GODZILLA SINGULAR POINT FILLER TABLE
Before I start telling you what Godzilla Singular Point is all about, I’m gonna first tell you that this anime has no filler episodes. You can actually start binge-watching it now! It is expected that you will watch Godzilla Singular Point in just 13 Canon episodes.
# | Episode Name | Type |
1 | Terzetto | Canon |
2 | Gamesome | Canon |
3 | Tigerish | Canon |
4 | Gadabout | Canon |
5 | Theorist | Canon |
6 | Enfatico | Canon |

9 | Erumpent | Canon |
10 | Encipher | Canon |
11 | Relaunch | Canon |
12 | Explorer | Canon |

Now that you’ve seen the filler list above, there’s no doubt that this series is actually canon. But do note that it doesn’t follow the storyline set by the original Godzilla anime series on Netflix. It was animated by both Studio Bones and Orange, which makes this anime look like a big short. Are studios collaborating nowadays? It just seems like MAPPA and Wit might get married if this continues.
Godzilla: SP started airing in Japan on March 25, 2021, but was released worldwide a couple of months later, on June 24 of the same year. It had Toho Company backing its production with a total of 13 episodes, with each episode lasting about 20 minutes.
Needless to say, if you’re into Japanese culture, especially Kaijus, then this might be a good watch for you.
PLOT
Godzilla: SP’s story starts off with Episode 1, entitled “Terzetto.” I mean, duh, ever heard of a show that started on Episode 5?
The plot revolves around two main characters. One is an engineer working at Otaki Factory called Yun Arikawa, while the other is Mei Kamino, who studies imaginary, almost mythical creatures. I guess Foster’s Home of Imaginary Friends did some shady business now that they’re getting investigated.
A strange event sets off when Arikawa and Kamino start hearing the same song even though they’re miles apart. Arikawa was tracking down a creature with a buddy when they suddenly lost sight of it.
While realizing that the song came from Misakioku, where Mei was, Arikawa decides to go there, the two main characters finally meet. Arikawa starts questioning Mei’s intentions while Mei reveals JJSX Type 1, which was developed by the company Arikawa is working for.
Suddenly, the police arrive and capture Arikawa, while Mei leaves to investigate more details about the signal. She even gets this strange sensation about the company Arikawa is working for, Otaki Factory, where she finds an AI developed by Arikawa.
After Arikawa is bailed out, he finds more clues about the signal. Meanwhile, Mei downloads and activates Arikawa’s AI, giving it the name “Pelops 2” which weirdly turns him into a dog. Pelops 2 sure knows how to get a lady’s heart.
With the Monster Summer Festival starting, Arikawa sees a UFO in the sky. As it grew closer, Arikawa finally saw the tragedy waiting to happen. It was a red Pterosaur that landed at the top of a building. It spots Arikawa while he’s trying to help a kid and screams an ear-bleeding screech.
But something more horrifying is about to come. Somewhere deep within the basement of Misakioku. Something that would be better off forgotten.
CONCLUSION
So that’s it for the Godzilla Singularity Point Filler List. All of its episodes are Canon but hey, we don’t really know what’s Canon and what’s not in the Godzilla universe. Even KingKong popped out of nowhere.
