55) Saikyo Yankee to Makeinu na Ore

Fan of bad boys, delinquents, or gangsters? Then you need to check out this manga! The story focuses on Akane Kiyonaga, a guy who, despite not being the strongest fighter, has a fierce determination and isn’t afraid to stand up for himself. After getting involved in a fight, Akane is lucky to be saved by two heroes: (like knights in shining armor eh?) Ryouji Kidou, the coolest guy in school, and the playful and mischievous Tarou Kurokawa. After they saved Akane from the bullies, Tadou continued to tease him; While he and Kidou became close friends, their relationship quickly grew into something more!
The manga is filled with thrilling moments and the relationships between the characters are complex and interesting. The artwork is stunning and the story will keep you hooked from start to finish. If you’re looking for a great manga that combines the best of action, drama, and romance, then this is the one for you! 54) Ameiro Paradox

Hey, there manga fans! Are you in the mood for a theme that focuses on romantic and intimate relationships between two male characters aka BL genre? Well, grab those journals and cameras! Because you’re in to take some notes and be ready to take some gorgeous shots!
Ameiro Paradox! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Isaku Natsume. The series follows the relationship between two co-workers, Satoshi Onoe and Motoharu Kaburagi, who are employed at the same company. Onoe is a snazzy journalist, while Kaburagi is a hotshot photographer.
Despite their never-ending battles, like oil and water- but boy, do they make things spicy! Slowly they become more drawn to each other and begin to explore their feelings. Throughout the series, the two men face various challenges in their personal and professional lives. The artwork is well-detailed and captures the characters’ emotions, making the manga a visually stunning read. Overall, Ameiro Paradox is a captivating and enjoyable BL manga that is well worth a read for fans of the genre.
53) Rutta to Kodama

If you’re looking for a school-genre manga, then let me place Ruta to Kodama on the table! Again Ruta to Kodama is a manga written and illustrated by Youko Fujitani.
So, Kodama Miyagi due to certain circumstances has to transfer to a new school in the middle of the term. And to make matters worse, he gets paired up with the most notorious student in school, Takao Ruizaki, as his roommate. But when Kodama accidentally calls him “Rutta”, and instead of getting mad, Rutta surprisingly likes it! Who would have thought the biggest delinquent in school would have a soft spot for cute nicknames?
It’s not long before the two of them develop an unlikely friendship. Why? Well, Kodama starts to see a different side of Rutta when he helps him out whenever he gets bullied by the other students. But just when Kodama thinks everything is peachy, Rutta drops a bombshell and confesses that he likes him. Kodama is like, “Whoa, hold up!” He’s not sure how to feel about it, and the situation only gets more complicated when Rutta starts acting all moody and ignoring him. But when Kodama realizes how much he misses his buddy Rutta, he knows he has to make a move. So, he decides to go for it and confess his feelings to Rutta.
Are you already hooked on this story? Ha ha! That’s just a tiny sneak peek, my friend! If you want to savor all the goodness, you better find a way to get your hands on it! Trust me, it’s worth it.
52) No Touching At All

“No Touching at All” is a steamy manga that explores the relationship between two unlikely colleagues. Imagine that you’re: Toshiaki Shima, on your first day at your new job, trapped in an elevator with a guy, Yosuke Togawa who’s experiencing extreme hang-over (having a very unlucky day huh?), and the good news is that guy is your boss!
Shima Is annoyed at their first encounter with his boss, but as time goes by… from mixed signals, and to steamy moments (in both and out of the office- if ya know what I mean). Will these two lads give their true feelings a chance to grow more? No Touching at All is a manga that will leave you on the edge of your seat. It’s a must-read for anyone who loves a good romance story with a bit of drama and a lot of BL of course! Wanna know more about their complicated relationship? Find out more in “No Touch at All.”
51) Acid Town

