Let’s start with our MC! As I’ve dissed him multiple times above, Issei is a dim-witted guy who was killed on his first date and later became a devil. Like most MCs, he’s got average height and brown hair. Although he has worn many outfits within the anime yet he mostly wears the Kuoh Academy boys’ uniform.
Issei isn’t really smart. He loves fantasizing. I mean, who doesn’t? But yes, Issei’s fantasies are on the next level! Apart from this side of Issei, he’s shown to be brave and selfless. He definitely puts others before him and wants to protect everyone around him. Most people call him nosy for putting his nose in other people’s business but that’s because he wants to help them. That’s how he gets misunderstood. The sudden urge to feel bad about Hyodo is kicking me. Anyways, he tends to forgive himself for the wrongdoings and he’s quite loyal to his nakamas too!
Rias Gremory
*Plays material girl in the background* Well well, if it isn’t the most popular girl. Rias Gremory is surely one of the main characters in High School DxD. She’s known to be a high level devil. She’s a young woman with a perfect body, crimson long hair, and tall height. She’s very kind and friendly unless someone insults her.
Rias is compassionate, she couldn’t stand the fact that Marius Tepes beat up her sister for her own benefit. This left her baffled. This also proves that Rias doesn’t like cruelty. She truly understands the pain of other people. Even though she wouldn’t show that she’s proud of her family, she surely is. Due to Rias belonging to a noble family, men hit on her because of her high living standards. Akeno Himejima
Akeno Himejima is also among the main characters in the anime. She also studies at Kuoh Academy. Akeno is a young woman with a perfect body and very long black hair that is tied in a ponytail. Unlike other characters, she’s quite decent and graceful. I bet you will feel relaxed and calm in her aura.

There are so many girl characters in this anime due to the h-genre. So, Koneko Tojo is also one of the main characters in this anime who’s a member of Occult Research Group. Man, we should always stay away from people involved in Occult groups. Isn’t that right? Don’t you remember what happened when the Occult group messed up in Jujutsu Kaisen? The curse came back!
Anyways, coming back to the topic, Koneko is a cold and emotionless girl. However, there’s a story behind that. She got traumatised after seeing her sister losing control over her own power. So that left her baffled. She can’t seem to show emotions. It’s like she’s always stuck in that specific memory. We all have a side we don’t let others see. Isn’t that right?
Xenovia Quarta
Now, we have a short-haired queen aka Xenovia Quarta! Among many of the female protagonists, she’s quiet and serious. She appears arrogant and is rarely seen using her brain. She’s quite strong and can be super heartless since she called Asia a witch. So, that proves how straight-forward Xenovia can be with her words despite being quiet most of the time.
Asia Argento
Asia Argento is also among the main characters whose personality is similar to her appearance. She’s a shy and naive girl who doesn’t want to hurt anyone with her words. That’s why she doesn’t speak much and doesn’t have a big social circle. Despite the fact that she was reincarnated as a devil, she believes in god. WHOA!
Gasper Vladi
NO WAY! I legit thought Gasper would be a girl but he’s a guy! That’s TOP 10 ANIME BETRAYALS! He’s a guy who enjoys dressing up as a girl since their clothes are pretty. I mean, there’s no doubt in that. Indeed girls dresses are > boys dresses. Gasper loves staying inside. If you got Gasper Vladi, you’re cute and enjoy your me-time.
Ravel Phenex
Ravel Pheenix is the only daughter of the Phoenix Lord. She’s a spoiled brat. Just like many rich brats, she’s very spoiled and thinks that her parents will do everything for her. That’s why she might appear arrogant at times. She’s loyal to her dear ones. So, if you got Ravel you are spoiled but you tend to care about your loved ones.
