We are starting this list with this anime and this is easily one of the most tear-jerking anime series ever. In this anime, we follow a group of friends who were pretty close when they were young but after the sudden death of one of their friends they drifted away.
A few years later, our main character suddenly sees her. At first he thinks to himself that he might be daydreaming, but later on, he realizes that he is truly seeing the ghost of his friend, Menma.
This is a very touching anime and the ending is what made it so emotional, so be sure to check it out!

This a heartfelt anime that has a lot of moments where you would cry out tears of joy, this anime follows four humans with the powers of dragons. But the life of one dragon that really stuck to me was the yellow dragon.
He possessed the ability to live forever—basically immortality, but living for a long time doesn’t always equate to happiness, especially when you end up watching the ones you love grow old and die.
But we see him reunite with another generation of dragons which really brought joy to my heart. I can’t explain how I felt in words but you need to watch to relate, so go check the anime out.

This anime can be almost considered as underrated in the anime community, but who cares? This anime shows a story of two friends who try their possible best to help a friend overcome suicide. It’s so emotional, it focuses on depression and suicidal concepts.
Slice of life included, the anime follows the life of a regretful adolescent who’s fed up with a huge burden and he can’t shake of the feeling that he was unappreciative and dumb for taking the death of his mother for granted.
You should watch this anime and see how it ends. I promise you, it would leave you in awe and a smile on your face.

To tell you that just one scene in this anime made me cry tears of joy would be a lie, there are a lot of scenes where I got emotionally happy while watching this anime. The moment that had me was when Naruto met his mom.
This made me ball in a puddle of tears. I was finally happy that he was able to meet his mother after all these years, plus the music in the background had me too. I’m not going into details but to relate to what i am saying you need to watch this anime.

Your Name follows two characters who wake up in each other’s bodies and without any knowledge of who the other is.
They find a way of communicating and are also trying to find a way to reverse what ever happened to them all the while searching for each other as they live out their day to day life in the other’s body.
This anime has to be one of the most unconventional of love stories and one packed with so much emotional weight but by the time the ending rolls around you’re either going to be cheering your head off or weeping on the floor with tears of joy.

Silent Voice is one of the most heartfelt anime I’ve ever watched. It shows the real life situation of bullying and how it affects the victims; and it also shows how someone who was a bully tries to make up for his sins and apologize to those he hurt.
Your heart would really be aching due to all the emotions in this movie but at the end of the movie, you would just see yourself tearing up due to the happy ending. Want to know what really happens in this anime? Well you would have to watch it.

The story of this anime follows two main characters, one was Takao Akizuki who is a student and an aspiring shoemaker. On a particular rainy day, he decided to skip classes and headed to this amazing garden for some sketches.
And at this garden, he meets our second main character named Yukari Yukino, she is a lovely, but mysterious woman. They continued to meet during the rainy season until they got to know each other more.
They end up getting closer to each other as a mix of emotion starts evolving between them, a heart warming movie you should definitely check out.

So this is a tragic anime movie, one that really broke my heart till the ending. I must tell you, I cried at every episode of this movie. It was heartbreaking but luckily it had a happy ending.
I won’t lie, this anime does bring tears of joy. This anime is about a family’s survival through a sinking country—Japan. An earthquake occurs in this country and we see how the family does their best to survive and escape.

I LOVE THEM!!!!! AND I HAVEN’T EVEN WATCHED ANY!!!!!!! There are just a few things I want to say and those things are: I hate Naruto and I always will, are all of these series or films? I really need an answer to the last question and yes, I don’t like Naruto because I think it haz too much romance and I think it’s only for boys and I’m a girl so… Anyways, thanks for all of them and I’m pretty sure I will love all of them when I finish watching all of them!
