D.Gray Man Filler Episodes
Episode 14: The Leaf of Revival
This episode is the 14th episode of D. Gray Man, entitled “The Leaf of Revival”. The story begins when Lero and some of Noah’s family plot to retrieve a part of Innocence, a father and daughter go out into a blizzard in a quest to search for something. It’s a good father-and-daughter relationship for them though.
Meanwhile, Buzz approaches Allen in Black Order’s dining hall and informs him that he must visit Komui in order to acquire a new task.
In the office of Komui, Kanda is there, and they’re both given information on a community that is suffering from odd, harsh weather. Allen and Kanda are sent to look into the matter since they believe Innocence is at the center of it. Bookman, in particular, is excited to witness “Destroyer of Time” take action when it comes time for them to go.
Episode 15: Beyond the Snowstorm
The next one on our filler list is entitled “Beyond the Snowstorm”. When Lenalee returns to the headquarters, she finds Komui sitting beside her bed, bringing back memories of when he initially entered the Order. After a short while, she discovers that Allen has moved on to a new job.
When he wakes up and realizes he’s being put on Lavi’s back, he is ready to get up and walk. Allen was cared for very well as they made it through the storm and arrived at their rural cottage. Allen questions Kanda about Michael’s whereabouts, Kanda informs him he doesn’t know when he castigates him for failing to beat the Akuma.
Episode 16: Millennium Swordsman
The next filler we have is entitled “Millennium Swordsman”. You might be wondering why it is entitled Millennium Swordsman. Well, I can give you a slight background about it.
It all began when the King was a young man in Rome. One thousand years ago, he had a lovely daughter called Sandra. As a result of her beauty, men from all over the globe came forward to beg her to marry them. Victorio, the swordsman of Sandra’s family, ultimately convinced her that she would just marry the strongest guy in the world.
Allen learns from Komui at Black Order that they haven’t communicated with Kanda, who’s on duty in Rome, for a whole week. Komui chooses to send Allen to the region because there’s Akuma there.
Allen is astonished to see Lenalee board the boat as he leaves. He recognizes right away that she’s still enraged over the road fight. To Lenalee, Allen apologizes profusely for assuming everything was down to him just because of his capacity to view the soul of Akuma.
Episode 17: Pride of the Swordsmen
The next filler episode is the 17th episode of D.Gray Man. It began in the midst of the fight between Victorio and Kanda, Allen comes to Kanda’s aid but finds it difficult to live. Lenalee cares for Kanda while Victorio approaches his next opponent.
Pedro reveals to Allen the sword of Victorio has enslaved him, despite the fact that Allen’s left arm has been gravely hurt. The Innocence has seized possession of Victorio’s body and spirit, and he is no longer able to manage it with his own will. Rather, it is also the Innocence itself that has taken control of him. It’s impossible for him to get up even though he knows Allen has no chance against Victorio.
When Lenalee tries to aid Allen, Victorio knocks her down immediately. Victorio then proceeds to attack Allen one more time. However, Claudia comes and urges him to halt at that time. With her astonishing presence, Allen inquires as to why she’s here, but she merely informs him to pass along the information that she won’t be returning home.
Episode 18: Lenalee’s Love
For this next filler, this is entitled “Lenalee’s Love”. It begins with Komui, what Jake and Lenalee are discussing when the two of them are seen conversing. Yet, as Lenalee doesn’t really respond, he grows suspicious. While Komui is pleading with his sister to not go into town, Allen and Lavi hear him.
Lenalee is capable of taking care of herself, so Reever pulls Komui off to aid them with their task when Lavi assures him of this. Although Russell is having the day off and going to town, Komui’s suspicions surge even more. Komui dashes out of the room after escaping from Reever’s clutch.
They return to Komui’s office later, only to find him missing entirely. Johnny tells them that Komlin has indeed been retrieved from the storage room, to their dismay. When Russell and Lenalee’s apparent connection is brought to the attention of Komui and Komlin, Komui is disturbed.
While in town, Akuma is dejected since he has yet to slay a single person. He then transforms into a gorgeous young guy and prepares to murder the exorcist whose photograph he got to obtain using his metamorphosis abilities. It’s a snapshot of Lenalee.
Episode 25: The General’s Chains
This next filler is the 25th episode of D.Gray Man. The episode entitled “The General’s Chains”. The story begins when Krory consumes noodles for the very first time, he screams and clutches his sore throat because of the wasabi accompanying them.
After hearing the ruckus, Allen rushes in and chastises Kanda for not instructing Krory how to properly eat it. Lavi, on the other hand, relays the news as Komui is preparing to offer Allen a job of his own, and Kanda just goes since he has a task in Denmark.
Deliver a parcel to General Yeegar. Despite the fact that this is outside of the normal scope of an Exorcist’s responsibilities, Allen seems to be more worried with whether General Yeegar is similar to General Cross than anything else. Yeegar is indeed a stickler for appropriate protocol and Komui tells him to bone up through his own before seeing him.
Episode 27: My Mentor, General Cross
The next episode that you can skip in watching D.Gray Man is episode 27, entitled “My Mentor, General Cross”. It all began when Generals were being targeted by the Earl, thus protection squads were sent. Komui sends Lenalee and Allen to Cross’ squad, and that they are entrusted with locating him, as he hasn’t been in communication with the Order in years.
As time passes, we find Lenalee and Allen boarding a ship bound for Liverpool, England. One of Cross’ benefactors, whom Allen feels may know wherever his master was gone, has urged him to go there. Allen remembers General Yeegar fondly, praising him for being a kind guy. For some reason he had assumed that all generals are mean-spirited and greedy because of his experiences with his master, a general, who treated him with respect.
To put it mildly, Lenalee thinks that General Cross was a difficult cookie with Allen. Lenalee lifts him up and asks if he’s okay as he acknowledges feeling unwell. It makes Allen angry that he’s the one tasked with tracking down Cross. Lenalee claims it’s because he’s Cross’s protege. When Allen arrives, Komui informs them that they have a better chance of locating the missing general that now Allen is present, and we show Komui giving them a briefing on their mission.
When Allen asks Lenalee whether she’s met Allen’s master before, she confirms that she has. So, if they are going to locate Cross, he tells her, she better get to know her master’s character first. So starts Allen’s journey as he learns the ways of his teacher.

She discovers that the town’s Akuma population has risen since the hospital was refurbished six months ago.
The majority of the patients are terminally sick, which is why the director always treats them. As she inquires about how the hospital could fund such a large enlargement while providing free treatment to these patients, she finds that the director personally funded it. Lenalee comes to the realization that the director serves as a conduit for the Millennium Earl’s possessions.
Lenny will continue living in her heart, Riza insists, despite the director’s attempts to urge her to bring Robert back. Once they had fallen in love, the director discloses that he poisoned the young woman to exchange her soul for the Millennium Earl’s. Taking the director by surprise, Mother warns Lenalee and Allen that the one who transforms people into Akuma also manipulates and enslaves them.

For a normal person, Miranda is known to be used by the law enforcers before taking a person into custody. But, in this anime, Miranda is a character on D.Gray Man. As a replacement for their deceased town witch, they elected Angela’s sister as the new one.
It took 10 days for Angela’s ailing sister to go from a comatose state to death in a very cold shed. To ensure their eternal love, she agreed to merge their souls with Earl a day after she discovered her. Akumas have taken over Kanda’s community, and she is determined to put an end to this.