Listen up, folks! I’ve been cooking something and imma tell you some of the side dishes: are you a fan of dystopian settings? A little bit of a sizzle dark theme? With a bunch of gangsters? And of course, I know what is the theme that you’ve been seeking! I won’t forget to add the main ingredient: BL elements of course! So this recipe book starts with two friends, Yuki Kousei and Tetsu, who are living in a gang-controlled city, to survive they deal with drugs in the alleyways. But drugs ain’t enough to buy Yuki’s baby brother’s medicine. So, the two lads crack up a big-time plan! Bring out some money-heist theme baby! Oops sorry about that! But yeah, they plan to open up a vault that belongs to a notorious yakuza group known as Seidoukai.
Unfortunately, the plan went south! But the boss, Hyodo Kazutaka has a liking for Yuki. So here’s the deal: They will be pardoned, and Hyodo promises that he will take care of Yuki’s little bro… BUT Yuki has to come to Hyodo’s office once a week– and that means no absences, Mister! Like striking a deal with the devil eh? But the devil or whatever entity is that! If your loved one’s life is on the line, you’ll accept it of course!
But things are heating up in the city, with another gang wanting to usurp the throne. Yuki finds himself caught in the middle of power and struggle, with his life and his little bro’s health hanging in the balance. Will Yuki make it out alive, or will he become another victim of the gang wars? Seems that I’ve forgotten to turn off the heat while I’m cooking! So wanna learn more? You know what I’ll say! Go grab the manga and read everything for yourself!
50) Ano Ko to Juliet/ That Boy and Juliet

Just because Ano Ko to Juliet is last on this list, it by no means suggests that it’s a bad Boy’s Love manga. It’s basically a compilation of different high school loves. It’s sweet, and the art style is pretty.
If I had to describe this manga in one word, it would have to be dainty. High school love is delicate and nostalgic, so I highly recommend this series.
I also like how they had their own twist on the title name. Juliet, in this instance, is a boy. And most of these BL relationships are considered forbidden in society. The reason for this title makes sense once you read the manga completely, Give it a try.
49) Caste Heaven

I already know I’m going to get so much hate for this but hear me out! This manga is fantastic.
If you are sensitive to fights, manipulation, and other topics pertaining to that, then please don’t read this manga.
It’s so messed up, but that’s why a lot of people love this manga. It’s controversial, and it’s a medium or driving force for discussion. It’s about a class that plays a game. This game will indicate your class rank or status.
If you’re the King, everyone must respect you and do whatever you want. If you’re at the bottom of the caste, you’re a goner.
48) Honto Yajuu/ Like the Beast

This is so cute! This manga is about a cop, a yakuza, and a relationship blossoming between them! I wish there were more chapters. It’s not fair.
If there were at least ten chapters, this would be ranked a lot higher. But alas, I’m still waiting. Oh, the pain.
47) Ichinose Kun wa Itsumo Iinari

Literally, anything but this author is a good read. It’s about two high school boys named Kimihito and Takeru.
Takeru is the bodyguard of Kimihito- who belongs to one rich family. Newsflash, they have been crushing on each other for the longest time, but they are too scared to confess! Come on. This isn’t your standard frustrating love story.
It’s funny and cute. I’m going to be using the word cute a lot during this blog. But that’s because most of these mangas are too much to handle.
46) Junjou Romantica/ Pure Hearted Romance

Everyone including their mother knows about this manga. It’s also an anime. Isn’t that cool? If you’re not into the art style of the manga, like I am, then head over to the anime. The character designs are similar, but the anime has a lore cleaner, and sharper take on the art style.
It’s a hilarious and awkward read, which is what I’m about.
45) Kuroneko Kareshi no Afurekata

So, this manga has a series. It’s not the first book in its line, but it’s my favorite one out of them all. It is about Kagami and Shingo exploring their relationship.
However, will these two lovebirds last with Kagami’s demanding workload?
44) Love Stage!!

