1. Towa Higurashi
Towa Higurashi is the main protagonist of the series. She’s the daughter of Sesshomaru and Rin. Towa Higurashi is quick to get angry and gets into a lot of fights. She appears to be more like a boy than a girl. She loves her adoptive family in the future and is very protective of them.
Towa doesn’t like being feminine and hates the fact that women are supposed to look feminine. She never tried to look feminine and embraced herself the way she was. Though Towa is short-tempered, she would never want to kill anyone no matter what. She hates killing and wants to solve everything using words. She’s well aware of her strength and doesn’t want to harm anyone.
Towa is not always in a bad mood. She’s also very playful and cheerful. Her positive energy lifts up the mood of others around her.
2. Setsuna
Setsuna is the fraternal twin sister of Towa. Setsuna’s personality is more like her father than her mother. She remains calm and composed all the time. She used to be quite lively and cheerful as a child but as she grew up, she became quiet and serious.
Setsuna was not fond of her father as she never met him and blamed him for a lot of things. Setsuna doesn’t like how Towa has grown weak because of her soft-heartedness due to the effect of the modern-era on her. Setsuna is very protective of her half-demon village and visits it regularly. She shuns away all the demons that harm the inhabitants there. Setsuna is not only bitter but she’s a great person overall.
3. Moroha
Moroha is the daughter of Inuyasha and Kagome. Moroha is quite friendly and lively. However, she also has a very short-temper and tends to get irritated easily. She’s also very impulsive when it comes to attacking others. She often speaks without thinking much as well.
Moroha used to be very lonely as she considered her unfit for befriending anyone. However, she was delighted to meet Towa and Setsuna and became good friends with them. Moroha takes great pride in her abilities as a Bounty Hunter. Moroha is shown to be crazy after money initially. However, the reason behind her wanting money is the fact that she is under a lot of debt.
While Moroha is quite impulsive, she’s also very calculated and smart. She is very well aware of her surroundings and often comes up with solutions pretty quickly.
4. Hisui
Hisui is the son of Miroku and Sango and is also a Yokai Slayer. He’s very brave and doesn’t hesitate jumping right into battle even if his opponent is stronger than him. He’s always there to help his friends whenever they need it and is also very protective of them. He’s mostly seen to be serious and quiet.
Hisui doesn’t have any respect for his father because of his personality and fortunately, he didn’t inherit any of his father’s personality and was a true gentleman.
5. Zero
Zero is the major antagonist of the series and is the elder sister of Kirinmaru. Zero doesn’t value human life and will destroy anything and anyone that comes in her way of achieving her goal. She’s mysterious and has a very intimidating aura. She’s mostly calm but often loses her temper and acts ruthlessly out of extreme rage. She also has a habit of getting jealous even though she’s a demon. She was tasked with the mission of killing both Towa and Setsuna and she was very determined to complete her mission no matter what.
