The God of High School is one of the most action-filled anime where we saw a diversity of characters. From weakest to the strongest, you won’t be missing when it comes to the action. Hence, we are going to talk about the TOP 10 Strongest God of High School Characters.
Trust me! You are missing some serious action if you still haven’t watched the series. Well, this list is going to contain spoilers, therefore, you should scroll at your own risk. 10. Park Ilpyo
Park Ilypo isn’t the strongest character. However, he isn’t the weakest either. The series has a lot of characters and for the Top 10 strongest ones, Ilpyo is a must on our list! This badass has blue hair and is often found wearing a hoodie. Initially, in the series, he is a scene to be laid back and fun-loving person who is just as wholesome as a sunflower on a sunny day.
But things got crazy as the series progressed. We got to see some of his powers in the anime, and when it comes to the actual webtoon, this guy is surely a badass. The main reason why Ilpyo is on our list is not just his supernatural abilities, but his ability to analyze the situation and work against the opponent.
Compared to many other characters in the series, Ilpyo has one of the best Martial Arts, and his Charyeok was surely brutal! His main power, otherwise known as the Nine-Tails Guardian gives him a couple of benefits. Whether it’s enhanced strength, speed, health recovery, or plain Martial Arts, his Charyeok is one of the strongest ones we’ve ever seen.
It was seen in the fight with Greed, his Nine-Tails power is something we don’t get to see every day.
9. Zeus/Jupiter
Zeus, also known as Jupiter, is one of the strongest characters we got to see in the anime. He was also the leader of the Greco-roman pantheon in the G.O.H Webtoon. On the surface, he looks like a badass with well-built muscles that everyone will be intimidated from. But there’s the catch. The sole reason he wanted the destruction of mankind was due to the fact that he loved hurting others.
Every douche act was done by Zeus in the series that includes killing of the people and wanting to hurt people for no reason. As much as people hate him, his lustful self is rather powerful. However, this doesn’t make him a dumb God. He commends whoever is powerful, and also commended Han Daewi for being very powerful.
As the guy is sturdy, his strength is unrivaled. Far stronger than humans, he is shown to stand in x1000 times gravity than Earth. Imagine a guy standing against that much gravity. None of the humans could do it. Moreover, his ability to fly without wings and electrokinesis was on a whole other level too. For those of you who thought that Zeus will be slow, that’s a big no. He’s literally the God of thunder, making him one of the fastest characters in the series.
8. Jin Taejin
Jin Mori’s grandfather is no question asked one of the strongest God of High School characters. The dude practically launched his own type of Martial arts that was so unique, everybody gets intimidated. The old man has “X” scars on his face, making him look like a tough guy. Well, as much as there’s the truth in it, Jin Taejin is a literal powerhouse. Even when he’s one of the strongest, the guy is super humble, and he always fights for what’s right. In the anime version, he is stubborn. However, he has been fighting with Gods and still survive.
Impressive, right? His Re: Taekwando is probably the strongest in the series. But he’s known for his Recoilless kick, and it’s crazy! The kick itself is so overpowered that it can destroy mountains or maybe countries! Jin Taejin invented this technique to overcome his lost arm, and when he got to know that he doesn’t have to balance himself, he got to lose. That’s how the recoilless kick was invented. All in all, Jin Taejin was one of the strongest God of High School characters if it wasn’t for Mujin who killed him.
7. Garuda
The former member of the Nine Kings, this guy is absolute madness. You can expect him to become soft-hearted. Throughout the series, he is known to be one of the most badass and strongest God of High School characters. Well, there are a couple of reasons why. Being a high-ranked demon, he looks more like a human, and I find that to be rather disturbing. I mean, the guy is handsome but to think that he can wreak havoc and on a God scale? IMPOSSIBLE!
Even though he seems to be trustworthy, at some point in the Webtoon, he betrayed the Nine Kings for his benefit. Moreover, when it comes to his powers, he can use all sorts of magic. His speed is one of the main characteristics that make him so overpowered. In the third phase of his power, aka, The Phoenix Mode, he becomes a giant avian, and everything from his powers to his size increases.
Seriously, Garuda is no slouch when it comes to the battle. We would love to see how much he could’ve improved if he’d live a longer life. Well, his inferiority complex was what surely got him killed.
6. Beelzebub
Beelzebub isn’t your usual cookie-cutter villain. He used to be the master of the Heavenly Realm before he was defeated by Satan. In his humanoid form, he looks like a bug but surely in a human form. Having that sleek looking lavender color and the feet that are bird-like, there’s a lot of other things to be taken into consideration. In simplest words, Beelzebub is one of the strongest God of High School characters, and he totally deserves this spot. Moreover, he has a long tail with a replatian mouth that makes him super scary.
