For those of you who haven’t watched Bleach but have always heard about it, we’re going to tell you about its plot! Who knows you might want to watch it. Let’s find out who this Ichigo Kurosaki is and why he is always angry. (>,<)
Bleach shows us the adventures of our bad-tempered MC and his journey of inheriting his parents’ destiny. Ichigo Kurosaki gets the powers of a Soul Reaper with the duties of putting the souls to rest and to protect them. The lost souls are called Hollows which tend to endanger other souls.
A Soul Reaper is quite similar to Grim Reaper. Our MC isn’t all by himself, in fact, he’s got company. There’s another Soul Reaper named Rukia Kuchiki by his side who told him that he’s become a Soul Reaper. Rukia defended Ichigo from a Hollow, but in return, she got trapped inside a human body. Now everything is up to Ichigo, he’s got duties to perform and protect Rukia. If you’re curious to find out what happens next, watch Bleach!
CHARACTERS INCLUDED
Ichigo Kurosaki
First off, we have the MC, aka Ichigo Kurosaki, who tends to be very hot-headed. He’s half-human and half-shinigami. A very prominent feature of Ichigo is his spiky orange hair, however, his hair has been made fun of for years! Every MC is handsome in some way, similarly, Ichigo’s tall and lean structure makes him quite charming.
One fun fact about Ichigo is that he likes to wear a shirt with the number 15 written on it since his name literally means “fifteen”. (Ichi = 1, Go= 5) You get it? Let’s talk a bit about his behaviour.
Well, we all know he tends to get angry at times. Apart from his bad temper, he’s strong-willed but impulsive. When he was younger, he would smile very often but as time passed by, he lost his smile. Isn’t that sad? I mean, considering the tragedies he’s been through, it’s understandable why he behaves that way. Even though others think that he likes to keep a “cool-image” yet he’s quite compassionate too! He really understands the pain of other people.
I hope the fact that Ichigo is a good student motivates you to study. Well, yes! He doesn’t neglect his homework. So, if you got Ichigo Kurosaki, you’re a good student. But then again, why are you surfing through the internet? Go study!!
Yoruichi Shihouin
Yoruichi Shihouin is also one of the Shinigami who’s a soul. She’s a dark-skinned young woman who is absolutely gorgeous with golden irises. Her purple waist-length hair makes her look unique. Yoruichi mostly wears a black backless undershirt with a banger orange overshirt.
Not gonna lie, I knew she’s going to be smart. You know how there are some characters who we assume to be smart and they ACTUALLY turn out to be smart and witty. Just like that, Yoruichi’s first impression on me was of a smart woman. Being the former leader of Onmitsukido and a noble, she’s quite responsible and is different from other nobles.
Did you know that Yoruichi Shihouin can transform into a cat? Imagine having a waifu and cat at the same time! Sounds wholesome? She’s so used to living like a cat that she forgets to put on clothes when she’s in human form. I know that sounds embarrassing but it is what it is!
Even though she’s quite calm and responsible, yet she loves to flirt with younger guys. For instance, she often hits on Ichigo Kurosaki. So, if you got Yoruichi Shihouin, I’m going to assume that you’re smart and are ready to face any type of danger anytime.
Rukia Kuchiki
Rukia Kuchiki is one of the main characters and is also a Soul Reaper. She’s been through a lot since she got involved with Ichigo Kurosaki. Rukia has short black hair with several strands hanging right in front of her eyes. She’s a messy person, I can relate. What about you girls? Are you also very lazy to tie or pin up your hair all the way back?
Rukia really resembles her sister, aka Hisana Kuchiki. We mostly get to see her wearing the standard captain uniform or haori. When it comes to her personality, she’s graceful and pure. However, she tends to hide her “true emotions”. She wants to solve her problems by herself. Rukia faces difficulty in opening up to others and deals with the toughest situations by herself. That tells us how strong she actually is. So, if you got Rukiya Kuchiki, you’re self-sufficient.
Sosuke Aizen
Sosuke Aizen is undoubtedly one of the most handsome characters in Bleach. He’s a badass Shinigami who listens to nobody but himself. He’s a leader on his own and his abilities are second to none. He speaks softly and is quite smart. These are the two things that are quite rare to find in somebody. Isn’t that right? I mean, imagine a badass-looking guy who’s actually quite softhearted. This is something super rare, I’m fangirling at the moment.
Anyways, he’s known to be quite a kind and well-respected captain. PLOT TWIST! You’ve been lied to. He’s actually manipulative. This side of him was to disguise his true nature. OOF! Quite a surprise, isn’t it? If you want to know more about Aizen, watch Bleach!
Byakuya Kuchiki
Byakuya Kuchiki belongs to one of the noble clans. He’s very calm even during the most dangerous situations. He doesn’t really like when his opponents pronounce his name incorrectly. He’s a just individual who strongly believes in laws and orders. As the story progresses, we get to see many sides of him. He possesses a cold demeanour as well. It will literally chill your spine! Kisuke Urahara
Kisuke Urahara is one of the laid–black yet optimistic souls. He owns a business where his employees sell Shinigami items. Despite having a good business, he’s humble and jolly with everyone. He tends to get serious as well when the situation gets tough. So, he’s the perfect example of a balanced person. If you got Kisuke Urahara, I’m gonna assume that you’re like water, you can fit in any container.
Orhime Inoue
Orihime Inoue is one of the humans living in Karakura Town. She also has orange hair just like Ichigo. Orihime is a very friendly and caring individual to the extent of letting others take advantage of her. She has to study really hard because if she gets low grades, her relatives don’t treat her the same way. Thus, she doesn’t get financial support from them.
Toshiro Hitsugaya
We know how there are some people who won’t put their guards down. Toshiro Hitsugaya is one of those people who won’t express their emotions easily. He stays serious most of the time and he’s quite mature too. Since most of the Shinigamis made fun of Toshiro, he became cold and serious.
