Synopsis

Baki Hanma or also known as Hanma Baki: Son Of Ogre is an ONA that was released on Netflix on September 30, 2021, during Fall 2021. It was released as a package series, meaning that the entire season was released in one go instead of the usual route which is 1 episode per week. The show can be officially called the 4th Season of the Baki Anime Series. It has a total of 12 episodes with each episode lasting for roughly 24 minutes.

Baki Hanma follows the story of well…Baki Hanma. Baki Hanma’s goal in life is to surpass his father, Yuujirou Hanma, who is one of the strongest fighters in the entire world. In this season, he will finally face off against his father but will he come out victorious?

In this season, we will finally see how Baki improved through his journey as a fighter and martial artist. He entered prisons, fought giants, and went through some messed-up stuff. No human being should do that. So don’t go fighting death row inmates. You’ll go to heaven before they do. Yuujirou Hanma is also called Ogre which compliments his monstrous fighting strength and size. That is who Baki is up against.

One thing to note about Baki: Son of Ogre is that there’s a Praying Mantis in the poster. I don’t know what happened but maybe Baki will be sparring against Machamp next. If imaginary sparring partners don’t hype you up, then get ready because there are characters that literally form a group named Mouth. Mouth was formed by the siblings, Lips, Teeth, and Tongue. Yes…I am not joking!

So strap up and get ready for the muscles, the fights, the blood, and most of all, A WHOLE LOT OF TESTOSTERONE! Will Baki finally win against his father? Will he finally lose his neck because of those muscles? Where is the Rock? And for the most important question of all…CAN HE BEAT GOKU!?
