That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is a really sneaky anime. I mean I have seen the trailer and everything and frankly- I thought it was your everyday Isekai series with a less attractive MC.

Thank God my friends managed to convince me to watch it because a spectacular anime was going to split from in between my fingers.
Approximately every episode had some mind blowing event. The anime went full throttle from the very first episode making us think that it can’t get better than that while exceeding our expectations!
From the unexpected death of the main character, to becoming the chief of a village, and to finally end up as the ruler of a nation. He made it big real quick!
Let’s not forget about the time he killed 10,000 souls and turned into a Demon Lord, but he looked more like an angel to me.. Also he could bring Shion and all his fallen brethren to life, the naming ceremonies, the devious and elaborated plans that made him look like a genius.
Oh, and there is his entrance at the Walpurgis Banquet, when he completely and utterly destroyed, annihilated, humiliated, the Demon Lord Clayman. I rambled on for quite a bit and yet there are some many more additional astonishing moments and fights that I haven’t even mentioned.
Taking in consideration this bundle of WOW and craziness, I can understand that many of you aren’t super hyped at the idea of waiting another year to get a piece of the good stuff. Lucky for you, switching to the manga should be able to quench your curiosity.

Where to Start the Manga?
I don’t know if you knew that but Season 1 covered was covering the first four volumes of the manga. However, for some reason, the author ended up skipping quite a bit of content from those four volumes.
Thus, they ended up using Season 2 to catch up for what they missed to animate. The 24th episode of the second season is in a way an epilogue of the first chapter of Volume 6. So this is where you should start reading.
Conclusion
Like I said before, while animating the manga, the director’s cut some cool parts from the manga. Although they tried to make it up in season 2 there are still some missing contents.
I ended up watching and reading the series from the beginning and I can tell you one thing, the manga is so much better than the anime, so imagine how awesome it is considering how magnificent the animated bit was?! For more contents, feel free
