It is a heartbreaking story based on the true realities of a society where people are straightforward and don’t consider other people’s emotions. Lookism Plot
Lookism tells us the story of an “ugly boy” named Park Hyeong Seok who often gets bullied for being ugly and gets looked down upon by his school-fellows all the time. Since he gets bullied by the delinquents all the time, he often takes out his anger on his mother who still supports her. But one day, he gets transferred to another school where he starts off his new life as a new person. But little did he know that he would bump into a delinquent’s friend (again, sadly). He apologizes to the girl but the “guy friend” gets triggered and misunderstands Hyeong Seok’s smirk as an insult. So, he gets punched… hard.
A few nights before he actually starts going to the new school, he finds out that he’s inside a tall and handsome body! It was of course good news for him as he wanted to start fresh and now that he’s handsome, he will do everything that he has ever dreamt of!
As for the phenomenon of living inside two bodies, it’s just that one body sleeps when his soul is inside the other body and vice versa. After going to the new school with a new face, Park Hyeong Seok starts living his life to the fullest and gets popular on the very first day!

Season 2 Release Date – What Can We Expect From It?
Season 2 of Lookism is said to be released in Fall 2023 and it will be seen on Netflix once again with eight episodes! As for the story, Park Deok Hwa and Hyeong Seok won the competition show at the School’s celebration in the finale of the Lookism anime, and it was all thanks to their excellent performance.
Since Hyeong Seok is quite skilled and gorgeous, he gets an offer from the music producer who comes across the fact that Hyeong Seok declined the offer of Deok Hwa for the job. However, Choi Su Jeong is revealed for the very first time and the fact that he has two body phenomena like Hyeong Seok is also shown. So, are there more people living like Hyeong Seok? This will be continued after the 28th chapter in the original manhwa and will be shown to the viewers in the very next season of Lookism! So, make sure to stay tuned for more!
