Clare is one of those characters who prioritize duty over anything, no matter what. She’d often go as far as to kill the enemy, even if it means putting her allies in danger. Her arrogant and cruel behavior fueled her skills as a warrior. However, as it is with all humans, no matter how hard they are, they still possess a soft side. Ultimately, we get to witness that light within her as the show progresses.

If there is one guy that knows what it feels like to be alone, it’s this guy. From an early age, he was abandoned by his parents and sought to kill them and the demons who took his body parts. 11) Sasuke Uchiha - Naruto

Probably one of the only Uchiha to ever survive, Sasuke Uchiha is the favorite character of most Boruto fans. I mean, c'mon. BORUTO himself adores Sasuke more than his father. Also, Sasuke was the one who trained Boruto, so there's that. Initially, Sasuke just wanted revenge. However, now that it's all cool, he's repenting for his sins by protecting Konoha in every possible way. Being one of the strongest ninjas to ever exist, Sasuke Uchiha has surprised us with the skills he possesses. From Sharingan to Mangekyo Sharingan, and then Rinnegan, he's going crazy with what he can offer. Ever since Sasuke received the Rinnegan, he has reached an intimidating level of power. Moreover, even after losing one of his arms, Sasuke is still going strong, and anyone who'd come in his way will only suffer from the worst, making him one of the strongest Boruto characters of all time.

Even though Sasuke uses much other utility aside from his sword, there is no denying that his sword is a vital part of his skills. We can often see him utilize it in nearly all his fights. He mostly likes to use his sword in combination with his lightning style. It’s something that even the strongest ninjas fear!

Of all the characters on this list, I’d say this guy is the most childish of them all, yet he’s also one of the strongest on the list! Just like a child, he acts mischievously most of the time, and he’s a very materialistic guy too, as his top priority is always money. But don’t let that guy fool you because of his childish behavior, as he is quite literally THE GOD OF WAR. I think that’s enough explanation for his abilities, the rest is up to your imagination.

8) Tanjiro Kamado - Demon slayer

The main man of the show, Tanjiro is known as one of the strongest Demon Slayer of all time. In the Anime series, we don't see a lot of what he's capable of. However, in Manga, Tanjiro is a beast. He has a nice personality in general. Even though his family was killed by a demon and his young sister was turned into one, he didn't let that hatred get the worst of him. However, he decided to turn Nezuko back to the human form no matter what it takes. Therefore, by not just fighting the demons and also the whole Demon Corps, Tanjiro is constantly trying his best to improve and find a cure for Nezuko. So, why exactly is one of the strongest characters from the Demon Slayer series? Powers/Abilities Superhuman strength, speed, reflexes, and even smell, Tanjiro is one of the strongest characters in general. With the Demon Slayer Mark that he received while fighting the upper demons, Tanjiro got a huge boost in his general stats. Tanjiro learned the water breathing style by Sakonji who was the Water Hashira before Giyu. The intimidating power of Water Breathing Style is exactly what makes Tanjiro a fearsome enemy to most characters out there. His Tenth Form: Constant Flux is the most powerful attack. A huge water dragon appears that gets a huge increase in strength with each rotation it takes. Sounds interesting, right? With all these powers, Tanjiro is one of the strongest Demon Slayer characters of all time.

A character that’s wholesome and a major threat for the enemies at the same time is a rare combination. But it’s safe to say that Tanjiro balances these two polar opposite traits quite well. He stays kind and empathic most of the time but when it comes to slaying demons, he’s an absolute beast! Part of the reason these qualities arose in him is that he knows how It feels to have your family slain by the demons.

7) Shichika Yasuri – Katanagatari

If there is something that makes a human very powerful, it’s when they’ve been raised as weapons because all they know is how to fight. But that has a drawback of its own as this guy has no idea about how to interact with humans. As the story progresses, he learns human emotions and becomes stronger along with them and he’s definitely a treat to watch.

6) Kirito – Sword Art Online:

Strength: Swordsman ship: Instincts: Durability: Total
9/10
18/20
8/10
6/10
41/50

Kirito is a character that people either hate or just can’t help but love too much. But there is no denying that when it comes to being overpowered, he’s bound to make it into the list. Seeing him in action in the anime is always a great treat to watch, even though we can’t say the same for the entire anime itself.

5) Licht – Plunderer

Licht Bach- Plunderer- Cute Anime Guys
Strength: Swordsman ship: Instincts: Durability: Total
10/10
15/20
8/10
8/10
41/50

This guy holds the title of being the most weirdest person on the list which is ironically one of the funniest things about him as a character. He’d do anything to save the weak from the tyranny of the strong and pretty much knows no fear. Along with that, he’s pretty powerful right from the get-go of the show!

4) Gintoki - Gintama

Strength: Swordsman ship: Instincts: Durability: Total
8/10
20/20
8/10
8/10
42/50

Despite coming off as an anime that was made just for fun, Gintama actually has a pretty decent plot and there are times when the fight starts to get really serious. And it’s at those times our protagonist, Gintoki, shows how strong he can really get. He is a ferocious fighter who won’t lose to anyone in his way.

3) Ichigo Kurosaki - Bleach

Strength: Swordsman ship: Instincts: Durability: Total
8/10
20/20

8/10
44/50

The word “Ichigo” literally means “to protect one thing”, and this pretty much says everything about the character. As someone who is motivated by the desire to protect his peers, especially his mother, Ichigo bloomed into a phenomenal warrior. And also, partly because he’d cry whenever he’d lose a fight in the dojo, needle to say he was pretty passionate about fighting as well from a very young age!

2) Guts – Berserk

Strength: Swordsman ship: Instincts: Durability: Total
9/10
20/20
7/10
10/10
46/50

The next guy on our list has got to be the saddest protagonist in the whole anime medium, and it’s none other than Guts himself. They say “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” and that’s exactly why this guy is one of the strongest swordsmen.

Throughout his entire life, he’s had to go through the torture that would take a toll on any normal person. Instead of quitting, he kept on moving forward, and this is exactly why the fandom loves his character so much

1) Saber – Fate zero

Strength: Swordsman ship: Instincts: Durability: Total
10/10
20/20
10/10
9/10
49/50

Noble” is perhaps the best term to describe Saber. She wields her sword for the sake of her people and her allies, without ever having the desire for personal gain. And someone like that is anything but weak. Her Noble Phantasm “Excalibur” makes her one of the strongest servants in the show.
