In recent chapter we saw that Ishiki is dead, and momoshiki finally makes his move by stabbing Sasuke in eye with Kunai.
In upcoming events, momoshiki and boruto will fight internally, and momoshiki might be defeated because of Jougan.
As a result he leaves boruto and make kawaki his new vessel.

Why did Sasuke not tell Sarada about the MAngekyo Sharingan?
Sarada is mature for her age as compared to other children of the same age. If Sasuke told her the truth, that, Uchiha’s can reach Mangekyo Sharingan if they suffer from loss of a loved one.
