Speedsters… What can I say about them, except that they’re fast, of course. They are an unusual bunch, the thing is their speed doesn’t just make them super fast, it also makes them super strong. Just imagine hitting someone at the speed of light, that’s instant death guaranteed.

Table of Contents

We have a nice load of speedsters in the anime universe and yet each of them is kind of unique, special in his own way.

Wanna know who I’m talking about?  Yeah, you do, so let’s get right to it!

Teleportation is such a cool ability. You could pull off the best pranks ever thanks to it. Unfortunately, instead of entertaining us as he should, Ryo prefers to use his power to fight evil spirits and stuff like that. Boring!

Paired with his heightened perception, Ryo can predict and counter every attack in a flash. Super fast and super strong, his Kakkoii skills make up for his no-eyes blend face.

I know that teleportation isn’t exactly the power of a speedster, however, I’m making an exception for this one since the way he uses it in a fight makes him look like one.

This stunning Shinigami is known in the series as the Flash Goddess! What got her that title was her mastery of Shunpo, a special technique used by the Grim Reapers to travel long distances in an instant.

In combat, she outmatches all her opponents by far thanks to her extraordinary speed mixed with the huge power that she possesses.

At the beginning of the series, Ichigo Kurosaki  trained under her. In a way, it’s because of her knowledge and teachings that he became the OP character that he is today. He got so good that you’ll even get to hear from him in this very list.

Yuuki AKA Code: 03 is a character that can manipulate and control sound. Using that ability, he can run at the speed of sound! That’s 343 meters per second! Of course, that’s not all he can do; however, we don’t really care about the rest here, right?

Although being a bit childish, okay, not a bit, extremely childish, he attained such a high position in the organization because of the amazing result she attained.

Very efficient, he can incapacitate multiple enemies all by himself, without breaking a sweat, AND in a matter of seconds.

Who cares if he is in love with a giant cat mascot when he can do all that?

Our favorite hedgehog is back! When talking about a speedster, there is no way we could leave this iconic character behind, although he has been outclassed over the years.

Might it be from the game or the series, there is not one kid on this planet who doesn’t know who that furry blue speedball is and how amazing he is.

His fight against Dr. Robotnic and all the adventures he went on, the unexpected mysteries of his origins have been with us throughout our childhood, and yet, even today, the hyper animal has not been forgotten.

Movies, where he starts as the hero, are popping up left and right however, there are real people acting in it so they must suck.

Sure, Shinra started off in the series with a cool nickname and a dark exciting background story, however, that’s all there was to the Devil’s Footprint.

He was just an average kid with a lot of ambitions. However, it was only when he unlocked the power dormant in him, that he learned to use his ability to the fullest that he deserved a place on this list.

Igniting the bottom of his feet with fire, the boy literally turned into a rocket man and even gained the power to fly.

There is something even cooler about that, but I’d rather not give you such a major spoiler, so go watch the series. It’s as good if not better than people say.

Ichigo is our MC, dah he has to be the most powerful in the series. Not only was he trained by some of the greatest Shinigamis such as Yoruichi and Urahara, but his Bankai also allows him to tap beyond the physical limits of his body.

Not only does his power multiply, but it also becomes almost impossible to see him move when he goes all out.

With each powerup, his speed doubles, and now he is considered one of the fastest characters ever written and not just in Bleach but in the entire anime universe.

Killua was already super fast, super strong, and super stylish, I liked to point it out even if it’s irrelevant here, at the beginning of the series.

However, after he unlocked the power of Nen, he became incomparable to the fighter he was before. Transmuting his Nen into electricity he acquired an ability called Gods Speed.

As the name suggests he became unbelievably fast, frighteningly so. The most dangerous hunters and Nen users couldn’t keep up with him anymore.

He literally transformed into a speedster in one go and his ability doesn’t just make him fast, it can do a bunch of other kakkoii stuff.

First of all, let me just point out one little thing. There is no way a ninja family that respects itself called their son, yup he is a guy, Sonic. I bet it’s some nickname he got after a mission or something.

Anyway, in the series, he is renowned for his incredible speed and immense reflexes. He is on par with Genos, an enhanced robot that defies the boundaries of common logic.

A really dangerous skill in the hands of a ruthless assassin that can kill you before you know it and stealthily to boot.

Of course, he is not the only one who can do it; however, he is the best at it. Even in their finest condition, any moron that tries to overwhelm him using speed will end up crushed, or somewhere no one will ever find him.

Also, after this little guy started copying the way elf uses mana this ability of his upgraded. Let’s see if someone will ever be able to give him a run for his money.

You know that in My Hero Academia, all characters have Quirks, well, almost all characters, the MC doesn’t.

Tenya Iida Quirk manifested as small boosters that you can see on the back of his feats. You can compare them to the turbos that you use in car racing.

Every time he activates them, he just disappears from your sign as if he was never here, to begin with.

