1. Koro Sensei
His personality changed quite a bit when he came across Aguri Yukimura. He became more kind and caring. He also became more empathetic. He appeared to be a very cheerful individual when he first appeared in the school. He would ask for the most bizarre yet simple requests from his students. He could also switch between being fun to being serious in no time.
2. Nagisa
Nagisa is one of the students of Class 3-E. He appears to be a very calm, friendly, and nice individual. He mostly stays quiet and carefully observes what’s going on around him, and he’s extra careful and observant when it comes to Koro sensei. He wants to unveil the mystery behind his motives and save the earth from doom.
He’s not very popular in his class because of his reserved nature. He is also prone to getting shy, and likes to stay “invisible” most of the time. He often gets hesitant when he’s supposed to be speaking. When it comes to his assassination skills, he’s very insecure about them. However, Nagisa overcame his insecurities and became more confident in his abilities as time passed.
3. Karma
Karma is a rough and tough guy. He knows no rules. He can become very violent sometimes. He loves inflicting pain upon others which shows his sadistic nature. Karma is also very smart when it comes to strategies. No matter how spoiled he acts, deep down, he’s a kind and empathetic guy.
Karma doesn’t respect his teachers. He’s distrustful of most of them because one of his most trusted teachers betrayed him. He also doesn’t show any respect to people older than him. However, after getting to know Koro Sensei, he started to have some respect for his elders. Karma can be extremely ruthless when someone hurts his loved ones. The person he cares the most for is Nagisa, who is also his best friend.
4. Tadaomi Karasumi
Tadaomi Karasumi is affiliated with Japan’s Ministry of Defense. He was sent by the organization in order to observe Koro Sensei. He was also the assistant teacher for Class 3-E. He appears to be a very strict man who doesn’t get all chummy with his students. However, he is kind, It’s just that he doesn’t really show his emotions that much.
We’ve seen him get happy but only in weird and violent situations. When it comes to romantic relationships, Tadaomi is quite oblivious. He doesn’t really know what’s going on around him and it’s safe to say that he’s quite dense.
5. Irina Jelavic
Irina Jelavic is an assassin who is hired by the government to kill Koro Sensei. She also teaches English to Class 3-E. Irina is confident, bold and arrogant. Her students don’t like her at all because of her arrogant and strict personality. Even though she appears to be confident, she’s actually very insecure as well as childish. Beneath her tough exterior is a kind individual who is also quite humble (surprisingly). She started getting along well with her students after throwing away her ego.
6. Yuma Isogai
Yuma Isogi is the class representative of Class 3-E. He’s caring, cheerful and a very dependable person. Yuma has always shown great leadership skills. He’s also very optimistic and always sees the best in others. He always pushes his classmates to do better and never drags them down. He’s a true gentleman who often shows his chill side while talking to his friends and fellow students.
7. Manami Okuda
After getting to know Koro Sensei, she became quite mature and smart.
8. Meg Kataoka
Meg Kataoka is the female class representative of Class 3-E. Just like her male representative counterpart, Meg is a very kind and reliable person. She’s very sensible and always approaches every problem with rationality. She’s very caring towards her classmates, and that’s because being one is already ingrained in her personality.
Meg thinks that a lot of people don’t really see her as a woman, but as a mere reliable friend since most of them have tendencies of being too dependent on her. She even feels like she lacks feminine appeal. But overall, Meg is a sweetheart.
9. Itona Horibe
Itona Horibe is a transfer student that got transferred to Class 3-E. He despised losing, as he was constantly projected to bullying. He also had a hunger to gain as much strength and power as he could.
He appears to be an arrogant individual and often attacks others with snarky remarks. He’s not afraid to be honest at all. He will say his mind no matter what.
Later, Itona Horibe became quite humble and accepted the fact that he’s not the most powerful individual on the planet and that there are people stronger than him. He also started working with his class to assassinate Koro Sensei and became less selfish in his goals. Itona is also very observant and is aware of the things going on around him.
