Ajin: Demi Humans is an anime based on manga written and illustrated by Gamon Sakurai. The story revolves around a highschool kid who aspires to be a Doctor someday, but his life changes when he discovers he becomes an Ajin.
Ajins are Demi Humans who cannot die, in other words Ajins are Immortal Beings.

ALL Ajin Arcs
Ajin arc
Kei Nagai, a school student, discovers that he’s an Ajin, after he gets involved In an accident. Ajins, basically immortal humans who can’t die, were first discovered 17 years ago in Africa. It was a military personnel that the locals called “Soldier of God”.
It turned out to be the biggest find of humanity. U.S. Forces seized the soldier and proved that it was true. Later, the Ajins were discovered all over the world, there were 46 in total including two in Japan.
Escape Arc
Kei Nagai was on the run, after discovering that he was an Ajin, as he didn’t want to get captured and become a Laboratory rat. His childhood friend, Kaito, helps him in escaping from the police and after a long time, they manage to escape and finally are safe and sound.
Mr. Satou along with Koji Tanaka (one of the two Ajins in Japan) contacts Nagai. Nagai is on the way to rendezvous with Satou on his own leaving behind Kaito, where he was captured by the Police.
Nagai was subjected to inhumane experiments at Grand Pharmaceuticals. Satou rescues Nagai from there, However, Nagai still was against the assassination of the Doctors due to which he ends up fighting Satou with his Ghost/IBM.
IBM, invisible black matter, a.k.a black ghost, is a Supernatural Phenomenon in which Ajins can summon Black ghosts which can only be seen by other Ajins. Nagai saves the Doctors and in return, one of the Doctors helps Nagai in escaping, and Nagai feeds to an island.
Satou reveals his identity to the press revealing his true identity as an Ajin and appeals to the general public to protest against the injustice, in disguise, he was actually leering Ajins to join him.
On the other hand, Yuu Tosaki, the investigation incharge of the following case, kidnaps Ogura. Ogura, a scientist and a researcher, From the US, who is Japanese by origin.
Tosaki faked Ogura’s Death and held him captive with him because of the amount of knowledge Ogura had was needed for investigation.
Village Arc
Nagai is in a village where he meets an old lady named Yamanaka, whose grandson lives abroad., Mrs. Yamanaka gave Nagai shelter in her home, and he started living with her as her grandson in disguise.
Soon Kō Nakano, who just escaped from Mr. Satou, approaches Nagai with hope that he’d help him stop Mr. Satou. However, Nagai had no other desires other than living a quiet life, and he holds him captive in an abandoned truck, with regular supplies of food and some magazines to kill boredom.
Meanwhile, Mr. Satou bombed the whole building of Grand Pharmaceuticals, and defeats the strongest armed force in the nation, Metropolitan Police Assault Team, in a hand to hand battle.
Some of the villagers were quite suspicious of Nagai being Mrs. Yamanaka’s Grandson., Soon Mr. Kita, a villager, discovers via news that Nagai is an Aajin, therefore he informs the police.
Police come to capture Nagai, Nagai along with Nakano anyhow escapes., Mr. Tosaki estimated that he could only summon his IBM once, however, he was able to summon his IBM thrice in row, and finally escaped along with Nakano.
Kei Nagai manages to escape from the police anyhow but then he comes across Mr. Satou. A fellow Ajin with who plans to take over the whole nation with his wicked plans. Nagai didn’t like Satou’s way and ended up alone in a village where he was at peace until one of the villagers, Mr. Kita, informed the police about Nagai.
When police came to capture Nagai, Nagai completely outplayed them and managed to escape again.
On the other hand Satou has already started his terrorist way of doing things, playing around with the Government. Nagai along with Nakano finally decides to stop him, so that the other Ajins won’t suffer because of Satou’s doings.
