Chainsaw Man is an action-comedy anime with a diverse and dark plot. After Chainsaw Man finished its very first part of the manga in 2020, it finally got an anime adaptation in 2022 by Studio MAPPA and took over the world by storm! Fans were excited to see their favorite characters on the screen and learn about them!

As an ISTJ, Aki is known to be loyal with much integrity, never breaking any kind of promise!
Despite his stoic self, he highly cares for his friends and is always out to help them. He’s quite compassionate and isn’t afraid to express himself! Kobeni gets overwhelmed by her own anxieties and reacts in unexpected ways. When she’s in a very dangerous situation, she won’t hesitate to sacrifice others for her sake!
However, despite all that, Kobeni is known to be a skillful fighter and once she has control over her fears, she’ll definitely become unstoppable! ISTJs are known to be perfectionists who strive to prove their worth but in the end, fall prey to their own fears. ISTJs live up to their title of being the “defenders” and thus prove themselves to be useful allies.
Quanxi – ISTP (Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Perceiving)
Quanxi is known to be one of the most respectable devil hunters from China who’s also called “The First Devil Hunter.” She often keeps a group of four devils around her who are always throwing themselves on her but she stays unexpressive and stoic! Although she’s a devil hunter, she speaks for the fiends and believes that they deserve the same respect and rights as humans. Thus, she refuses to attack them! ISTPs are believed to have a unique point of view about the world and express themselves in a unique way as well! They also aren’t afraid of getting their hands dirty like Quanxi isn’t! And can also be known as the “ruthless warriors”.
Angel Devil – INTP (Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Perceiving)
Angel Devil is a half-devil and a half-angel, how interesting is that? Angel highly believes that he’s a devil and he’s also able to exist alongside humans. But he believes that humans should die a painful death but as the story progresses, he actually becomes quite compassionate towards humans.
INTPs are often known to get lost in their own worlds and might come off as daydreamers who are unable to shut down their minds. That’s why they’re very creative!
Himeno – ENTP (Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Perceiving)
Himeno is also one of the most interesting characters in Chainsaw Man who loves Aki with all her heart. She’s a motherly character as seen in the series though she might goof around quite often! She’s always in a cheerful mood and won’t let others get sad beside her.
Himeno is known to be a ruthless fighter who takes pride in being a devil hunter. She’s the type of person who’d involve herself in risky situations since she’s quite empathetic. Himeno takes on challenges very well and tackles them in the perfect ways as well!
Makima – INTJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging)
Makima is one of the main characters and main antagonist in Chainsaw Man who’s highly smart. She’s known to be one of the most powerful characters in Chainsaw Man and is the girl crush of many anime fans all around the world. Her fierce nature makes her stand out in the anime and her dominating personality is just beyond words! INTJs are known for their excellent judging skills and for perceiving the world accurately.