I liked Love Stage. It was fine. The plot wasn’t anything too special. It’s about two guys named Izumi and Ryouma.
Izumi is a die-hard otaku and Ryouma is a famous actor. When they were kids, they took part in a commercial. Izumi dressed as a girl in the commercial because the initial little girl had complications and couldn’t arrive at the set.
Also, Izumi really looked feminine as a boy, so it worked out. After many years, Ryouma couldn’t forget about his darling costar Izumi. Who’s going to break it to him that Izumi is a boy and not a girl?
Do you think he’ll still love Izumi unconditionally?
43) Aka To Kuro/ Red and Black

Plot? Fantastic. Character designs? Stunning. Pace? Perfect.
Red and Black is about two boys born into different yakuza families. The main characters of this manga are Yukio and Yamato.
The dynamic between Yamato and Yukio can be a bit off-putting though. They can be possessive of one another, to the point where they manipulate each other. But not as much as the characters in Caste Heaven.
42) Komochi Host no Kiken na Rinjin

Seiya is a host and a father. Raising a kid is tough. Especially if you’re doing it by yourself and need to pay the bills.
However, Seiya doesn’t mind being single. In fact, it’s much better that way. He’s never once thought about dating and stuff like that.
That is until a certain drunk neighbor stumbles onto him. I like that the neighbor, who, spoiler alert I guess, is respectful. That’s a topic that needs to be discussed. Respect is the fundamental baseline of any and all relationships.
41) Last Omegaverse

The Alpha and Omega genders have been extinct for over 100 years—so there shouldn’t be any of those genders left, right?
Wrong! Ayase is a male who has an omega mutation, so he needs to buy suppressants. And let me tell you right now, they are not cheap.
He can only make that much money if he does some shady stuff—and that’s exactly what happens. Because of that, Ayase believes that he will never find love.
That is until he meets a man named Inukai.
40) Ore To Joushi No Kashikoto

This manga is a riot. It’s about a salary man named Mikado and his boss is the devil on Earth. He gives Mikado all the hard jobs and has no shame in doing it. The devil’s name is Misaki FYI.
Anyway, one day, Misaki is wasted. Like he can’t even walk properly. And who’s in charge of the rough work? Mikado. Mikado tries to take Misaki home, but Misaki is too drunk to give him any proper instructions.
Mikado is left with no other choice than to drop him off at a hotel. And you all know what happens next. Don’t make me spell it out for you.
39) Monetary Love

Poor Yanai. He’s got it tough too. About six months ago, he was the guarantor for his friend’s huge loan. Don’t do that everyone. It’s never a good idea to get financially dependent on your friends.
In the end, Yanai’s friend left him with a loan debt of 30 million yen. Yup, you hear me right. Like Last Omegaverse, Yanai does some shady stuff to try to pay off the huge debt.
However, everything changes when a wealthy yakuza steps into the picture and declares he will pay Yanai five times his regular price to be his—and his alone.
Doesn’t that also seem a bit shady?
38) Thoroughbred Wa Nabikanai/ Thoroughbred doesn’t Flutter

This manga also has an entire series. The author, Sakura Riko, has other books that are connected to the same world as Thoroughbred doesn’t Flutter.
However, I liked this couple more than the others. You can think of it as a spin-off of the Rabbit and the Wolf—another one of Sakura Riko’s works.
37) Hime Muko/ Hidden Groom

Hidden Groom is about two childhood friends named Shiki and Yamato. When they were kids, they couldn’t stop blushing and giggling at each other—which is just adorable.
Shiki was always getting bullied, but his Prince Charming was constantly protecting him. We see Yamato slowly falling in love with Shiki and his gorgeous crimson eyes. And we also catch a confused Shiki wondering about his loud heartbeats when he’s around Yamato.
However, this isn’t a fairy tale story. Shiki and Yamato are forced to separate. The village chooses Shiki to be the sacrifice for a traditional ritual that ensures protection over the people.
Do you think will get a happy ending?
36) Raion Gotoki no Kun

This is such a cute story. It’s short and sweet. It is about a young Maassain boy who is in an exchange program. His name is Luca, and he gets situated with Makoto’s family in Japan.
Makoto loves animals and wants to become a vet one day. The two immediately click with each other. Makoto and Luca explore their attraction to one another but remember— Luca is an exchange student. They will have to separate.
Do you think they’ll last? Will their bond break after being forced to distance themselves?
35) Itsuka Koi Ni Naru Made/ Someday I’ll Fall for You

