What if you can achieve your dream by climbing and working hard to reach the top of the Tower of God? Literally, but it could still be metaphorically. We have dreams and desires, and it will be difficult to achieve it unless you move forward.

Tower of God is a web manhwa that has received an Anime Adaptation and was aired back in 2020. It’s a Dark Fantasy mixed with action story, created by Slave in Utero, we usually just call him SIU for short! The 13th Episode of Tower of God was a hit-success and now there’s an Official Trailer for Season 2!

EASY GUIDE FOR WATCHING AND READING TOWER OF GOD!

 

Watch Order:

The sequence of the Anime Series is just as it follows, from Episode 1 to 13. Here are the Episodes of the first Season of Tower of God!

Episode 1: Ball

This episode focuses on Bam the main character and his quest to find Rachel, the girl whom he cherishes a lot. In order to reach her, Bam must climb the tower of God. But in order to do that, he must take the first test which was given by the caretaker himself called Headon. 

 

Episode 2: 3/400

Bam passes the first test and is given access to climb to the second level of the tower. But it wouldn’t be possible if it were for the help of Princess Yuri who gave her the weapon called Black March, which catches the attention of Khun. Episode two focuses on the second test to which they are tasked to group up into three before the timer runs up.  Thus the trio of Bam, Khun, and Rak was born!

 

Episode 3: The correct Door

Test Director Hansung Yu left the two with a trick announcement which led to Rak throwing a Tantrum. Luckily Bam was there to calm him down. Twelve doors, one chance, which is the right path?

 

Episode 4: The Green April

The crown game is a bonus challenge wherein the person that stood up the most was Annak, a character who wields the Green April. She claims and sits the throne, as the goal is to steal away the crown in her head.  Will they attack now or will they wait? The group of Bam, Khun, and Rak cease for the right moment!

Episode 5: Crowns Fate

As Bam’s team successfully gains the crown, it is their turn now to defend it from being taken? But will they succeed? Especially as Bam gets distracted by a familiar looking girl. Who could it be?

 

Episode 6: Position Selection

Fate had brought them apart as it was confirmed to be Rachel. However Bam doesn’t know yet, thus she asks Khun to lie about her true identity. The next part of their adventure lies in the beginning of position selecting.

 

Episode 7: Lunch and Tag

The seventh episode of the series focuses on the test called Tag. However, it wasn’t the same old task where he fights along with his friends but instead he must face Khun in the game of Tag (Tower of God style!).

Episode 8: Khun’s Strategy

The game of Tag begins, regulars fight against each other! Will Bam be able to win against the genius strategy laid out by Khun himself?

Episode 9: The One-Horned Ogre

This episode focuses on the story of Endorsi’s past. As well as the attempt to murder Rachel in order to prevent Bam from the climbing the tower.

 

Episode 10: Beyond the Sadness

The incident caused Rachel to suffer in grave pain from wounds. Which also led to her being automatically failed. However, Khun offered help by becoming an administrator. However, it’s impossible for him and only an irregular person can take the task. Thus, Bam,who is an irregular and will do anything for Rachel, took the challenge.

 

Episode 11: Underwater Hunt (Part One)

Bam succeeded the test to become an administrator but the challenge was not over yet. He and Rachel must proceed to the final test called the underwater hunt. The challenge was simply for them to get eaten. Will they be able to complete the task?

 

Episode 12:  Underwater Hunt (Part Two)

“No matter what happens, you must never betray another person! Especially not a woman. If you betray a woman, the world’s ceiling will collapse.” This is a line that goes way back in the previous episodes, but will strike back as you watch the final part of the underwater hunt.

 

Episode 13: Tower of God

The ending of tower God will not be spoiled! If you’re interested then check it out. It’s packed with revelations and motivation. As well as if you think hope, is lost. Think again? The story has just begun!

 

Read Order:

The Tower of God webtoon is divided into 3 seasons! With Season currently on-going with Episode 133 published back on August 22. The order is simply to start from Season 1 onwards to Season 3. But if you have watched the Anime series then, I suggest you can skip to Season 2 or start from chapter 79 of Season 1.

But as a fan of the series, I suggest you read the webtoon from the start, especially if you are hooked up after watching the anime. The adaptation was great but it felt rushed, and there’s a lack of world building. But I think they did well.

Which is why I highly recommend that you guys read the webtoon after watching the Anime!

Conclusion

That sums up the Tower of God watch and read order! It’s not confusing unlike Monogatari or Fate series but rather follows the linear reading and watching experience. So, what are you waiting for? The story promises you a mix of experience, entering the world where a tower of God lies to grant people’s wishes. It has good world building, character development and interesting characters.

This may be a surprise, but my favorite character is Rachel! Anyways my times up, it’s up to you know to take my book, and read TOWER OF GOD!
