At first glance, the viewer may assume that this series is yet another Harem Anime featuring a bunch of women around the main character, but that’s not the case here.
The females in question aren’t “human” at all but rather a diverse group of creatures inspired by mythologies from various cultures. Obvious innuendos aside, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the depth and quality of storytelling that this anime has to offer. It’s amazing!
The series depicts Kimihito, a human who is incredibly selfless, very good at cooking, and has no faults whatsoever. His past on the other hand, offers more insight into his overall demeanor and incredible resilience. Kimihito is a home-stay for several non-human females mentioned above, their antics are the major theme of the show.
The show may belong to the comedy genre yet it doesn’t fail to portray complex themes such as discrimination among the species, prejudice against non-humans, and the integration of said species into Human Society.

Our Main Character is a gamer who quite literally wakes up in the world of a fantasy MMORPG that he plays. The show however, is well aware of its absurdity which makes it all the more fun to watch.
How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord is an almost perfect portrayal of how a gamer would behave in a fantasy world. This makes the story feel more genuine despite the setting being out of the realm of possibility.

Oosawa Maria and her partner Mino are saved by an old friend named Canaan when they are battling a couple of strangers. The plot thickens when there’s a deadly virus on the loose and our heroes are the only one that can stop it.
I’m sorry to disappoint you but this is not like THOSE anime. Canaan is similar to World’s End Harem in the deadly virus part only. But I must say that if you do give it a try, it won’t be disappointing. Especially if you need a break between the those kinds of content.
The action and music are very satisfying and the animation is adequate.

Our MC is murdered by his date and he’s revived by another good-looking girl. Much like the rest of the shows in this list, High School DxD doesn’t shy away from over-the-top scenes.The art is not remarkable but it does the job.

In case you were wondering, yes this is those kinds of series. Keita’s new stepsisters try to tease the poor guy and get this, their parents approve. The animation and design are very good for the purposes they are used for.
Overall I think you will be “entertained” by this one.

The High School’s Headmaster gives him the scholarship, under the condition that he tutors the girls that I just mentioned above on their weakest subjects. Thus, a broke high school student gets his group.

This one’s very similar to We Never Learn!. 5 twins aren’t as academically inclined as their father would wish them to be, to say the least. So he hires our Main Character, Fuutarou Uesugi, to tutor them and they all obviously fall in love with him. As creepy as it sounds, you’ll find yourself rooting for your favorite sister to win his heart. It’s quite entertaining, to be honest.
Under Fuutarou Usugi’s guidance, their grades gradually improved. As the story progresses, Fuutarou starts helping them with their personal problems as well as their studies. The animation and audio are generic, to say the least.

Nagi takes him in and Hayate becomes the butler in her mansion. And as the natural flow unfolds, Hayate gets himself a group who (through no fault of his own) falls for him. One of the things that I like about Hayate is that he’s not good for nothing and can fight.
The animation quality is pretty good, especially for a comedy genre. The music can be repetitive but is upbeat.

Shinichi (along with his group) must overcome many struggles and accomplish the noble task of spreading the otaku culture.

Most people simply die, or develop a stutter, or can’t walk for the rest of their lives when they’re struck by lightning, but not our protagonist. Touya Mochizuki is accidentally struck by lightning (does this mean others are struck by lightning on purpose? Your guess is as good as mine.).
As an apology, God offers Touya a chance to live again in a magical fantasy world. Touya is not an idiot, hence he accepts the offer. On top of this, he is also offered a wish, he asks only for his smartphone (I was wrong, he is an idiot). If it were me I’d ask for a really powerful sword or the ability to fly but I guess I’ll need to get struck by lightning to get it.
Touya finds himself in a world brimming with magic and of course, the only thing he’s good at is attracting cute girls. (Did I mention he has God’s phone number?)

In 2021, there’s a virus on the loose (no, not the one whose name starts with “c”), its name is “Gastrea”. While it may sound like a virus that causes indigestion or diarrhea, what it does is slightly worse; it turns people into monsters.
Mankind is forced into living inside monolith walls (never heard that one before). These walls are made of varanium which is the only material that hurts this virus. However, if you think this belongs to the serious post-apocalyptic seinen genre then you’re mistaken. It might not be your typical anime in the genre, but it is.
The character design and sound are bland, to say the least, but the premise is intriguing for the genre.
