by South Terano and has the most power and influence after Toman disbanded. Not only that, it rules a large part of Tokyo and has a surprising list of members (Chapter 208).

The gang’s top members are composed of the former Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku including both the Haitani brothers. South Terano isn’t a pushover himself. This guy was able to make Draken kneel (Chapter 211). Imagine what he’ll do to a normal thug. You’ll probably look like a smurf if you fight against him!

Rokuhara Tandai is able to stand on the same level as other top gangs on this list. They are not afraid to get in a fight as they usually love to beat people up. Listen, if you start a fight with these guys it’s better to pack your bags and leave the city because I guarantee you, you’ll get beaten to a pulp.

6. Tenjiku

Before creating Tenjiku, Izana Kurokawa was the leader of the 8th Generation Leader of the Black Dragons (Chapter 132). Izana Kurokawa had some sort of obsession with his supposedly half-brother, Shinichiro Sano. When he found out that Shinichiro had another brother, it broke his heart that he was betrayed by someone he trusted. After Shinichiro’s death, he created Tenjiku to make Mikey his new Shinichiro (Chapter 172).

It is a gang organization led by Izana in Yokohama. The Four Heavenly Kings are the strongest in Tenjiku. Aside from the heavenly kings, the two Haitani brothers are quite strong as well. Before they fought against Toman, Izana alone, suppressed several powerful gangs that were present in Tokyo. All of the different gang leaders knelt with a bloodied face while Izana mocked their weakness (Chapter 153).

5. Brahman

Brahman is another gang that became a formidable power after Toman disbanded. Unlike the other gangs that are on this list, Brahman prefers to stay away from the spotlight. They mostly try to use cunning tactics that catch their opponents off guard. Another thing to consider is their leader, Senju Kawaragi. Senju even used an umbrella to fight! I mean, a bat is understandable and a knife is a bit too much, but an umbrella is like a Mary Poppins secret technique (Chapter 212).

Brahman’s top executives are also a force to be reckoned with. They are called the Living Legends of the Black Dragons (Chapter 213). If you were given that nickname, there’s no way you aren’t insanely strong!

Other than that, they even recruited Draken and Takemichi, two of the most influential individuals in Toman just behind Mikey (Chapter 215). This gang is one to look out for, literally! You might just get knocked out by Senju without even noticing he was there.

4. Kantou Manji Gang

The three powerhouses wouldn’t be complete without the Kantou Manji Gang. The Kantou Manji Gang can be called the Tokyo Manji Gang’s evil twin for the most part. This gang doesn’t have as many members as Brahman and Rokuhara Tandai but they pack as much firepower, and all of that is thanks to Mikey.

During their first appearance, Mikey was standing in the middle of a field of bodies. I guess he wasn’t exaggerating when he said that he could take on 20,000 guys at once (Chapter 170, Chapter 207). Only 2 other members have some significant strengths which are Kokonoi and Harushiyo.

Without a doubt, Mikey’s darkness consumed him and he suddenly became the Sukuna of the Tokyo Revengers Series. Who knows, let’s just hope that the Kantou Manji Gang won’t turn into a dangerous criminal organization that will rule Japan named Bonten, right? It won’t happen, right?

3. Black Dragons

The Black Dragons have been the top delinquent gang for generations in kento. The founder of the Black Dragons is Shinichiro Sano who’s the brother of Manjiro Sano (Chapter 132). Shinichiro Sano died very harshly by one of Manjiro’s mates (Chapter 44-45).

The endless trauma of Shinichiro’s death left a huge impact on Mikey and in fact, it changed him quite a lot too. It didn’t only change Mikey, it changed Toman as a whole! Many other circumstances led the Tokyo Manji Gang to get corrupted in the future timeline.

The Black Dragons’ leaders are a mixture of people from different gangs. For instance, Izana Kurokawa who was the 8th Generation Leader became the leader of the Tenjiku Gang, and Takemichi himself was the 1st Division Captain of Toman and the 11th Generation Leader at the same time. Similarly, even its members just like Seishu Inui became a member of the 1st Division and Kokonoi became an executive of Tenjiku.

The Black Dragons are known for their endless potential, durability, and teamwork! Everything about this gang is INTENSE to the point where it was the strongest gang in all of Tokyo during its prime. In fact, Takemichi Hanagaki’s potential increased a lot too. He trained to become the strongest member and thus he got it!

2. Bonten

Bonten is one of Japan’s worst criminal organizations. It’s very intense and strong as well. Manjiro Sano is the leader of Bonten! YES! you read that right. Many circumstances led Mikey to create one of the biggest criminal organizations and recruited some of the former members of Tenjiku

The members of this gang include Mikey, Harushiyo Sanzo, Kakucho, Kanji, and the Haitani brothers. Bonten is like the League of Villains in My Hero Academia if they didn’t have quirks and just used guns. Even the gang’s introductory panel was so brutal, where Harushiyo just shot 3 men in the back of their heads because they were deemed traitors (Chapter 196).

For those Asian kids who can’t lie to their parents, you’re the best ones to join here! Why? It’s just that becoming a member of Bonten is basically a Growing up as an Asian” simulator, where you avoid making mistakes as much as possible, because you’ll get smacked with a slipper. But in this case, you’ll get shot.

1. Tokyo Manji Gang

We all knew where this list was leading to right? If you hadn’t expected that the Tokyo Manji Gang would be on the 1st spot then I suggest you should read Chapter 185 onwards. When Toman disbanded, it created a huge rift that broke the entire power balance among the different gangs in Tokyo! Think about that for a second. The Tokyo Manji Gang was so strong that their disappearance gave birth to an entire period of chaos (Chapter 208).

During their fight against Tenjiku, only 50 members of Toman fought against 400 members of Tenjiku. Because of their extreme willpower and determination, 3 out of the 4 Heavenly Kings along with a couple of Executives of Tenjiku were brought down by Angry alone (Chapter 163).

Toman’s members are no joke, especially their captains and vice-captains. There was the Invincible Mikey, Draken, Takemichi where even if he was weak he didn’t give up, Angry who turns into the Crying Blue Ogre, Smiley, Mitsuya, Hakkai, Pehyan and Pah-Chin. All of these individuals were powerful in their rights and in the end, formed the strongest gang in all of Tokyo, The Tokyo Manji Gang!