Someday I’ll Fall for You introduces us to three childhood best friends named Kazuma, Tomoe, and Chiaki.
Kazuma is known as the bold and stronger guy of the trio. Chiaki, on the other hand, is seen to be plain and fragile.
However, puberty hits everyone. And it hits Chaiki hard. I couldn’t even recognize him. I’m not mad at it though.
Chiaki has had a thing for Kazuma, but he’s always been reserved about it. But what happens when Kazuma starts to notice his best friend’s feelings? Will they still be friends? Lovers? Or strangers?
34) Rakuda Tsukai to Ouji No Your/ Drowning Fish/ Night of the Cameleer and the Prince/Rotten Spiral

Hear me out. Please listen carefully. The first few stories of this manga are great The first story was my favorite. It was nice and fluffy.
DO NOT READ THE LAST TWO STORIES. THEY’RE SO WEIRD. The first story is about Kamel who is a foreigner. He is traveling with a group. One day, in the hot desert, he finds a man who’s in grave condition.
Kamel is a sweetheart. Everyone else refers to the man as ‘that’ and ignores him. However, Kamel is doing everything he can to nurse the exhausted man back to good health.
33) Junketsu Drop

I think by now you already know I’m a sucker for high school BL. Kasukabe is handsome, smart, and a member of the student council. He’s part of the mathematics and science club too, so wouldn’t you say he has a great high school life?
Perfect even. Well, not quite. Kasukabe’s life would have been perfect if it wasn’t for Misato Yuuji! Misato is the head of the sports department. He is also good-looking and popular.
Kasukabe feels threatened by his presence. His ‘Prince’ status is in jeopardy! He thinks Misato is aiming to be the top intellectual beauty of Aosaka High School!
Will these two just stop bumping heads?! Or is it just in their nature to get at each other’s throats?
32) Ashita wa Docchi Da! / Tomorrow It’s Which Way

Our main character, Kirara, has always been more feminine in appearance than male. It’s not a stretch to say people assume he’s a girl. I don’t think that’s a bad thing, but Kirara does.
He’s had it, okay? He’s sick of people thinking he’s cute. He wants to be manly. A manly man if you will. When two new tallboys moved next door to him, Kirara knew this was his one chance to finally become a man.
The three boys become friends, and after a while of spending time with each other, Kirara still gets mistaken for a girl.
But what happens when Kirara suddenly gets nervous around Ken, who’s the younger brother. Will Kirara run away from these overwhelming emotions?
31) The Man in the Mirror

I’ve always been interested in flowers and flower arrangements. It’s a beautiful art and one that I can’t master no matter how hard I try.
The Man in the Mirror is about Sal Senba who will be the next head of his clan. The Senba clan is known for the art of ikebana.
Ikebana is Japanese for arranging flowers. Another definition is making flowers alive. Isn’t that a serene and romantic practice?
Well, it’s not for Sal. He’s stressed about his upcoming flower exhibition. He has a vision for his next arrangement, but he just can’t get it right. Aw. It’s okay Sal, I never get anything right.

What do call that kind of block? It’s definitely not writer’s block. How about flower’s block? Sure, let’s go with flower’s block.
Sal’s flower block is not backing down. He is at his wit’s end. That is until a certain Arabian Prince walks through his mirror.
Yeah, mirror. Mr. Sal, send me the location of where you got that mirror. I, too, want an Arabian Prince to stroll into my room.
30) Yoidore Koi o Sezu

The main character of this series is Suwa Misumi, otherwise known as the Master of Sake. He’s a 32-year-old man who has just been fired.
It’s not his fault that he doesn’t like to refuse any requests! Why was Misumi fired? Well, let’s just say he was a bit too friendly. That’s all I’m going to say.
Anyway, he somehow manages to snag a job at a restaurant. Everything should be fine, right? WRONG.
29) Blood Bank