If Shoto wasn’t as crafty as he was, Tenya would’ve been the one winning their fight. He gave him a lot of trouble.

He acts like a pervert; pretends he is a weak useless coward when in fact he is a killing machine who cannot restrain his bloodlust when his switch is on.

I dare you to try stopping him when he starts rampaging. It’s impossible to even follow his movement with eyes.

Thanks to his good speed, his power, reflexes, dexterity, and every other physical ability surpassed the limits of the human body.

Don’t make an enemy out on him, you will never, ever be able to outrun him, hide from him, if he is angry, you are as good as dead.

Sonic might have declared himself Saitama’s eternal rival but let’s get real, he is nothing but a small fry to him.

He defeated him at lightning speed and in the most hilarious of ways. I think he wants to get rid of his family jewels for some reason.

He is a character that is said to be able to surpass the all-powerful Saiyan, Goku, which means that his physical abilities are off the charts.

A hundred push-ups, a hundred pull-ups, a hundred sit-ups, and a 10 km run every day, that’s all it took, I think it’s time we hit the gym as well guys, this regiment is not impossible to do.

In the universe of this anime, some humans possess supernatural powers. Some can fly, others can turn invisible, one of them can steal the powers of other gifted and Jojiro turned out Flash-like fast.

One problem, he kind of sucks at controlling his speed so he, most of the time, ends up gravely hurt after crashing into something at light speed.

Really, it’s a miracle he is not dead yet, there shouldn’t be a single drop of blood left in his body after all he went through, but that’s the beauty of anime, no logic at all.

Nice, the MC of Hamatora, is what we call in that series a “Minimum Holder”, a human that possesses some kind of special ability, a gift that allows him to perform miracles.

Well, as you expect Nice’s gift is speed. He uses it in the name of justice. Working as a detective, he will take on any job as long as it helps someone in need even if that means staying forever poor.

Extremely kind, very intelligent and crafty, a bit naïve but it’s cute out speedster her is a very unique hero, an interesting hero.

For those who haven’t watched Hamatora yet, I think it would be a good idea to get to it. I guarantee you’ll like it.

Minato was the Hidden Leaf Village Fourth Hokage. That in itself is proof of his power. However, in the Shinobi world, he was more commonly known as Konoha’s Yellow Flash.

The technique that he uses can be compared to teleportation. He can move in an instant to the location marked by his seal.

Thanks to this special ability he became renowned as one of the most powerful ninjas that ever existed.

His name enters history just like legendary figures such as Hashirama Senju and Madara. Oh, and you probably know that but he’s also our MCs father.

While Minato is one of the most powerful Shinobi that ever lived, Naruto is officially THE most powerful one.

He surpassed all his predecessors, all his Senseis, took all their best techniques, and all their best qualities made them his own. He tamed the Nine-Tails, more likely became his friend and acquired an almost endless pool of chakra.

Let’s not forget that he is talented and stubborn. He never gives up when he puts his mind to something.

Currently, in Boruto, he is the fastest ninja alive. I think only Sasuke is able to keep up with him by coating his body with lightning.

Zenitsu is a Demon Slayer. He uses a technique called the Thunder Breathing technique; a power that lets him tap into the power of lighting.

However, Zenitsu is a coward, a useless fighter scared of his own shadow, but that’s only when he is awake.

When he is in danger, as a defense mechanism, his body goes to sleep. Now rid of impairing emotion, his body moves on his own using his enhanced hearing to locate and battle the enemies as if his eyes were open.

I still haven’t made up my mind about this. Is it cool or just pathetic?

Why did they accept that ridiculous demand? That’s because they didn’t have a choice. The government is powerless in front of that creature that defies all logic.

Kore Sensei can travel up to the speed of Mach 20. He can catch flying rockets with his bare hands, build an athletic court in like 30 seconds, and create after-images of him that act independently. The government is way above their heads here.

He is currently borrowing the power of the Pika Pika no Mi, a devil fruit of the Logia type that allows him to make, use, and turn his body into light.

That actually means that he can travel at the speed of light, that’s 299,792,458 meters per second (approximately 300000 km/s or 186000 mi/s).

Might I remind you that he was about to wipe out the entire Straw Hat crew if Kuma didn’t save them by literally catapulting them into different parts of the world?

Whis doesn’t really look or act like a blessed one, however, that doesn’t change the fact that he is the Angel Attendant of Beerus, the Good of Destruction of Universe 7.

He is a martial arts master who is currently training or more like humiliating Goku and Vegeta, the two most powerful Saiyans in all the universes simultaneously.

Like Goku he already mastered the amazing transformation known as Ultra Instinct long ago, he can teleport and has a huge list of powers and abilities that makes him kind of OP.

Thing is, I also believe that he is stronger than Beerus himself just like people believe that his father is actually stronger than Zeno.

Anyway, we aren’t here for theories. You all know how fast Goku and Vegeta are, well, in his eyes, they move in slow motion. That should be enough proof of his greatness.
