I forgot to mention that our hero may appear to be a dull guy, and he is when it comes to studies, but he is exceptionally brilliant, talented, and quick-witted. He has become a stronger human with his vampire powers and intellect.

If it wasn’t for this old fella, our pretty boy Koyomi would probably have totally become a vampire (Not that it would be bad). If you judge him by looks alone then, he is the least reliable person you will ever see. However, appearances often deceive us, and it is true in his case.
Oshino is exceptionally skilled in his work of saving people from supernatural stuff like what he did with Koyomi. This guy is extremely knowledgeable, and sometimes he will make you wonder what kind of information network he maintains to be so up to date.
Oshino always thinks before jumping into a commotion. He would only extend his helping hand to someone willing to save themselves like Koyomi. If the other party has already lost hope, then he will become quite cold to them. Because he won’t bother what happens to them next.

She is the most popular female character in Monogatari, and on that note, she is the one who is loved by all. Her innocent, quiet, and emotionless demeanor made everyone have a soft corner for her.
Shinobu is a vampire who used to be very strong. But after she lost her powers, she became what we know her now. In the beginning, you won’t see her talking much, but her cuteness remains at the top. However, her talkative side surfaces as time passes and her relationship with Koyomi strengthens.
It is shown in the anime that she is quite the jealous type, and she slowly gains the confidence to express her emotions to Koyomi. She has a history of her own, and it is pretty tragic. Since she lives in Koyomi’s shadow, they have a stronger bond than anyone else in the series.

Her long purple hair simply makes her the epitome of beauty. In the anime and overall anime fandom, Hitagi is among the best and one of the prettiest girls with purple hair.
She makes her entry into the anime as an ailing girl. For everyone else, she is rude because Hitagi is outspoken and has no filter with words. This is one of the reasons many people around her consider her unapproachable and bold. However, our hero, who is also a prince for the damsel in distress, discovers Hitagi’s true nature.
You will see that she is the most genuine person in the series overall. Hitagi Senjougahara is an otaku, which is one of the reasons many otaku fellas resonate with her. Her personality changes after a few incidents in the anime, and she becomes brighter as time passes. Unlike Koyomi, Hitagi is surely a studious girl and maintains good grades. Yeah, she is a beauty with brains and many other talents.