Blood Bank is a BL that I fell hard for. It’s set in a world where vampires rule over humans. Humans are considered livestock nowadays. They are worked to the bone, and at the end of the day, they must give up some of their blood. I’m not going to say donate, because they’re not doing it of their own free will
Also, humans are incredibly sensitive to vampire pheromones. All of them, except one hardworking human named One.
Shell is the son of a powerful overlord. He, one day, comes to inspect the bank that One is working at. When he first sees One, he knows that he’s different from all the other humans.
28) Kasa No Shita, Futari / Under the Umbrella With You by Junko

Anything written by Junko is top-tier. I love her storylines, and the character designs are beautiful.
Under the Umbrella With You is about a high school boy named Mio Keisuke. He can’t keep a girlfriend for the rest of his life.
There just isn’t anyone fit for him. He hasn’t fallen in love with anyone, so there was no driving force for him to put the effort into a relationship.
Mio is living a pretty dull life. But his life starts to take color when he meets Yuji. The only problem I had with this manga is Yuji’s stubbornness. Other than that, this is a good read.
27) Koi ga Ochitara

Ise is not having a great night. He was dumped by his boyfriend, and not only that, but some random stranger’s underwear also falls on top of his head.
We soon meet this underpants stranger. His name is Hishimoto. Mysteriously, Ise couldn’t bring it in himself to leave Hishimoto alone.
Together, they retrieve his fallen laundry from a tree next door to his apartment. Hishimoto invites Ise into his house to thank him.
But not only that, Hishimoto confesses that he used his fallen laundry as an excuse to talk to Ise! How will Ise respond to Hishimoto’s flirtatious declaration?
26) Kanawanu Koi no Musubikata

There are so many reasons why I love this BL. The illustrations are gorgeous. I love the art because it’s clearly showing the characters’ emotions.
I’m not an artist, and I don’t think I ever will be considering my skills or lack thereof, but I know good work when I see it. And this manga is definitely a great example of extraordinary art.
The main character is Kamisawa, and he cuts people’s red string of fate for a living. You know that saying how people are connected by a red string, yeah Kamisawa cuts them.
He frees his customers from their destined pair. He can see everyone’s red string, except his own. He doesn’t want to fall in love because he believes that everyone else has a soulmate except himself.
What happens when his icy heart starts to beat after he meets a new client?
25) Blanc

Blanc is the sequel to the Doukyuusei or Classmates series. Doukyuusei is now an animated movie. After I finished watching it, I couldn’t stop thinking about Sajou and Kusakabe.
This manga was bittersweet. We saw how the couple was drifting apart. Sajou was busy studying at university, and Kusakabe was working hard to accomplish his own goals.
It was hard to see them live separate lives.
24) Raising a Bat/ My Pet Bat

Raising a Bat is much more than a human and vampire BL story. In the beginning, I didn’t think this was a special plot.
But later on, we get to see the hardships of an unloving family, relationships that were being taken advantage of, and more. A lot of things are evident in this series, so if that is triggering for you, then you shouldn’t read Raising a Bat.
The main character, Park Min Gyeom, has a disease where he needs to donate his blood on a regular basis to keep healthy. This is great news for our vampire MC, Kim Chun Sam.
Kim Chun Sam is my cinnamon roll. He’s too precious for this story, and I hope he gets his happy ending.
23) Lionhearts

Lionhearts is a BL manga about two childhood best friends named Leo and Shin. Leo is too adorable for Shin to handle—he even proposed to Leo when they were kids!
However, life gets harder as you grow up. Shin’s feelings still haven’t changed. Will he be able to muster the courage to confess to Leo? Or will society’s norms crush his resolve before he can admit it?
22) Ore no Aoharu wa Watasanai

I know, I’m including a lot of high school romance BLs, but they are just so good!
Ore no Aoharu wa Watasanai is about a high schooler named Subaru. He’s known as the Cool Prince in his high school. However, most people don’t know he’s a die-hard shoujo fan!
Only his friend, Jinnai, knows Subaru’s secret. Do you think Jinnai will keep Subaru’s secret safe when he transfers into his class?!
Let’s hope so!
21) Moritrat

