Our MC, Natsu, is looking for his father, Igneel, who somehow went missing. While he was looking for his father, Natsu meets a young girl and invites her to form a party with him. She agreed and following that, many other people joined the party.

Some of you are probably wondering, is Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest gonna be released anytime soon? Well! Yes!
Hiro Mashima himself confirmed on 11th September, 2021 that Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest is finally going to be released. It was confirmed when Hiro Mashima was in a fan meeting. Finally, all the fans who have been waiting for this for the past 3 years!
Those fans are finally going to get the anime for this exciting sequel. The exact release date hasn’t been announced, but we are expecting it to be released in Fall 2022. Meaning this year, unless this article gets old and you are not reading it in 2022 lmao!
After I watched this anime, I just fell in love with all the character designs and stuff. After all, who doesn’t like seeing different kinds of Wizards with different powers, like Natsu, who is able to breathe fire and Wizards that can summon Spirits from other worlds, aka Celestial Spirits!

As most of the fans want, we will probably be seeing the old casts in Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest. There is a chance that the casts might be different, but the chances of that happening are pretty low tho.

This is probably the topic that all of you have been waiting for, what is Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest even about in the first place. Well, lemme explain what happens.
So, after our MC defeated both Acnologia and Zeref, they moved on to the next quest. A quest that nobody has ever completed in the past 100 years, well…it was when the Fairy Guild was created. So basically, it’s really old and one of the hardest quests ever.
Our MC and his friends are on their journey to complete this quest, a quest that not even the best of the best were able to complete in the past century. A quest that threatens the entire world.
Yes, you heard me right. This 100 Years Quest is such a difficult quest, that it could possibly lead to mass destruction. Alright, enough talking about how hard this quest is, lemme tell you what the quest is about.
In this quest, we have to capture or in simple words, seal the 5 Dragon Gods. I am sure that you are likely thinking, “They are probably some normal dragons, I mean, dragons are strong but they can’t possibly cause that much mass destruction, right?”.
Well, wrong. These dragons are basically as strong as Acnoligia. So, by that… you can probably guess what these dragons can do.
Why was Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest so wanted by the fans?
Well, probably some of you have a question. Why do so many Fairy Tail fans want Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest so much? Well, it gave the anime hope to be revived and continued.
And I mean, who doesn’t like adventure? Many fans didn’t get tired of watching Fairy Tail, some even repeatedly watched it over and over again. In simple words, the fans wanted a new fun adventure that they can enjoy in Fairy Tail, and wanted to know what happens next in Fairy Tail.

Let’s start off with…
Natsu Dragneel
What’s better than starting off with our MC, aka our main protagonist first.
Natsu Dragneel, our MC, is a part of the 5 Dragon Slayers. He is the son of Igneel. He has the Fire Dragon Slayer Magic, pretty cool right? He is mostly known for breathing fire in the anime community nowadays! Anyways, let’s talk about how he looks.
Natsu is an average teenager with normal height and he is quite muscular. He has pink hair, and he got some scars on his body. Like the one on his neck, you probably won’t notice it since it’s quite hidden by the scarf that Natsu wears.
He wears a black sleeveless and golden colored waistcoat, he likes to flex his muscles since he keeps his chest exposed to the public. Oh, did I mention that his biological father is not Igneel? Well! Natsu was actually adopted by Igneel.
He is quite carefree, and doesn’t really care about the surroundings too much, but when his friends are in trouble, he would go help them no matter what, in simple words. He is loyal to his friends and won’t betray them.
Welppppppp, that’s all I am gonna tell about this character since there are a few more to go!

Lucy Heartfillia
She is a mage and member of Natsu’s Guild. She has brown eyes and blonde hair that reaches up to her shoulder. She has a variety of ribbons, in different colors, that she likes to wear near her ponytail.
Don’t let her fool you, despite the way she acts and looks, she is really smart. She cares for her friends and her family, and she also likes to write a novel about her adventure, but for some reason… She doesn’t show her novels to anyone.
She left home when her mother, Layla Heartfillia, passed away. But, she could have lived with her father, right? Well, it turns out that she wasn’t in a really good relationship with her father either. So, she joins Natsu’s guild and set out on an interesting and exciting adventure
Happy
Happy was a member of Flying Dragon Squad before, but he later joined Natsu’s Guild.
Oh, did I mention that he is an Exceed? Well, yes! Happy is an Exceed who is blue, with black eyes, small eyebrows and has a triangle shaped nose. Wanna know a funny and mysterious thing? Happy has no thumb but he can hold objects easily!
He can also use his tail to pick up and drop objects and he seems to have a green backpack with his stuff like food and some stuff that might be useful in the battle. This backpack also hides some kind of Green Mark on his back.
He is loyal to his friends and he won’t betray his friends for someone else that easily. He likes fish but he hates dogs, except for one dog. That dog’s name is Plue, Plue is a celestial spirit that Lucy summoned.
Erza Scarlet
Erza Scarlet is known as one of the strongest members of the Fairy Tail, and she is a part of Natsu’s Team + she is also an S-Class Wizard. She is really strong, and she is also someone that you should definitely don’t want to mess with.
Erza is a young girl with no right eye, she is average height with brown eyes. Her hair color is scarlet and she wears armor that was crafted by Heart Kruez. She also wears earrings and wields a large sword.
She is very strict, but despite her scary look, she really cares for her fellow friends and her loved ones. She described herself as someone who was always crying, wanna know why? It was because she wasn’t able to protect/help her loved ones, when they were in trouble.
Ohhhhh and she can become quite girly too! As I mentioned, she wields a large sword, right? Well, I forgot to mention that she is really good at swordsmanship! Explains the fact why she is one of the strongest in Fairy Tail.
By the way, Fairy Tail is actually a guild inside the anime, for those who are wondering and haven’t watched the series before!
Wendy Marvell
Believe me or not, but she is actually a Sky Dragon Slayer, yes! A sky dragon slayer! At first look, I thought that she was just another normal mage, but no! Turns out that she is really strong! She joins Natsu’s Team to help in making the Fairy Tail alive again.
She has long purplish dark blue colored hair that reaches up to her waist but later on the series, she cuts it down but soon again, she decides to grow them back to normal again. As every other normal girl, she wears normal clothes usually.
She was originally part of the so–called Wendy’s Cait Shelter Guild, but soon this guild disbanded. She is really shy and nice to others. She also has an Exceed as her fellow comrade, the Exceed’s name is Carla.
Wendy helps her, as they are really good and close friends. As always, she cares alot for her comrades and her loved ones, and wants to protect them no matter what. Also, she is a 12 years old kid with brown eyes.
Carla
This is the last member of Fairy Tail that we are gonna talk about today!
Carla is an Exceed just like Happy. She also has a really close friend, and that friend’s name is Wendy Marvell. She was a member of the Cait Shelter before, but soon she leaves the Cait Shelter and decides to help Natsu.
She has a small height, with pink hair and her eye color is brown. Her eyes are also smaller than Happy’s. She wears a skirt mostly, and has a bow tie on her tail. Just like Happy’s guild mark—speaking of guild mark, hers can be found at the backside of her body. She mostly wears regular clothes.
I have already talked about Happy’s personality, and how he is so carefree, right? Well, unlike him, Carla is really serious. She barely shows any expressions, and she even gives lessons to Wendy, and takes care of her like she is Wendy’s mother.
Whenever she is using her magic, she grows some kind of wings that help her fly and fight at the same time.
