Everyone loves spy movies. I mean, how else do you think the James Bond film series got so big? Personally, it’s one of my favourite genres. I’ve always pretended like I have a big potential to be one—I’d act as if I could notice every single detail and make unnecessary deductions out of it, sometimes I even imagine being so badass that I could slay 10 hugely-built men, alone. But of course, how could I ever do such a thing? I’d probably end up having an early reunion with Jesus in a minute AHAHA!

Speaking of Loid, the man of my dreams… I mean the man of action… who is Yor’s (pretend) man. Y’all really think I would miss that pretend part? Naur 💅 It was actually Loid’s doing as to why the story of Spy x Family started and why we’re doing this blog—welp, aside from Tatsuya Endo, of course, duh! It’s one amazing show and there are a lot of amazing Spy X Family Quotes as well.
This handsome, smart, perfect creature has a mission, and to achieve that, he has to have his own family—introducing us to Anya and Yor, and well… to a bunch of other strong characters along the way. And since we mentioned it already, may I present you, the STRONGEST Spy x Family Characters!

5. Franky Franklin

Franky, Franky, our little scruffy. Don’t y’all dare belittle this man… I mean, yeah, he’s little but short kings are not called short KINGS for no reason.
He’s not exactly the combat type but he can literally dig out any information about you—from the names of your distant relatives to your search history. Well, he’s an intelligence asset, of course, he can do that. He even said that if he ever chooses to disappear, no one would ever be able to find him—not even Loid’s agency (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 60). Welp, except for the fact that Anya was once a subject of an experiment, he didn’t exactly find that when he dug into her past (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 1).
I know I said he’s not the combat type since he’s literally just one smack away to heaven against Loid (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 6). But hey, he can be really brave sometimes especially if you’re his type. He literally jumped on Fiona as an attempt to protect her from a bullet while they were being chased by the SSS Agents (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 60).
Oh! And can we talk about how bad he is at disguising? Especially when he tried to be Loid’s pretend wife way before they found Yor (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 2). But I guess his disguise in Chapter 14 makes everything up. I’m just wondering how he got tall, did he have his knees fixed? Though personally, among all of his disguise, I think the one he did with Nightfall fit his character, aura, and height best—a rich man whom women would most prolly just date for money (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 60).
Information equates to power—it’s a weapon, even the man who recruited Loid said that (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 62.3). So please don’t diss me why Franky is on the list.

Yor’s younger brother. Y’all prolly thought that he’s just as badass as his sister… and well, yeah you’re somewhat right. He’s not exactly Yor-tier type of badass, but he’s cool in his own way.
He literally became a secret police just so he could give Yor a kinder place to live in (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 51.5), though the only thing she knows is that he’s just a plain civil servant.
Although he’s a secret police, Loid thought of him as an amateur since he could be quite obvious with his schemes and has a tendency to slip out sloppy information (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 12). But hey, he’s one of the top SSS Agents out there, he even does extra hours (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 41).
He’s also the only one who loves Yor’s cooking (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 24), he even bought her a bouquet with his first paycheck (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 53). I guess he really loves her that much. No, I’m not hinting that he has a slight sister complex… I swear.
3. Fiona “Nightfall” Frost

Of course, what’s an amazing manga without a pretty woman simping for the MC, right?
Who would ever imagine that behind her ice cold, stoic face, and literal killer moves, she’s actually head over heels for Loid? She even went to the extent of attempting to replace Yor as Loid’s pretend wife as she visited their home and talked to our queen. Welp, good thing before the drama escalated, Loid and Anya arrived. All thanks to Anya we knew why she was so persistent with replacing Yor’s place (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 30).
She only gave up (temporarily) with her plans when Yor beat her on tennis (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 34). I bet she couldn’t reckon how Yor beat her when she (along with Twilight) literally just won an underground tennis tournament against seasoned pros for a mission (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 33).
Now, now, let’s talk about how she just convinced the ever aloof Quill to do a job for her. Just when we all thought we got to see real action, it was actually part of the plan. The SSS Agents who were following them were actually her doing! She already calculated things perfectly and knew that Quill would outright reject her offer, so she resorted to sneaky methods (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 60). Welp, what can I say? Loid was her mentor. That should explain stuff.