I can’t believe this was one of my first BL. It’s about a man named Jesse who wakes up in a hospital with no recollection of his past.
Also, he wakes up to find his supposed lover waiting for him. The only memory Jesse has is of his lover trying to kill him.
But then again, Jesse doesn’t know whether to trust his memory or his ‘lover’. What do you think he should do? Make a run for it? Sure, but where?
20) Dear Signal

THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MANGAS EVER. It’s so cute and light. It’s short though, and I find that a real problem.
In this world, there’s something called the lovesick disease. If you are overwhelmed with romantic emotions, pink and red hearts appear on your body. Isn’t that sweet?!
You can prevent the heart from showing up by taking prescribed medications daily. However, these tablets will suppress your emotions, so you won’t feel the emotions of love.
Arashi wants to get rid of his sickness. He wants to fall in love with someone. Luckily for him, he gets cured and doesn’t need to take any more medicine.
Although he hasn’t felt love in a while, he gets curious when his heart skips a few beats whenever he looks at Haname smiling. Haname is his longtime childhood friend. It’s too cute!
19) Cupid ni Rakurai/ Cupid is Struck by Lightning

Nagato Shingo is a high schooler who investigates peoples’ crushes. He acts like a cupid for the girls, but it’s not entirely his choice. Girls can be pushy.
Anyway, a couple of girls are interested in the ‘Ice Prince’ Ao. They want to know more about the scar on his forehead. Nagato tries his best to befriend Ao, but it’s not working. However, with sheer determination, Ao’s walls started to melt.
Everything is nice and dandy in their world, maybe a bit romantic dare I say. But it all comes crashing down when Ao finds out why Nagato wanted to be close to him.
What will happen next? I won’t tell you. Read the story.
18) Tadaima, Okaeri / I’m Home, Welcome Back

Manga Storyline:
UGH THIS IS A FANTASTIC MANGA. It’s about an omega and alpha pair. They get married and have kids. If you’re looking for a fluffy and warm manga, then this one is for you!
Himoru is a male alpha who’s married to his beloved pair, Masaki. Masaki is an omega and the mother of Hikari.
Hikari is too cute! Oh, please read this manga. You won’t be let down, I promise.
17) Therapy Game

Therapy Game is a BL manga that is funny, but also serious during some of its moments.
Shizuma is a handsome, kind, and respectable man. He’s studying hard to become a vet. One day, his world comes crashing down when he finds out his beloved girlfriend is cheating on him.
He’s in a dark slump, and nothing can get him out of it. Except for one loud blonde guy named Minato.
16) Come to Hand

AHHHH! This one is also super cute! Come to Hand is about a schoolteacher named Miharu, and the poor guy is worked to the bone.
He’s so exhausted, he collapses in front of a tattoo parlor.
Arashi, the owner of the store and a tattoo artist, saves Miharu from frostbite at this point. Poor Miharu.
Isn’t that adorable? A schoolteacher and a tattoo artist? Come on! You can’t get better than that.
We see how their two very much opposite worlds collide and intertwine as the plot progresses.
15) Sweet Our 1R

Now, this isn’t about high school students. It’s better! It’s about two college students from different departments.
I like this manga because the couple is already in a relationship. Instead of watching their journey toward lovers, we see how they manage their relationships on campus and in the real world.
It’s a realistic read and that’s what I appreciated it for.
14) Paradise View

This is another manga where we are already introduced to a couple. Hideo is a company employee and he’s been going steady with a younger guy named Tomohisa for about nine years. Tomohisa is a pediatrician and a good one too.
13) Hana no Miyako De

This is a tragedy BL manga, so if you want your heart to get ripped out like mine was, then be my guest.
The angst in this story is the expensive kind. It’s about two boys who fell in love with each other back in the old days. So, yeah. This one hurts like a @$(!.
12) Yatamomo

