So, if you remember watching Dragon Ball Z where they defeated Majin Buu, you’re just like me for real. You can start watching Dragon Ball Super now. WHERE TO START READING DRAGON BALL SUPER MANGA
You can start reading Dragon Ball Super manga from chapter 42 which shows the never-ending fight with Jiren. The title of this chapter is “A Great Give-and-Take Battle!” This will also show us Android 17 and how he wishes to bring every universe back. However, his wish is way beyond Long Shen’s powers. Thus, he can’t make it happen. Let’s talk in detail about the history of Dragon Ball Super and what events are going to take place next in the manga!
DRAGON BALL SUPER HISTORY
In the vast dark space, there’s a universe no one has ever heard of. It is sealed inside the vast expanse of space. A universe decided to return! This is the story of that universe. What if Android 17’s wish would be granted? What if it brought back all the universes that he wished for? Those universes were erased by none other than Zeno.
There’s another universe known as Universe 19! This is where the true story starts! Goku achieves Ultra Instinct and goes against Jiren along with Frieza. On Whis’ planet, he’s talking about Goku and how he’s never met a mortal like him before. On the other hand, a fight between Goku and Beerus is taking place after fast-forwarding to Android 17 wishing to bring back all the universes. They’re fighting head-to-head and Whis tells Goku how he has reached the level of Gods and how he can actually surpass it.
Goku and Beerus are equally matched when it comes to combating but Goku hits Beerus hard enough to send him to different planets. They’re literally strong enough to send each other to different planets and clash around the galaxy. Similarly, Beerus kicks Goku and sends him to a different planet. Beerus’ powers are amazing! Their fighting is literally shaking the whole universe! Everyone else can feel it, even those living in different universes.
Beerus becomes happy to learn that Goku is strong enough and no mortal has ever pushed him this far. Not even the god of destruction. As a result, Beerus asks Goku to give up but we all are aware of the fact that Goku doesn’t give up easily. As Goku gets up from the ground, his eyes turn silver. Now the fight will restart! Beerus becomes even more thrilled and decides to use his ultra instinct. As they both start glaring at each other, Whis steps in and tells them to stop fighting since it has been going on for a long time now.
Even though nobody won the battle yet it doesn’t change the fact that Goku proved to be super impressive in this battle. After ending the fight, Beerus, Goku, and Whis start discussing things including Ultra Instinct and how there’s a whole other world beyond the Ultra Instinct. Goku also thank them since he got stronger after fighting such powerful opponents. Beerus says that Goku impresses him every day while smiling.
Goku didn’t finish talking but was sent back to his home. Then we get to see Vegeta who reassures himself that he will get stronger than Goku and won’t fall behind him this time. On planet Earth, Piccolo and Gohan talk about their abilities and how Gohan will protect his loved ones. Then we get to see the Grand Priest at the Grand Palace who tells all the angels how seven universes were revived due to Android 17’s wish. Little did Android 17 know that there has been an evil universe among different universes. Sounds like trouble is coming our way, right?
The Grand Priest decided to seal that universe by himself since he didn’t want Zeno to know about all this. However, someone appears from the shadows and says to the one they called “the father” that he’s still a coward. All of the angels become surprised after hearing that. The shadow makes her move and hits everyone. Whis becomes worried since the energy coming from her was similar to the Grand Priest. Not even all the angels combined could overcome her. The Grand Priest calls her the Angel Zero!
Now the Gods of destruction from different planets and the angels meet. Their interaction occurs and all the lost god brothers/sisters meet like their families after a long time. Not everyone can become a god after all. What’s going to happen next? What are the gods of destruction and the angels going to decide for Angel Zero who did something all the angels could never think of doing? How will Angel Zero affect all of the universes? She came from an evil universe after all. This could be a very dangerous situation or interaction right? To find out what happens next, start reading the manga of Dragon Ball Super! The story is just getting started and I’m getting goosebumps!
