Imagine being a god yet not being recognized by the people around you. That’s right! Noragami tells us the story of a minor god seeking attention and recognition along with the human girl he saved. Yato 

Let’s start off with our MC, Yato. He’s one of the main characters in Noragami who’s an abstruse god. In his past, he was known as the God of Destruction, but now his motives are different. He wants to become a God of Fortune. 

When it comes to his personality, Yato can be a bit immature and cocky. He can sound rude or too straightforward at times. But it’s not his fault. People annoy him by not believing him and disturbing him. Despite his carefree attitude, he can be a serious person who cares about everyone around him. When the situation requires, he can defeat anyone. Mostly he’s clumsy but the interesting fact about him is that he can turn cold as well! 

If you got Yato on the quiz, you genuinely care about your loved ones and you can empathize with others too. Like Yato, you would do anything to protect the people around you. We can observe Yato’s determination by the fact that he has spent years in order to get recognition as a famous god. Thus, he’s a strong-willed individual who doesn’t give up easily. Yukine 

Yukine is also one of the main characters who’s absolutely opposite of Yato. He’s one of Yato’s many weapons. Unlike Yato, he gets along with others very well. Or should I say everyone just gets attracted to Yukine? What do you guys think? Anyways, he’s an extroverted guy with a good nature and a fresh smile on his face. 

Yukine has a strong sense of justice. He can’t bear to see people being treated unfairly. No matter how dangerous a situation is, he will try his best to stop the injustice. Sometimes he has a huge sense of pride and sometimes he becomes insecure. If you got Yukine on the quiz, you let your emotions control you, but you’re a useful individual. Hiyori Iki 

Hiyori Iki is one of the main female protagonists of the anime. She’s the human girl whom Yato saved. Yato seeks recognition after saving her. Hiyori Iki is a typical girl who’s compasionate. She can’t stand seeing anybody get hurt around her. She’s the type of girl who would take risks just in order to help you. She’s definitely one of the best anime waifus! 

If you got Hiyori Iki, you tend to put the needs of others before your own. This just doesn’t extend specifically to her loved ones but to strangers as well. Her sense of compassion for things is worth appreciating. Overall, her personality is a green flag. She would always act on whatever she said, which makes her a really honest individual. Bishamonten

When it comes to one of the finest and hottest villains of all time, Bishamonten should be at the top of the list. She’s known to be the goddess of war and warriors. Like, how cool could she possibly get? 

Even though she’s a goddess, she’s generous to her weapons, a.k.a her Shinkis. Unfortunately, she had a traumatic past with Yato, which is why whenever she sees him, she wants to destroy everything he holds dear. She was about to disown her own team member when she found out that he was with Yato. That’s how serious their hatred is for each other. 

If you got Bishamonten, you’re a generous and protective friend. You love hanging out with your friends. You don’t get along with the people who kill your vibe or seem extraordinary. So, you have to be straightforward with those people and create a boundary. 

Bishamon has this “never give up” attitude, and that’s right, she never gives up! Since she’s a goddess of fortune, she pushes herself to extreme limits. It’s true that Bishamonten is a really unique character who raised our standards in the category of “Waifus.” She’s just super cool and makes it hard for you to not like her due to her endless charms. 

Kofuku 

Kofuku is one of the supporting characters in Noragami. She’s described as an airhead and an easygoing individual. Kofuku is probably the brightest character in the anime. Her existence is just too bright! Although there are some twisted aspects of her personality that we don’t know just yet. If you got Kofuku, you’re really bright and are the life of the party. You can be unexpected at times, intimidating people around you.
