For those of you who don’t know, Love Live! Superstar!! is about a bunch of aspiring school idols who want to open a school idol club at their school. However, the daughter of the school director is not really fond of the idea. She allows them to create the club but only on one condition; they must win the Yoyogi School Idol Festival. One of them is Kanon who wants to pursue singing as her career but her stage fright is in her way. As the girls work hard for their new school idol club, they come across new people and new challenges. Will the young girls be able to reach their goal of becoming talented idols?

Kanon Shibuya

Kanon Shibuya is a very shy girl who is not good at communicating her feelings with others. She absolutely loves singing but is afraid to sing in front of a huge crowd. She feels like she doesn’t really have a special talent other than singing and she wants to use that to cheer people up. Kanon loves fancy and colorful clothes, but is afraid to become the center of attention. That’s why she avoids wearing them. Overall, Kanon is a very friendly, kind and optimistic person who loves to help her friends out whenever they need them.

Keke Tang

Keke is a very fun-loving person who always sees the best in others. She’s also a passionate girl who is dedicated to becoming a great idol. The best thing about Keke is that she does not give up ever! Her mother always advise her to eat sweets if she ever feels down and she strongly believes in her mother’s advice. She’s also helpful towards her friends and cheers them up with sweets.

Chisato Arashi

Chisato is a very sweet and energetic girl who loves dancing. She appears to be very friendly but according to others, she gets very scary when angered or irritated. She loves making new friends and is obsessed with shopping with her friends. Out of all the members of the group, she’s the one who’s the most well-aware of the current affairs going on at school. She used to be bullied in school for being too soft but was always protected by Konan.

Sumire Heanna

As Sumire used to work in the entertainment industry as a child, she has some experience with the idol stuff. She thinks that people are already aware of her popularity and feel like she doesn’t need to introduce herself anymore. Sumire is also a shrine maiden so she balances her life as a school idol and a shrine maiden. She tells Konan that she should not ask the god to help her become a school idol and tells her to work hard in order to make her wish come true. Though she appears to be very confident, she’s a little insecure about herself which always pushes her to do her best.

Ren Hazuki

Ren is a very gentle and polite girl who prefers speaking to others in a formal tone. She can’t really talk to anyone in a casual manner no matter what. She’s the kind of girl who stayed away from all kinds of social media ever since she was a child so she has difficulty doing anything in front of the camera. Ren is a very disciplined girl who carries out her duties perfectly. She’s also a very hard worker and pushes herself to do better in order to become one of the greatest idols.

Kinako Sakurakoji

Kinako is a cheerful girl who is not really an energetic person because she sucks at playing sports. Other than that, her grades are not very high and is an average student as well. One of her special talents is that she gets along really well with animals. She can also tell how they’re feeling which is such a strange but special talent.

Mei Yoneme

Mei is a very shy and reserved girl who doesn’t want any kind of attention directed towards her. She’s aware of the things people talk about her behind her back and she gets very hurt because of it. As Mei was a huge fan of Liella, she decided to join the group. She doesn’t really talk about school idols in front of anyone because she finds it quite embarrassing. Overall, Mei is a very sweet and good-natured girl.

Shiki Wakana

Shiki and Mei have known each other ever since they were children and both of them are quite similar in a lot of ways. Shiki is a calm and composed individual who likes to stay away from the crowd. She doesn’t really show her emotions much and rarely smiles. Shiki might appear to be cold but she’s really just shy and not fond of too many people.

Natsumi Onitsuka

Natsumi used to be an L-Tuber before she joined the school’s idol group. She’s obsessed with having more followers and earning more money and for that, she works really hard. She even works a part-time job in order to earn more money. Overall, Natsumi is a kind and helpful individual who is always there for her friends and loved ones.
