Re: Zero is an adventure fiction and action anime that is also popular for pretty waifus. If you know then you’re a man of culture as well. You see, everyone loves Emilia. Who wouldn’t love this main character who’s half-elf and half-human with an innocent face?
This is the type of anime that a non-otaku would love though, I don’t know what we call people who don’t watch anime, peasants maybe? HAHA! I’m just kidding. The plot is very subtle, yes yes, the main character, Subaru gets hit by truck-kun and gets isekai’d. Isekai basically means to get reincarnated into another world. He gets to witness so many weird situations. However, he doesn’t hate it when he meets an innocent-looking human, Emilia.

Anime Storyline:
Re: Zero is a Japanese Light Novel written by Tappei Nagatsuki along with Shinichiro Otsuka’s Illustration. The Light Novel has 27 volumes along with 5 side stories. It was released on June 27, 2014. It has over 50 episodes and is perfect for binge-watching. No, I’m not saying that you invest all of your time on Re: Zero. Do watch it but during holidays or something. I feel your pain though, anyways, let’s move on to the plot of the anime!
Would you like to get transported into another world? Are you happy with what you have now or would you like to experience something extraordinary like Subaru? Our MC starts his life into another world while getting hit by a truck. OUCH! When he opens his eyes, he’s in another world.
Want to know more about this NEET Subaru? Let’s talk about him. He’s a typical Asian teenager who has never probably never talked to pretty girls. Anyways, he gets reincarnated into a fantasy world. Since our MC has a nice personality and is a kind person, he helps a half-elf and befriends Emilia. However, he’s killed there suddenly. After dying multiple times, he realizes that something is controlling his death. Later on, he realizes he has the ability to turn back time and his death!
After helping Emilia successfully, he starts living in one of the mansions of Roswaal Mathers as a butler. Not gonna lie, but he looks cute. Subaru is actually a very cute-looking guy. And in butler’s dress, he looks even cuter.
Our MC is a gentleman and making use of his extraordinary abilities, he decides to protect Emilia and eventually develops feelings for her. Emilia has a dream that only Subaru can help her with, that is of becoming the next queen.
I still remember the last episode clearly but I won’t spoil it for you guys. Although, I feel bad when he’s carrying so much on his back and still smiling as nothing affects him yet I still despise him for rejecting Rem! *sad noises again* It’s not like we could force him to be with someone he wasn’t happy with.
Anyways, he does his best to protect Emilia! Imagine dying again and again, I can’t even think of dying once. It gives me chills. However, the sad truth is that everybody has to die. So, what’re you waiting for? Go watch Re: Zero or else God won’t accept you!
