POWERS OF EACH SWORDS IN KIMETSU NO YAIBA!
What Swords Do Demon Slayers Use?

Demon Slayers don’t just use ordinary, run of the mill swords, they use a Nichirin sword. This sword is specifically used by our protagonists and other slayers to destroy the demons they will face.
The swords are made from Scarlet Crimson Iron Sand and Scarlet Ore, which both are found in Sunlight Mountain. These materials absorb the sunlight, making them capable of permanently severing a demon’s body, specifically, their neck bones.
Another distinctive quality this sword has is its color changes whenever it is drawn by its owner. It also depends on the skills its users have. So if the owner of the Nichirin Blade doesn’t meet the amount of skills needed, it will not change colors. (Demon Slayer, Episode 4)