AAAAND the powerful queen cops the second spot of the strongest! She’s so strong that she can knock out dozens of men, all by herself! (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 2)
Should I enumerate more proof for that? Welp, there’s not much really, she just disintegrated a tennis ball while playing with Fiona (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 34), kicked Loid due to embarrassment which made him pass out (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 35), broke the Hammer King Game arcade (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 59), snapped a katana with her bare hands (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 53), accidentally slapped Yuri which made him bleed, y’all I’m not gonna be surprised if I dislocate my finger if she flicks it (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 13), and the list goes on. I don’t want to say more, this isn’t a wiki y’all!
Oh and did you know that she even fought with Loid once as part of a roleplay? She already wounded Loid a little, what more if her heels didn’t give up on her (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 6).
She also has really fast reflexes. She literally caught the macaroni au gratin WITH HER FEET just before it spilt on her! (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 2) Like bruh who does that? Yor, of course. She even dodged a sniper’s bullet! A SNIPER!!! The man’s literally far from her and she felt that?? I can’t even feel it when I’m wounded, I’d just find out because I’m already bleeding (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 51).
Though of course, her defense is not as perfect. Sure she’s strong but she literally does all her missions with little to no disguise at all! Well, I mean, it’s not like she leaves anyone alive but somehow it still resulted to one attempted murder. Fortunately she was immune to poisons… and of course, thanks to Agent Anya (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 17.5).
Well yeah… it has to be innate for assassins to calculate their next move, which she does… except maybe her entrances, because she fails that sometimes. It’s not like it ever harmed her anyways, she can just wipe everyone out.
And of course, we can’t just forget how bad of a cook she is. This isn’t me trying to change your mind about Yor, this is me trying to convince myself that she’s not perfect because she’s gone too perfect in my eyes despite the fact that she threw Loid off in the toilet for an entire day because of how bad the breakfast she made was (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 24). Even Anya can tell right away if she’s the one who cooked (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 14). Buuut! She did nail one dish, the Southern Stew, the one her mom always made for her and Yuri.

Ah! The perfect man! Kind with principles? Check. A feminist? Mmhmm. Tall? Yuhh. Smart? Mega yes. Handsome? SUPEREXTRAMEGADUPER YEEES, CHECK, PERIOD! Oh! And did I mention that he’s a man of action too? Y’all I can’t even blame Fiona for simping over this man.
The man of a thousand faces truly perfected the art of disguise. He can be an old man, a politician’s secretary (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 1), a national defense force, a black market dealer (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 30). Name it, he can slay it—well, not the cool, upbeat father disguise though. Even Anya had a horrible look on her face (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 48).
His combat and analytical skills can bring down any man he sets his eyes on. He calculates every small detail like it’s his second nature, which is how he also caught Yuri’s scheme of making Yor admit why they got married so sudden (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 24). He even went to the extent of letting a hoodlum hit him because he figured that’s the only way to find Anya (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 1).
Though he does slip a li’l sometimes, for instance when he mixed up his mission with Yor, and announced to everyone that he’s her husband instead of boyfriend (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 2), and when he nearly called a colleague by name who was undercover, pretending to be a secret police (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 22).
Strength-wise? Welp, he can carry Yor and Anya at the same time as easy as lifting a paper… I think I just exaggerated that a lil bit hehe (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 56). He can keep up with Yor’s hand to hand combat skills as well, which makes him a good fighter because Yor is literally on another level. He even had a service ace moment right off the bat on his first ever tennis tournament (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 31).
Loid also has sharpest senses, and can spot Anya in a matter of seconds every time she tries to follow him, regardless of where she hides or how far she is (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 1).
He can even detonate a bomb (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 54). And to top things off, he’s a great cook! Talk about a man who can do anything.
Although we see him as the perfect spy, he did doubt himself at some point because of how he can’t ever seem to figure out Anya (Spy X Family Manga: Chapter 50).
Conclusion
So that’s it for the Strongest Spy x Family Characters. From combat skills to intelligence and disguise flexibility—all of that has to be mastered to be an effective spy. Balance is not just essential, it’s a must, or else your cover will be blown just like how Loid’s parents were blown off hehe.
