This anime tells us the story of Rinka who lives in Tokyo with her father and is struggling with her finances. Her life was normal until one day, while returning home from school, she saw a flying penguin. She starts going after it and ends up coming across a flying fish.
While she’s observing this bizarre situation, one of the fish passes through Rinka, and she passes out. When she wakes up, she realizes that she’s able to pass through solid objects just like spirits and ghosts do.
