The story moves around a boy named ‘Bojji’ who was the firstborn son of the Great king and fearsome warrior, ‘Boss’. He also desires to be King one day. (Huh, sounds a lot like Naruto). He is the true one who will sit on the throne. However, his people whisper about Bojji behind his back like ‘He is a good for nothing prince,’ ‘He is not going to be king’ and everyone wants his step-sibling, Daida, to become king. This is because Bojji is not that strong, is deaf, and sometimes even dumb.

Apis is a loyal warrior who unwaveringly follows orders. His main weapon is a spear, and he is really good at it, that’s why everyone calls him the King’s Spear. He’s one of the few people who treats Bojji really well.

Boss is a literal giant king. His rank is 7th in the king’s ranking. He wants Bojji to be king. (A weird thing happens later Satan suddenly showed up and start laughing at Bojji )

He was Daida’s swordsmanship instructor and unlike Dormas, he was loyal to him. He was also known as, “Snake Master.”

Daida
Daida is the evil half-brother of Bojji who wants to be a king. He is very skilled in combat considering his age. His mentor is Bebin. That snake guy who also helped him sabotage Bojji’s progress. He has a creepy magic mirror that manipulates him. His ranking is 90th in the king’s ranking. (He is kinda like Joffrey from Game of Thrones)

Kage
Kage is a member of a shadow clan (shadow clan is known for its ways of the assassins), who was nearly annihilated. His mother sacrificed herself to save Kage. Kage was living a very painful life, and then he meets Bojji through traveling.

Dormas
Dormas is Bojji’s swordsmanship trainer. He likes Bojji and pities him as a kid but as a warrior, he wishes he could have trained someone stronger than Bojji (he also does not refuse to train Bojji coz king ‘Boss’ himself asked him). He is also a hypocrite towards Bojji like when Daida and Bojji were fighting and Bojji expertly dodges Daida’s sword. Then Domas is quick to disparage him and says ‘not fighting as king’ knowing he can’t handle it already.

He is a sweet deaf boy who wants to be king one day. Despite being a child, he is actually a teenager. He just looks like a kid because of his sickness. However, he still has the personality of a child.

Jiling
She is the stepmother of Bojji. At first, I thought she was the typical stepmother who only cares about her own son, but she proved me wrong. She acts so cold in public to keep him safe from a world that would kill him given the chance (I mean, even Satan laughed at him, EP 2).
That’s why she protects Bojji as much as she can and heals his injuries. She doesn’t accept Bojji as a king not because she hates him, but because she’s worried about the kingdom as a whole (I have a little doubt the king is a literal giant, and she was a normal woman so how Daida was born anyway. It is a fantasy anime, so I guess anything can happen).