As Momo cleans himself up in a public bathroom after he loses a bet and gives a couple of dudes a free session, he meets Yata for the first time.
With Yata in his life, Momo finally has the stability to live on.
11) Ten Count

Ten Count is a manga that is about Shirotani and his condition. He refuses to touch anything with his bare hands because he doesn’t want to get ‘dirty’ or ‘infected’.
Shirotani believes he will never get cured, and he doesn’t really try. By chance, he meets Kurose who right away catches onto Shirotoni’s mysophobia.
Will he be able to cure our Shirotoni?
10) Motoyan papa to Hitsuji Sensei

This manga is about an elementary school teacher named Hitsuji. One of the fathers from his class is someone he went to school with!
Hatoyama Keiichi shares a past with this teacher, and we watch to see how their relationship will develop beyond the simple teacher and parent dynamic.
9) Furimuite Yukino Chan/ Look Back Yukino-chan

Did you hear that? That’s my heart doing backflips in the corner. This is an adorable manga about two people connecting online.
A person named Yukino-chan needs Arata’s help in going to school. However, Arata has no idea Yukino-chan is actually Yukino-san!
8) Unmmei no Hito to Deaeru Koisuru Apuri

This is just in! You can meet your destined soulmate via an app! Hiroto gets introduced to an app called Meet Your Soulmate.
Like any normal person, Hiroto doesn’t believe that this app is the real deal. Until he meets a guy that perfectly matches the appearance profile of his soulmate the app gave him.
7) Hana No Mizo Shiru/ Only the Flower Knows

Remember that tragedy manga I talked about not too long ago? Yeah, this manga was written by the same author. The art style is similar— it has that breezy flow.
Arikawa is a great guy all around. He ends up bumping into a student named Misaki and helps him up. As if it was destiny, they bump into each other again on the same day.
The second encounter was when Arikawa finds Misaki’s broken flower necklace. This is when things take a turn for the two.
6) Sasaki and Miyano

This manga is getting an anime adaptation! I know! I’m so excited to watch it.
It’s about a high school boy who is secretly a BL fan. He’s not into dudes, but he loves a good BL. Nobody knows about his secret hobby until he meets a certain eccentric sempai.
Sasaki wants to learn more about BL, and it’s hilarious how Miyano is completely serious when discussing specific BL plots and elements.
5) Given

Given already has an anime out as well as a movie. It’s about a band of two high school boys and two men working together to make great music.
However, each member has a complex past and role in the story. It’s worth checking out.
4) Escape Journey

This manga is another real story. It’s about two high school sweethearts that break up because of external and internal pressures.
But somehow, they find themselves together in college. Their love is rekindled, but will they protect their relationship when multiple tests are being thrown their way?
3) Umibe no Etranger

This manga already has a movie out, and it’s so good. However, manga has more details included compared to the movie, so read this one rather than watch the movie.
It’s about a man named Shun who came out to his family and left his home. He’s an aspiring writer who wants to fall in love but is too depressed to do so.
When he does find someone who likes him back, he tries to convince them it wouldn’t work out and that they would be wasted on him.
Mio, a guy that falls in love with Shun, is having trouble convincing Shun that he wants to spend the rest of his life with him.
2) Blue Sky Complex

I read this manga at least 13 times a year. I’m not kidding.
It’s about two high school boys, one is a model student and the other is a delinquent. The model student is Narasaki, and the other is Terashima.
Narasaki wants to read books in peace, that’s it! He ends up having to watch over the library and Terashima—who’s there because he’s in trouble.
But what happens when Narasaki finds Terashima’s company relaxing? With all the time they spend together in the library, they grow closer together.
1) Kiraide Isasete

After a couple of years, Shizuku, his darling child, is attending school! Naoto needs to make money to support her, but no one is willing to hire an omega.
However, he ends up finding a job as a janitor in a high school. That is where he finds his soulmate—an alpha.
I love how respectable Hazuki, Naoto’s soulmate, is. He cares for Shizuku like she was his actual blood-related child. And he always takes Naoto into consideration.
