Following are some of the related tweets and posts that I will provide you guys. So, we can get a clear idea about In/Spectre season 2! When Crunchyroll officially announced that In/Spectre 2 would soon release and shared a clip, there were approximately 104k views.
This means this anime have the hype, but it’s not that much compared to others. And the official trailer also has somewhat near 3.5k views on YouTube! The trailer is really short, nearly one-minute extended.
Yup, there wasn’t much revealed in the trailer. Apart from hinting that our heroes would be busy with some tasks and challenges!
IMDB Ratings:

Predicted Plot

Season 1 of the very famous and oddly obsessive anime In/Spectre was based on its Light Novel by Kyou Shirodaira. There were only minor plot changes in the anime compared to season 1. Hypothetically speaking, if season 1 was based on the 1st Volume of the Novel, then it is believed that season 2 will be based on the 2nd Volume of the Novel.
So guys, as I am a genie, I know that you guys wish to know the expected plot of the coming season! Okay, let this Genie fulfill your wish! (Thank me later!). Well, well, the second season is expected to be full of suspense, thrill, and romance.
In Season 1, the story focuses on the interaction and character development of the main characters. Season 2 is set to focus on the hottest topic of the Novel. You got that right! It will focus on the relationship development of our favorite couple.

We can predict that both our leads are busy doing some crazy challenges in the official trailer. On top of it, you will be seeing some sweet and honey-dripping moments between the Goddess Kotoko and Kuro, the divergent Yokai.
The plot is set to develop side-by-side when the newly formed couple sets out to solve a mystery. The mystery revolves around the beach tourist attraction in Totomizu.
Just to let you know, guys, the anime season 1 of In/Spectre also follows the manga to some extent. So it can be considered that the upcoming season might be following the manga.
Spoilers!

Spoilers, spoilers, spoilers…something that keeps the hype up and makes us look forward to our favorite series. I will tell you some apparent spoilers here, so you can’t blame me because I spoiled it later. LOL, since they are obvious, you just got to notice them.
First of all, there will be a light and sweet romance between our innocent yet daring couple. Since Kotoko and Kuro are just beginning their relationship, it is expected that a lot of adorable, delightful, and slightly spicy moments await them…and us as well.
Secondly, we do know about Rikka from season one. Well, get ready, guys; that fellow is returning, and she will be irritating this time. We can’t just put her into the list of antagonists like that. Since we all know that she liked Kotoko.

Who knows, Rikka might become the main antagonist or maybe not? In short, you can expect the unexpected. Your eyes will be blessed by Kuro’s dynamic character, which was primarily dormant in season 1, and Kotoko, as always, is the charm of the series.
This is not the end of In/Spectre season 2. There is a lot more than what you are expecting. But then again, where is the fun if I spoil you with everything before the game even begins.
Yet! Since I am generous, LOL, let me just give you a little tip. As the anime also followed the manga till its first 6 volumes, why not try reading from Volume 7? Who knows, you might become the Genie this time!
Predicted Cast

This one is the part that intrigues us the most, am I right or am I right? Because all the fun is because of them all! As you guys know, the creators hardly change any cast because it also affects the characters.
They change the cast if the characters are grown-up or some other necessary changes are expected. However, In/Spectre season 2 is expected to follow the same model. I hope you guys also wanted the same cast!
So let’s enlighten a bit about the magical voice actors behind our favorite characters! Here we go!
- Our lady, Iwanaga Kotoko, is voiced by Akari Kitou (Japanese) and Lizzie Freeman (English)
- Kurou is expressed by handsome Miyano Mamoru (Japanese) and Brandon Winckler (English)
- Yumi Hara is voiced by gorgeous Fukuen Misato (Japanese) and Lauren Landa (English)
- Last but not least, Nanase is voiced by Uesaka Sumire (Japanese) and Kayli Mills (English)
Akari Kitou

You guys would surely be surprised to find that this drop-dead gorgeous angel is just 27 years old and has achieved a lot! She has done many famous roles, including Nezuko Kamado from Demon Slayer (Oh My God, this is remarkable, dude!), Suzune Horikita from Classroom of the Elite, Kaho Hinata, and a lot more!
Who would have thought that one could be so versatile? I mean, just imagine Nezuko’s solid and rigid character and then imagine just Kotoko! It’s unbelievable for me! Let me give you another surprise, she is a SINGER!!!!! This is simply awesome, right?
Lizzie Freeman

This girl is not less either! Lizzie is a well-known American Voice actor and has voiced many popular anime characters. One of Lizzie’s famous roles is Chizuru Mizuhara (you got that right, she is from Rent A Girlfriend). She also played Felicia (Puella Magi), and the list is unending.
To your curiosity, she is also in her late twenties! Yup, just 29 years! I wonder what I was doing till now! LOL, do you have mutual feelings? (say yes, so that I can feel better, LOL)!
Miyano Mamoru

Now comes our very handsome Mamoru. He is also a singer and a voice actor. Actually, It is better to say that both Kurou and Mamoru are equally attractive! Do you know Light Yagami (Kira), my favorite character from Death Note?
Yesssss! He is the legend behind our Light! What else do you want to know? I bet this is enough for his introduction. However, Miyano has done a remarkable job voicing characters like Rintaro and Dazai Osamu!
Brandon Winckler

Brandon is another young hunk who is a well-known guy in the States, and of course, in the anime world! If you have watched Sword Art Online and Beyblade, then you guys need no introduction! He has voiced Eugeo and Lui, respectively!
I know what you are thinking! How can someone be so talented, right?
Fukuen Misato

Get ready for a shock! She is 40 years old! Man, who would have thought this! Like the other artists, Misato has done many famous roles as well. Some of them are from Girls und Panzer (voiced Anzu) and our cute Chibiusa from Sailor Moon!
Lauren Landa

Lauren has made her name not only in the anime world but also in the game world. She is expected to voice Yumihara. Landa has voiced characters, including Annie Leonhart and Sakura Kyoko!
So, it’s expected that she will voice Yumihara in the next season!
Uesaka Sumire

Meet another singer and a Voice Actor, Sumire Uesaka. She has also won the best actress award, Whoa! That means we can imagine her talent. She is expected to voice Nanase in this season! I personally believe that she is just the right choice for this character.
What are your thoughts for those of you who have watched season 1?
Kayli Mills

She is another talented lady who has a knack for doing all sorts of things. Kayli not only voices anime characters but also gives her best when it comes to video games. Her famous roles include Alice Thirty from Sword Art Online, Runa Yomozuki from Kakegurui, and Keqing from Genshin Impact!
All the voice actors are simply superb and are popular among the fans. So, we all should be super excited and shall wait patiently for now! Because I bet, this season is going to be lit for sure! Well, guys, I hope we all know that there are always some new characters that get introduced in the recent seasons.
The same is the case with In/ Spectre season 2; some new characters are expected. However, not much is known about them for now. Let’s see what the creators have decided to bring for the fans. Dang! I can’t wait any longer!
Comment Below

Well, fellas, I guess that was it for today! I think you got your answers. I know it’s a bit saddening to not be confirmed about the exact dates, but we have no choice besides waiting!
But the pattern of release for a lot of anime series in this year says that either they are releasing in January or in June and October. Since January just went by, I think we can get to June in no time. And then October will be around the corner. LOL. Let’s keep our spirits high as this will keep the fun alive.
Let’s see if the next season will meet the expectations of fans or not! (fingers crossed)
However, I believe that this season will be remarkable! The manga and the first season of the anime lived up to their image. So we are left with no choice except to have high hopes. What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments below! I’d love to hear your thoughts! (Like Always)
