The Ope Ope no Mi is a very powerful fruit. However, it does drain a lot of stamina when the user activates it. This fruit can also grant immortality to anyone but in return, the user must give up on his life.
The best thing about this fruit is that it can slice up anybody without actually hurting them. This gives its user a lot of advantage in order to control their opponents or slow them down.
4. Hobi Hobi no Mi
The Hobi Hobi no Mi is the kind of Devil Fruit that is able to remove the memories of people’s existence from the minds of others related to them and also turn them into toys. It has a rather interesting side effect, it can grant its user eternal youth.

The Gura Gura no Mi grants the ability to create tremors or quakes after consuming it. Edward Newgate, the captain of the Whitebeard Pirates, was the one who consumed it.

Consumed by Kaido, the strongest creature, this devil fruit allows its user to transform into an Azure Dragon at will. It can also transform its user to a hybrid version of the Azure Dragon.
Kaido can be seen fully transformed into an Azure Dragon and his huge body is very intimidating. He can take different forms as well but all of them are related to the Azure Dragon. Kaido becomes too overpowered after transforming into the Azure Dragon. It boosts his physical abilities and it’s very hard facing him while in a battle. However, there’s one weakness that comes with immense power. The user faces difficulty moving in closed spaces because of his massive size. 7. Soru Soru no Mi
The Soru Soru no Mi is the kind of Devil Fruit that lets its user communicate with human souls. It can also manipulate human souls. Carmel was the one who consumed it originally but it was transferred to Charlotte Linlin aka Big Mom after her death.
The user of this deadly Devil Fruit can take out souls of those she desires. She can also lessen their lifespan. That’s what makes this Devil Fruit really frightening. Another interesting thing about this devil fruit is that it can grant life to non-living things as well. The non-living things gain human intelligence as well as human speech.
Now, the only weakness of the user of this Devil Fruit is that she cannot affect those who are not afraid of her. For example, if a person is not afraid of Big Mom, she won’t be able to manipulate his/her soul.
8. Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
Nikyu Nikyu no Mi’s users are able to push anything in front of them with immense strength. The victim is repelled with great force into the distance. Bartholomew Kuma is the one who ate it. He can repel anything and anyone he wants with a high velocity and that makes him unbeatable.
Other than that, the Nikyu Niky no Mi allows its user to travel at extremely high speed. Some of us get confused if he can even teleport using this Devil Fruit. However, the user can only propel himself with high speed that allows him to reach his destination super fast.
If the user’s hands are occupied, he will be vulnerable to attacks and that’s the only weakness of the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi.
9. Magu Magu no Mi
Magu Magu no Mi allows its user to control magma. He can even transform into magma at will. Fleet Admiral Akainu is the one who consumed it. The extremely hot magma that the user of this fruit uses is very deadly. The fact that it could be used anytime on anyone alone is quite frightening. The defense of its user is also very strong as physical attacks won’t harm him much. This Devil Fruit doesn’t really have any weaknesses other than the standard weakness of not being able to swim after consuming it.
10. Goro Goro no Mi
Goro Goro no Mi allows its user to manipulate lightning at their will. They can also turn into lightning themselves. Enel is the current user of this Devil Fruit. The defense of this Devil Fruit user is remarkable. He can dodge attacks easily. His enemy’s attacks would pass through him without hurting him. The Goro Goro no Mi’s power is useless against rubber, so Luffy is the only one who is immune against it as he has the power of the Gomu Gomu no Mi.
11. Tori Tori no Mi Model: Phoenix
This Devil Fruit was consumed by Marco, the former first commander of the Whitebeard pirates. It allows its user to transform into a massive phoenix that has blue flames. The user can also transform into a human-phoenix hybrid at will. The blue flames that this phoenix have are hotter than the normal ones so that automatically makes the user of this Devil Fruit very overpowered. The user is also able to heal his injuries by covering himself with the blue flames. However, there’s a limit to what kind of injuries the user can heal from and that’s the main weakness of this Devil Fruit.