His three phases are so intimidating that I got instant chills. However, the third phase was unlike anything else. In the final phase, Beelzebub becomes a giant fly, glowing, while keeping his usual asethetics and I can’t say that he’s any weaker. He blew my mind. His regeneration abilities are supernatural even when he’s getting crushed.
5. Yoo Mira
If you though Mira was weak, then I’m here to spoil right now. She is one of the most powerful God of High School characters of all time. In the anime series, we didn’t get to see much. However, in the webtoon series, she’s a literal queen.
Initially, she had brown hair and wore spectacles with the shoulder length hair. In the anime version, we saw her in a school uniform looking all beauty. However, after the time skip in Webtoon, her hair grew and turned white. Many people were surprised to see whether that was ever Mira or not. Seventeen years after the RagnarÖk event, everything changed. Mira turned into a totally beautiful badass, and her abilities were on a whole other level.
After defeatung Moon Gi Jo, Mira got the Walmung which is the most overpowered weapon in the series. It is a national treasure and look who owns it? The queen Mira. Her abilities were enhanced 17 years after the incidents and it’s so good to see that one of the main characters became on of the strongest as well. All the cool blades and weapons would cling to Mira, accepting her as their masters. Mira is the pinacle of what an awesome swordsman should be.
4. Han Daewi
If there was an award for being badass, Han Dawei would be the king of it. Throughout the series, we saw his multiple sides but what was the conclusion? DAEWI REMAINS BADASS! Due to his sturdy powers and superhuman strength, he aced through the competitions and he’s TALL! After he lost to The King, he covered his eye with a bandage, making him even more of a badass. But that’s not to say that he’s any weaker either. During his fight with Zeus, he made Zeus commend him, and we all know how hard it is.
But that’s not what surprised me to put him on the list. The power known as Planet Toss is probably one of the most powerful techniques that not everyone can pull off in the series. Just like the king, Daewi can use Gravity Manipulation. Even though he’s not as perfect as the king, he can still toss a planet the size of Mars. Can you even imagine that? On the flip side, his Martial Arts is also something that everyone is afraid of.
From the Anime to Webtoon, we got to see multiple sides of Daewi. However, he was badass in every single one of them.
3. The King (Okhwang)
The leader of Nox, this guy deserves to be on our list. He held the title of “Jade Emperor,” meaning that he had the highest position in the Heavenly Realm. At first, we saw an old bald man who seemed like nothing more than a geezer who’s going to die soon. However, after transferring to Dante, the whole story changed. He became youthful with flaming red hair and never-ending powers.
When it comes to his big brain, nothing is as surprising as this guy. His thinking capabilities far exceed our humanly standards, making him the leader of Knox and giving him the title of the “Jade Emperor.” However, when we talk about his powers, the King has something that won’t be too flashy, but everything will be sturdy. I don’t know where to even begin!
When it comes to manipulation powers, he can manipulate almost everything. From gravity to strong force, he can control matter itself. And not to forget the Big Bang attack that has the potential to convert Asia to the stone age. Well, that was just a figure of speech. However, Okhwang is probably in the top 3s when it comes to being the strongest God of High School characters.
2. 666: Satan
666: Satan becomes the new master of the Heavenly Realm after defeating the previous master Beelzebub. On the surface, he looks like the weakest on our list. However, when it comes to his powers, Satan is one of the strongest God of High school characters of all time. In the Webtoon, it is shown that Satan takes a lot of interest in Jin Mori, always seeking to try him out for a battle.
The main reason being that he knows how powerful Jin Mori is, and how he can fight him to death. His main obsession is getting recognized among the Gods as the strongest of all time. Just like all the Gods have phases, Satan’s 3rd phase is terrifying. He gets a lot taller, his hair becomes longer and he absorbs all of the Sun’s Corona rays that makings him even more intimidating.
Being one of the greatest, this guy is surely badass. His mimicking powers are on a whole other level too. He copied Jin Mori’s Original, Recoilless kick, and even mimicked Needle Ryu by reading the opponent’s mind. This guy sure is worth it to add to our list.
1. Jin Mori
The main protagonist and the most stupid guy in the G.O.H universe, Jin Mori makes it to the strongest God of High School Characters of all time. He is one of the Nine Gods and the leader of Mount Hwagwa Monkey. No one can defeat Jin Mori. Even the shaman told everyone that his death and future cannot be seen. That’s how I got the idea of how strong Jin Mori is. When he reverted to his true form, he instantly surpassed Jin Taejin, making him ahead of almost every character in the series.
In his God form, Jin Mori becomes practically immortal. All his physical powers are enhanced to an unbelievable extent. Hui Mo Ri is his Charyeok that Mori used in the fight against Satan, and it was essentially his clone that eventually became the other individual. That’s how powerful Jin Mori is. Eventually growing stronger than Satan 666, Jin Mori might be the strongest God of High School character of all time. You just can’t mess with this God and not have your butt kicked.
