8+ POKEMON GO: SHINY EEVEE EVOLUTION
9. Shiny Eevee
| Max CP lvl 40 | Max CP lvl 50 | ATK | DEF | STA |
| 1,071 | 1,210 | 104 | 114 | 146 |
First stop, before we go into our Eeveelutions, we have to include the OG of our Eeveelutions and the beginning of the cuteness overload! Hence, Shiny Eevee! Its appearance is a bit pale brownish grey than its original form which has that crispy brown look. The base form in all Pokemons has the lowest stats compared to their evolutionary forms but that doesn’t mean they are just for display.
Maxing out their stats can still bring an enemy of its level down. Eevee is a normal type of Pokemon that has most normal attacks but has default abilities like Bonus Damage (increases same attack from 1.5x to 2.0x), Stat Master (increases random stat by stage with 30% chance per damaging move) and Radiation (deals 10% equal damage to the max HP of enemy’s Pokemon).
Shiny Eevee can be found in the Kanto Region along with the other common Eevees. It’s mostly weak to other Pokemons, especially the fighting types. But it proved itself resistant to Ghost type Pokemons.
Boosted by a Partly Cloudy weather, Shiny Eevee can surely fight back against its foes. With its Tackle and Last Resort attacks, Shiny Eevee can produce a total damage per second of 6.84%—not bad for a cutie plushy look alike, huh?
8. Shiny Umbreon
| Max Cp Lvl 40 | Max CP lvl 50 | ATK | DEF | STA |
| 2137 | 2416 | 126 | 240 | 216 |
Coming out from darkness and into the spotlight of number 8, here is Shiny Umbreon! A Dark type Pokemon from one of the Eeveelutions. Though it is weak against Bug, Fighting and Fairy type Pokemons, with its special moves like Snarl & Foul on a bright moon light evening, Shiny Umbreon can really make its foes be on their guard with its damage per second of 7.58%.
Shiny Umbreon can be obtained by feeding your Shiny Eevee with twenty five candies while walking with it as your buddy for ten kilometers during the night. It evolves because of the moon wave’s exposure which makes it so cool to watch. But if you want to take a shortcut of obtaining it, then, battle and defeat it during raid battles like any other special Pokemons.
It can be found as well in the region of Johto. Lurking in the shadows, waiting for its target’s approach. Once it commences attack, the rings on its body glows like a warning sign to its foe.
With a Max CP level of 2137 at level 40 and of 2416 on level 50, Shiny Umbreon can be one of the toughest to beat Dark type Pokemons. Though its Attack Power is at 126 only, its superb Defense of 240 and Stamina of 216 is a game changer. With Snarl & Dark Pulse as its combo attack, Shiny Umbreon can really be a tough opponent to beat.
Compared to a common Umbreon which has dark gray fur and yellow bands, a Shiny Umbreon is much cooler to look at as a Dark type Pokemon, because of its gray fur and blue bands surrounding its body. As a Dark type Pokemon, it is resistant to Ghost, Dark and Psychic type Pokemons. So overall, a Shiny Umbreon is both elegant and not just cool-looking but also has that feistiness when battle comes.
7. Shiny Jolteon
